Three-way with Lucy and Alison, takes a slap and tickle turn.Based on a post by Ostrich Mack. Listen to the ► Podcast at Steamy Stories.A New Player.I was bored. My wife was at daycare which she attended every weekday since she became paralyzed in a car accident. We still loved each other and would never do anything to hurt each other emotionally.Sex was physically impossible, and we had discussed my partnering with other women now and then to satisfy my urges. I had her blessing, as long as I didn't fall in love.To that end I had experienced amazing days with Lucy. She was also living in our village. Married, she was not looking for a relationship, but searching for an outlet for her urges which her husband could not fill. The last time we met, my good friend Andrea, recently divorced, was also involved and we ended in a hot threesome. Since then, Andrea had been a regular visitor to Lucy's.So, I was bored at home, on my day off from work, and decided to go for a walk.Pulling on my walking boots and a rainproof jacket, I headed out into the countryside. It was a pleasant morning and I brightened up considerably as I made my way along the walking paths through the lush countryside. After 5K, I was coming to the end of my route when I bump into Lucy and a friend, who were also out for a walk."Hey Lucy," I said, "Fancy meeting you here.""Hi Peter," she replied, and stood on her toes to kiss my cheek. "This is Alison, an old friend from my college days.""Hi Alison, nice to meet you," I said."Nice to meet you too Peter," said Alison. "Lucy told me lots about you.""Oh-oh," I said laughing. "Hopefully all good." I added."Oh yeah," Alison replied.I was a little embarrassed, but I didn't let it show. I had never thought that Lucy would have shared our sexual exploits with her friends.Looking at the sky, I said "It looks like it's going to rain."As soon as I had spoken, the first drops began to fall. Quickly the drops became a downpour, and we were getting soaked as we stood there."Quick," said Lucy, "My house is closest, Let's make a run for it."We took off at a sprint and within a couple of minutes, we were at Lucy's front door.Lucy opened the door and we piled into the hallway.Laughing and gasping for breath, we stood there dripping wet from the downpour. Our clothes were soaked through, and we were cold."I have towels upstairs." Said Lucy. "Wait here and I will fetch them."She was gone for a minute and came downstairs with a huge stack of towels."Here take a couple each." She said.We accepted the towels gratefully and started trying to dry ourselves off, but we were so soaked through that it had little effect."Okay," said Lucy. "There is only one thing we can do. Strip off, and we can put the wet clothes in the dryer."Alison blushed."Come on!" said Lucy. "It's not as if I haven't seen you naked before."Alison blushed even more, her face turning bright red.A gentleman as always, I said, "I'll just go into the kitchen, so you won't have to worry about me peeking."I went into the kitchen, stripped off my wet clothes and wrapped a towel around my waist.Returning to the hallway, I saw that Alison and Lucy had also divested themselves of their clothes and were wrapped in towels.Lucy invited us into the sitting room and said, "I'll make us some tea."We took a seat. Lucy's house was luxuriously furnished. No expense spared and really well presented. Lucy and her husband weren't short of money.Alison took a seat, struggling to cover herself fully with the towel. She was pretty. Her long blond hair hung over her shoulders and framed a very pretty face. Her freckled face was typical of that 'Girl next door' beauty. Her body was more rounded than Lucy's petite frame. Her tits were bigger and more rounded. Her hips were wider, and her ass was a size larger that Lucy.I was a lover of thinner women with small tits. But I was also not averse to fuller models."So, Alison," I said. "What has Lucy been telling you about me?""Oh, just about everything." She replied."Shit," I said. "You must think me some kind of pervert." I said."Au Contraire," Alison replied. "Her stories made me curious. After all, Lucy told you about me."Puzzled, I asked. "Did she? I can't remember that she mentioned your name.""Maybe not by name, but she told you that she had experimented in college. That was me. I was her lover for a short time at college. We enjoyed ourselves before going on to get respectfully married.""Ah ok, I get it." I said remembering that during our last afternoon with Andrea, Lucy had told us she had experimented