Morgan got into the entertainment business at fourteen years old as a lighting assistant to a photographer and later became a bar mitzvah dancer. Shortly after 9/11 he decided that life is short and he had to really focus on this career path. Morgan takes great pride in the way that Total Entertainment is able utilize their creativity and tailor their services to the needs of each client. Steven talks about his experience with event planning and becoming ordained to officiate a wedding.Segment 2Before the pandemic, Total Entertainment does nearly 2,500 events a year. The process begins with the sales team which is run by the founder of the company, Mark Jason. Morgan believes that what separates them from other companies is that they are always updating their sales tools. Make created Event Chit Chat, an online database that they use to talk with their clients and discuss trends. In order to adjust to the pandemic, they began to host online events like game shows and it eventually evolved into full blown virtual productions like galas.Segment 3Steven asks about some of the wild things that happened in his industry due to the pandemic. Morgan Talks about the craziness of what he calls the “goal line stance,” where people were planning parties within ten days of the event date. Normally Total Entertainment will plan events two years in advance so they were scrambling to complete plans. In addition to events, they began hosting on site testing locations. With access to tests they have been able to test staff before events.‍Segment 4Morgan shares how he makes each event special for his clients. Most are happy to celebrate life after such a dark year. To Morgan this past year has been both a blessing and a curse. While he gained so much from being home with his family, Morgan is ready to get back to work. TORONTO — Former welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre is starting his comeback with a bang — against UFC middleweight title-holder Michael Bisping. The two will meet for the 185-pound crown in the second half of 2017, Dana White announced on TSN's SportsCentre. White also indicated that he expects the fight to take place in Las Vegas rather than in Canada where GSP defended the welterweight belt four times. "I still consider him a champion," Dana White told TSN's Rod Smith on SportsCentre.  "Michael Bisping has wanted this fight, GSP wants this fight, so I'm going to make it happen." The 35-year-old St-Pierre has not fought since November 2013 when he won a narrow decision over Johny (Bigg Rigg) Hendricks for his 12th straight win. The Montreal mixed martial arts star then took a hiatus, saying he needed time away from the sport. "As far as the Under Armour/Reebok thing goes, he was sponsored by Under