with another woman in her college days.Just then Lucy returned with a tray with tea and cookies."You've been very naughty." I said to her."How so?" replied Lucy."Telling our secrets to Alison." I answered."Alison is my BFF; I share everything. with her." Said Lucy.Jokingly I swatted Lucy's ass with my palm."Ouch!" she cried and swatted me back."Now now," said Alison. "Play nice you, guys.""I don't think so." I said and grabbed Lucy, pulling her over my knees."Ooh a spanking," said Alison, quoting the Monty Python film.Lucy's ass was exposed as the towel was not big enough to cover it now that she was bent over. I caressed her cheek with my hand."May I also have a spanking kind sir?" Alison asked.I hesitated. This was dangerous ground for me and something I had never done or even contemplated before.Lucy looked at me and winked."If you would be so kind. I know Alison would enjoy it." she said.Lucy stood up and took Alison by her hands. She led her to the dining table and got her to bend over with her chest on the table and her ass exposed where the towel which had ridden up.Lucy walked around the table and took Alison's hands in hers and extended Alison's arms across the table. She smiled at me and said. "Now you can spank her properly."I stood up, very unsure of myself and asked, "Alison, is that what you would like?"Alison replied. "Peter, my cunt is already dripping in anticipation of a good spanking. Please do it."I walked over to her and felt her ass cheek with my hand, rubbing it softly. She moaned.I raised my hand and with a sharp, short, swing, I slapped her right cheek."Come on, that was weak." Alison said. "You can do better."I took aim and slapped her again with a lot more power."Yes, that's better" Alison said. "Again."I obliged and the next slap was on her left cheek.Alison's was dripping from her cunt; she clearly was turned on by this.Five slaps later I had decided that it was enough.Lucy ordered me to take her place and to hold onto Alison's hands.I did so and looked into Alison's eyes as Lucy took her place behind Alison's round ass.Lucy began to gently tickle Alison's ass cheeks with her fingers, interspersed with light slaps. Then she went on her knees behind Alison and started to work on Alison with her tongue.Gentle kisses on Alison's ass cheeks, followed by licks to her exposed cunt made Alison moan with pleasure. Lucy started to lick from Alison's cunt to her ass hole.Alison was shaking. Her voice was shaking as she said, "Just like old times Lucy, You still have the talent."Lucy pushed her tongue in Alison's cunt, eliciting a cry of ecstasy.Lucy was unstoppable. She had tasted Alison's juices and wanted to make her cum.I held Alison's hands firmly, preventing her from changing position. She was at our mercy. My cock was getting harder and harder as I observed Lucy pleasuring Alison's cunt.Alison was crying out, "That's it, eat my cunt."My towel fell to the floor exposing my erection. Alison raised an eyebrow and said. "Wait, pull me further over the table."I pulled her so that her head was hanging just over the edge of the table. She opened her mouth and said, "Here with that cock."I didn't argue and brought my cock to her lips.Alison sucked the head of my cock between her lips and started to lick it with her tongue. The feeling was amazing. My body shocked from her licking.Lucy was working Alison's cunt with her fingers."Hmmm" she moaned on my hard cock.I pushed further in her mouth her tongue licking lower on my cock and just above my balls. One of Alison's hands came free, and she used this to caress my balls."Come for me baby." Cried Lucy redoubling her efforts.Alison was close and we pushed her harder on both sides. It was too much, and she started to wail. Sucking harder and harder on my cock, I felt her start to tremble. Gently at first but increasingly more violent. Alison released my cock, and her hands flew to her cunt, where she furiously rubbed her clit. Then she came. A crashing devastating orgasm, taking her to a place seldom visited. Her body convulsed and her cunt started to squirt cum all over the table.Lucy bent forward and licked her leaking cunt, lapping up her cum.Alison went into a fetal position, her body pulsating. We got her off the table and laid her on the couch where she lay whimpering.Lucy looked me in the eyes expectantly. I knew she was not done yet."Come with me." She said, "I need you.""Okay." I said.Lucy took my hand and we ascended the stairs to the guest room. She took off her towel and stood in her naked beauty before me.

1 Corinthians 11:17-2717 In the following directives I have no praise for you, for your meetings do more harm than good.18 In the first place, I hear that when you come together as a church, there are divisions among you, and to some extent I believe it. 19 No doubt there have to be differences among you to show which of you have God's approval. 20 So then, when you come together, it is not the Lord's Supper you eat, 21 for when you are eating, some of you go ahead with your own private suppers. As a result, one person remains hungry and another gets drunk. 22 Don't you have homes to eat and drink in? Or do you despise the church of God by humiliating those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you? Certainly not in this matter! 23 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” 25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” 26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.27 So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.

1 Corinthians 11:2-162 I praise you for remembering me in everything and for holding to the traditions just as I passed them on to you. 3 But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. 4 Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head. 5 But every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is the same as having her head shaved. 6 For if a woman does not cover her head, she might as well have her hair cut off; but if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, then she should cover her head.7 A man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man. 8 For man did not come from woman, but woman from man; 9 neither was man created for woman, but woman for man. 10 It is for this reason that a woman ought to have authority over her own head, because of the angels. 11 Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. 12 For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God.13 Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered? 14 Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him, 15 but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering. 16 If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice—nor do the churches of God.

Evolutionary psychologist, Doug Lisle, PhD discusses listener questions with host, Nathan Gershfeld. In today's show, we discuss a recent survey reported by survey artist, @Aella_Girl (on X). This survey reveals some interesting deductions about human mating difficulties in finding our “Magic 10%”. Dr. Lisle explains what the term “Magic 10%” means, and we then go over 2 listener questions – the first is whether sexuality is learned or conditioned, specifically bisexual fantasies, and then our last question is about a family member whose recent cancer diagnosis has caused them to act in a puzzling way. 0:00 Teaser Clips & Intro 2:05 Aella_Girl has conducted a survey with very interesting results 15:32 Attractiveness rating 2D vs 3D 22:32 Innate delusion makes it hard to find a mate, but when you do it feels amazing 28:05 What is “the Magic 10%”? 41:05 Identifying as a heterosexual woman but still being aroused by women I identify as heterosexual but I find myself to be more sexually aroused by women's bodies than men's, even though I only date men in a romantic setting. Even when I'm with my boyfriend, I have to fantasize about naked women in order to orgasm, but I could not imagine courting or being courted by a woman. Am I so attracted to the female body because as a society we have been conditioned to view the female body as a sexual object regardless of our sexual orientation? Ever since I was a child, all I saw on tv was sexy females in movies advertisements, etc. Could this have affected my sexual orientation, like if I was born straight, could media influence have skewed me a bit toward homosexuality? I know it is common especially for women to be aroused by both sexes. Or am I just a closeted bisexual? 51:33 Family member with aggressive cancer making rash decisions My family member was recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and has less than 6 months to live. She is young (in her 30s) but appears to have made peace with this reality and is happier than I have ever seen her. She wants to continue to live her life normally, but in the last few weeks she has made some rash decisions (like ending the relationship she was in, her boyfriend was planning to propose and was left extremely confused). I am very shocked by her reaction and her peace with everything, as I am struggling. Many other family members and her close friends feel the same way. We want to be more present in her life but she insists on keeping us at a distance and continuing to live just as she did before. How can I change my perspective and also make peace with not treating her differently? 56:28 End X: @BeatYourGenes Web: www.beatyourgenes.org Doug Lisle, PhD www.esteemdynamics.com Nathan Gershfeld, DC www.fastingescape.com Intro & outro song: City of Happy Ones • Ferenc Hegedus Licensed for use Copyright Beat Your Genes Podcast
Bible Reading: Philippians 2:3-8Tristan beamed as he picked up a shoe from the display table. "This is the kind I want, Mom! All the guys are getting shoes like this. The special soles reduce the pounding you get from the gym floor." Tristan imagined what his friends would say if he showed up at practice wearing these shoes. He looked at his mother hopefully, but she was moving away."How about this one?" Mom held up a shoe similar to the one Tristan was holding.Tristan made a face and shook his head. "Nobody buys that brand."Mom sighed in exasperation. "Tristan, I want to buy shoes you like, but I'm not going to pay a lot of money just so you can have a certain brand.""But I don't want any other shoes!" "Then you can get along with your old ones," Mom said, and she hurried him out of the store."Who was at the door?" asked Mom later that night as she was cooking dinner."It was Joey," Tristan said with a scowl. "He just came to show off his new skateboard. He just got one a few months ago, but he bought another one. He just got it to impress the guys."Mom looked surprised. "So we shouldn't buy things just to impress others?" Puzzled, Tristan shook his head. "Of course not." "But weren't you wanting to do the same thing with those shoes today?" asked Mom. "Didn't you want that brand just to impress other kids?"Tristan looked at the floor. "Well…maybe." Mom sighed. "I understand what it's like to want nice things, Tristan. But when we want to get things just to impress others, we need to remember where our worth comes from. People's opinions of us can change from one day to the next--they're fleeting, just like the things we own, which will eventually wear out or get lost or broken. But God's opinion of us never changes. Our value comes from the love He showed us by sending Jesus to save us from sin."Mom put a hand on Tristan's shoulder. "Instead of trying to impress people with what you have, let them know you by the way you treat them and show them God's love. They should know you by your heart, not your shoes." –Cynthia Y. PowellHow About You?Do you want name-brand clothing and other things everybody else seems to have? It's good to dress your best and look nice, but that shouldn't be your focus in your interactions with others. Popular items come and go, along with what people think of you for owning them, but the way you treat others will stay in their minds long after. Instead of showing off things you have, show others the love you have in Jesus.Today's Key Verse:Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 13:4-8"That doesn't go there, Jamar," Aisha chided, taking the jigsaw puzzle piece out of her baby brother's hand. "Put it here." She showed Jamar how to use the piece to complete the orange fish. Instead of doing what Aisha told him, however, Jamar put the piece into his mouth. Drool dribbled down his chin."Stop that!" Aisha exclaimed. "You'll ruin it." She snatched back the puzzle piece and jammed it into place. She was beginning to regret agreeing to play with Jamar. Sometimes he could be a real pain."Be patient, Aisha," Mom said. She was watching them from the door. "He's only two, after all.""But this is taking forever," Aisha moaned. "I'll just do it myself." She picked up two more of the wooden puzzle pieces and began putting the puzzle together alone.Mom came into the room and sat down beside them. "Give him another chance, Aisha," she urged.Aisha didn't see the point, but she handed a piece to her brother. "Put this piece over there, Jamar," she said.At first Jamar held the piece upside down, then backwards. But eventually, he turned it over and put it into place. Aisha clapped her hands excitedly. "Good job, Jamar!" Jamar beamed with pride. Aisha forgot about being frustrated with her baby brother for a moment, and together they finished the puzzle. As soon as they were done, Jamar lost interest and toddled off to play blocks. "You know," Mom said, "watching you and Jamar reminds me of how I feel with God sometimes."Aisha frowned. "Really?""I feel impatient when things in my life don't change as fast as I want them to," Mom explained. "It can be hard to wait for His answers instead of trying to force my own way. But we can trust God with the end result."Mom turned the finished puzzle around. Aisha smiled down at the colorful picture of silly sea life. It was still a little soggy from being in Jamar's mouth, but it looked much better than the jumbled mess of pieces it was before. "Even though we're not always patient, God is patient with us," said Mom. "He is patiently working in our hearts to make us more like Jesus, and we can trust Him to fit all the pieces of our lives together." –Christa HoganHow About You?Do you have trouble being patient? Even adults have this problem sometimes. But patience is important in life and in our faith. God loves us, and He is always at work, even if we can't see what He's doing. He's patient with us as we grow, and we can trust that the end result will be worth the wait.Today's Key Verse:The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride. (NIV) (Ecclesiastes 7:8)Today's Key Thought:Practice patience
1 Corinthians 10:1-131 For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers and sisters, that our ancestors were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea. 2 They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. 3 They all ate the same spiritual food 4 and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ. 5 Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them; their bodies were scattered in the wilderness.6 Now these things occurred as examples to keep us from setting our hearts on evil things as they did. 7 Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written: “The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in revelry.” 8 We should not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did—and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died. 9 We should not test Christ, as some of them did—and were killed by snakes. 10 And do not grumble, as some of them did—and were killed by the destroying angel.11 These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the culmination of the ages has come. 12 So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don't fall! 13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

[SEGMENT 1-1] Future of Polling 1 [X] SB – Jon Stewart on pollsters That one pollster quit. She was embarrassed into obscurity. [SEGMENT 1-2] Future of Polling 2 [X] SB – Fox News on Ann Seltzer's IA poll Trump won by 13 pts She knew what she was doing. Quitting. Puzzled by the greatest miss of her career My hope is to continue to drive home the fact that the experts are NOT experts. [SEGMENT 1-3] Future of Polling 3 - Biden the worst Would you be shocked to learn that Americans now view Joe Biden as the worst president of the last nine? Of course not—unless you're as disconnected from reality as Biden himself or his dwindling pool of supporters. The idea of "81 million votes" now feels as believable as a fair game of three-card monte on a New York City sidewalk. Biden may have ridden into office on the crest of an alleged "historic mandate," but history seems to have had the last laugh. Let's set the stage for this train wreck. According to an exclusive Daily Mail poll, Biden has managed to plummet past even the least flattering benchmarks of modern presidencies. The voters have spoken, and their verdict is devastating: Biden ranks dead last among the nine most recent presidents. Yes, worse than Nixon, who resigned in disgrace after Watergate. Worse than Jimmy Carter, whose presidency was defined by skyrocketing inflation and the Iran hostage crisis. Worse than every other president you could name—and you'd have to work pretty hard to find another to match this level of public disdain. Hard to believe why it took so long for Democrats to impose the fatwa on Joe that eventually took him out less than 90 days before his ass-kicking by Trump. Laughably, Biden gets to keep his consolation prize of pretending to believe he beat Trump in 2020. Here's the breakdown of the poll: 44% of voters placed Biden in the bottom two, while only a meager 14% saw him as one of the best two. The result? A net score of -30, which buries him below Nixon (-25) and even Donald Trump (-15), who Leftist want to believe is a divisive figure. James Johnson of J.L. Partners, the group behind the poll, didn't mince words, calling the results "diabolical." I'd call them a public performance review so bad it should come with a pink slip. From 81 Million Votes to Bottom of the Barrel Remember, Biden's presidency began with that alleged record-breaking 81.2 million votes, surpassing even Obama (Baby Black Jesus) during his peak popularity? Well, it didn't take long for the wheels to fall off the Biden express. Voters were told Biden would "heal the soul of America"—a vague slogan that feels as ironic of Biden "bringing decency to the White House". Biden's presidency has been a highlight reel of legislative blunders, geopolitical missteps, and the kind of verbal gaffes that would make even the most forgiving of public speakers cringe. Inflation spiraled out of control, the southern border became a sieve, Afghanistan collapsed in a catastrophic withdrawal, and his administration championed economic policies that have left Americans wondering if we're all trapped in a decades-long rerun of The Jimmy Carter Show.Lies, Lies, and More Lies Biden's downfall isn't just about bad policies or poor results. It's about the lies. From tales of his supposed civil rights activism to his fictitious encounters with Amtrak employees, Biden's fabrications are legendary. His latest scandal—the controversy surrounding his son's legal troubles—might just be the final nail in his political coffin. Let's not mince words: the Hunter Biden saga is the kind of ethical quagmire that would sink any other politician. Biden's deflection, obfuscation, and refusal to come clean about his role in his son's legal woes have turned a bad situation into a full-blown debacle. His pardon of Hunter was a move so tone-deaf it would make Nero fiddling while Rome burned look like a masterstroke of PR strategy.Biden vs. the Big Picture So, what does this all tell us? Simply put, Biden's presidency is a cautionary tale of what happens when you ignore merit in favor of narratives. He ascended to office as the "anti-Trump," a figurehead for unity, empathy, and stability. Instead, we got a leader whose performance has left Americans more divided, anxious, and skeptical of government than ever before. The poll results reflect this deep dissatisfaction, with voters saying, loud and clear, that they've had enough. Clearly, Biden's legacy will not be one of healing or leadership. Instead, he will likely be remembered as the president who squandered his so-called mandate, mismanaged crises at every turn, and alienated the very people he promised to serve. From legislative failures to moral lapses, Biden has managed to become a punchline in his own tragic comedy. The bottom line? Biden's presidency is a masterclass in how far a politician can fall—and how fast. Whether through incompetence, dishonesty, or sheer hubris, Biden has managed to turn "the most votes in history" into the most dismal presidency in recent memory. As for his supporters? Even they must feel like they've been left holding a very empty bag. History will one day move Biden from the worst of 9 presidents to the worst president ever. [SEGMENT 1-4] Future of polling 4 In the wake of the 2024 Presidential Election, I am reminded of the battleground scene from Gladiator. After the Romans defeat the Germanic tribe, the soldiers are moaning in the field and Roman soldiers are putting the wounded foe out of their misery. Prior to the battle, one of General Maximus asked him, “Do they not know they are defeated?”. Maximus responds, “Would you?” Well not if they had the pollsters from this election cycle. It was so bad, that Jon Stewart ridiculed them on Comedy Central. Look at the number of people who guaranteed that Harris would win, and win big. [X] SB – Jon Stewart on polling These pollsters are as reliable as medical guidance from Anthony Fauci. How can you miss so badly on polls? The answer is simple. The pollsters polled for what they wanted and not for actual public sentiment. Many Democrats thought that abortion would be the issue that united their party. But consider the folly of this argument from a commonsense perspective. First, let's pretend that the country is equally divided between Right and Left. So half of the country is pro-life, or at the very least pro-choice pro-lifers, and the other half love killing babies in the womb. Doing the math, half of the country has abortion way down the list of their priorities. Thus, Democrats immediately lose 50 percent of the country. Next, of the half of the country who might see abortion as an issue, half of them are (questionably) men. And while these eunuchs may publicly agree with their significant others, many of them are just fronting. They play this game to not rock the boat, and pretend to be as “woke” as their counterparts. However, many of them waged a protest vote against their mates in an effort to gain back some portion of their masculinity. How do I know I'm right? Post-election discussions by many pundits validate me. Many pundits have said that Democrats put too much weight on the abortion issue. And what about “woke”? In response to the abortion issue and the unending drumbeat of social justice issues, Democrat political strategist, James Carville who wrongly predicted a Harris win actually said publicly that Leftist women are the reason many men moved away from the Democrats. Please find Carville's quote with reference I believe in my heart that Carville knew Harris would lose, despite his article in the New York Times about the 3 Reasons Harris Will Win. Pollsters are like Blockbuster in the age of Netflix—stuck in the past. Trump showed up with a digital flamethrower and burned their “methodologies” to ash. And what did the pollsters do? Learned their lesson? Nope. They doubled down, like an ex who still thinks their mixtape will win you back. Polling as a Tool of Manipulation Here's the game: A poll comes out saying, “52% of people hate Trump.” What happens next?Trump supporters: “That's ridiculous. Did you see the rallies?!”Leftists: “See? We told you the election was rigged!”And the rest? They're like, “Well, 52% is more than half, maybe I should hate Trump too.” That's not a poll—that's a psy-op with pie charts. The Vaccine Hustle and the "Poll Ruse" Remember when they told us, “The vaccine is 100% effective. No wait, 97%. Actually, it's 80%. Oh, whoops, 40%, but it'll keep you out of the hospital…maybe.” And just as the data kept shifting, so did the polls:“82% of Americans trust the vaccine!”Two weeks later: “Well, 67% think it's okay.”Now: “Hey, at least 42% of you aren't suing yet!”They weren't gauging opinion; they were testing compliance. And when perfectly healthy 25-year-olds started dropping dead, they gave it a name—Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. SADS. Are you kidding me? They made sudden death sound like a trendy new diet plan: “Lose weight, drop dead. Ask your doctor if SADS is right for you!” And after every tragedy, what did they do? They polledBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-kevin-jackson-show--2896352/support.

Real Estate Investing With Jay Conner, The Private Money Authority
***Guest AppearanceCredits to:https://www.youtube.com/@FromAdversity2AbundancePodcast "Desperation Has a Smell: The Psychology of Raising Private Money with Jay Conner"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3AcMDgutqM In this episode of Raising Private Money with Jay Conner, Jay reflects on the challenges and pivotal moments that have shaped his real estate journey. From navigating a banking crisis to leveraging private money, Jay's story is rich with practical advice and inspiration for real estate entrepreneurs. The Crisis That Sparked ChangeIn 2009, Jay Conner, a seasoned real estate investor in North Carolina, was blindsided by an unexpected setback. After placing nonrefundable earnest money on several properties, his bank abruptly closed his line of credit without notice. Puzzled and concerned, Jay approached his banker, only to discover that the global financial crisis had severely impacted credit lines. This moment of adversity led Jay to ask a crucial question: "Who can help me with this problem?"Discovering Private MoneyWith guidance from his friend Jeff Blankenship, Jay explored the realm of private money and private lending. Jeff introduced him to the concept of using self-directed IRAs for private lending, which allows individuals to lend money while enjoying potential tax advantages. Motivated, Jay educated himself and his network about these new funding avenues, emphasizing the benefits they offered.Jay adopted an educational approach rather than a direct ask for money. He taught his network how they could earn high returns safely and securely by participating in his lending program. Jay's program featured attractive terms, such as an 8% simple interest rate and a 90-day call option, designed to appeal to potential private lenders.Shift in Mindset: Control and ConfidenceEntering the world of private money marked a significant shift in Jay's perspective. Unlike traditional bank loans, where the banks set all the terms, private money allowed Jay to dictate the conditions. This newfound control provided him with the confidence to proceed, knowing that he could secure and use $8.5 million in private money without directly asking anyone for it.Ethical Practices in Real EstateEthics play a pivotal role in Jay's business practices. He critiques certain controversial methods in real estate, such as securing large nonrefundable deposits from tenants in rent-to-own agreements without assisting them in obtaining a mortgage. Knowing that less than 5% of these tenants end up owning the homes, Jay advocates for helping tenants improve their credit and working closely with credit repair companies to increase their chances of homeownership.Securing Trust: The Wayne StoryIn an illustrative anecdote, Jay recounted how he secured his first private money commitment. During a Wednesday night Bible study, he approached a well-connected community member named Wayne, asking for his help rather than money. Jay outlined his business model and the high returns he was generating, sparking Wayne's interest. Wayne initially committed $250,000, which later grew to $500,000.Strategic Lead GenerationGiven today's market conditions, where inventory in the MLS is low, Jay highlights the importance of direct-to-seller channels. Through Google leads, direct mail, outbound calling, and Facebook ads, Jay sustains a steady pipeline of seller leads, allowing his business to adapt to the evolving real estate landscape.Adapting and ThrivingJay reflected on a notable case study involving the acquisition of an oceanfront condominium. He purchased the property for $425,000, completed minimal renovations costing $11,000, and sold it within fi

This episode is part of my Folklore Friday series where I am sharing a folklore story every Friday in 2024. A Tyrant Farm Owner Long ago, in the northern reaches of Iceland, there was a farmstead called Skíðastaðir, where a wealthy farmer ruled with an iron fist. His wealth was immense, and he had many laborers working tirelessly, both summer and winter. The farmer was known for his strict ways, especially during the haymaking season. He demanded that the women servants cook meals only on Sundays, leaving the other days for hard labor in the fields. Church was out of the question, and reading the bible was forbidden. His farm was a place of toil, not of worship. A Strange & Deadly Disaster One Sunday morning, something strange happened. A mysterious man, dressed in white and holding a staff, was seen by many in the area. He was walking northwards over Vansdalsfjall, a mountain that loomed above Skíðastaðir. The man stopped at the top of the mountain, looked down upon the farm, and struck the earth with his staff. Suddenly, the ground began to shake, and a massive landslide started to rumble down the slope, growing larger and more terrifying as it descended. This unstoppable force crashed into the farmhouse, leaving nothing but destruction in its wake. All who lived there perished, except for one young girl who had, by some twist of fate, been away from the farmhouse at that very moment. A Young & Kind Woman Working on the Farm This girl had lived at Skíðastaðir for a long time, but her heart was heavy with sorrow. She was deeply troubled by the farmer's godlessness, yet she remained kind and dutiful, earning the affection of her masters and fellow workers alike. She often cooked on holy days without complaint, though her only reward was being allowed to scrape the pots clean. The winter before the landslide was one of the harshest anyone could remember. People and animals alike were starving, but the wealthy farmer refused to share his abundance, turning away those who came to him in desperate need. The girl, however, could not bear to see others suffer. She would give what little she could to the poor and hungry, even offering them the scrapings from the pots. The winter was cruel to the animals too, and they died in great numbers, their bodies piling up as the cold tightened its grip.Ravens gathered at the farms, searching for any scraps that might be thrown out. Moved by their plight, the girl threw out whatever she could from the kitchen. One raven, in particular, became fond of her, following her wherever she went outside. He was always there, waiting for her to share a morsel. How the Raven Saved the Young Woman As spring turned to summer, the raven continued his visits, arriving early each morning at Skíðastaðir. The girl, with her kind heart, always saved a bit of food for him. On the fateful Sunday morning when the landslide occurred, she had risen early to cook porridge.Eager to feed her raven friend, she hurried to scrape the pot before he arrived. But when she went outside, the raven was acting strangely. He wouldn't touch the food she offered, instead fluttering around anxiously and then flying a short distance away into the field.Puzzled, the girl followed him, determined to find out what was wrong. The raven flew a little farther each time she approached, leading her further and further from the farmhouse. She didn't understand why he was behaving this way, but she trusted him and kept following.Eventually, they had traveled some distance south of the homefield when the girl decided it was time to turn back.Just then, she heard a terrifying roar coming from the mountain. She turned to see the landslide crashing down, sweeping away the farmhouse and everything in its path. The realization struck her like a bolt of lightning—the raven had saved her life. Overcome with gratitude, she thanked God with all her heart for sending this wise and faithful bird to lead her to safety.

On March 19, 1960, Kansas City police were called to the home James and Sharon Kinne for what they believed was an accidental shooting. According to Sharon, she had found their two-year-old daughter lying on the couple's bed, a gun near her hand and her father's body next to her with a large hole in his head. Unable to find evidence to the contrary, the shooting was ruled an accident and Sharon collected on her husband's life insurance policy. It wasn't until a few months later, when the wife of Sharon's new boyfriend went missing and eventually turned up dead, that investigators came to believe that James Kinne's death was no accident.Sharon Kinne was eventually arrested and charged with the murders of her husband James and of Patricia Jones, the wife of Sharon's boyfriend at the time of her arrest. During the course of their investigation, detectives began unraveling a lurid tale of infidelity and conspiracy that resulted in at least two murders. Ultimately, Sharon would be acquitted of her Patricia Jones' murder, and would be tried three times for the murder of James Kinne. Before she could be tried for a fourth time, Sharon fled to Mexico with the help of yet another boyfriend, where she killed Francisco Parades Ordoñez in what she claimed was self-defense. The Mexican authorities rejected that claim and in 1964 Sharon was tried and convicted for murder, receiving a ten-year prison sentence. However, after serving just five years of her sentence, Sharon Kinne escaped the Mexican prison and has been on the run ever since. Today, more than fifty years later, she is still considered a fugitive with active warrants out for her arrest.Thank you to the wonderful David White, of the Bring Me the Axe pod, for research assistance ReferencesDoyle, Patricia Janson. 1962.
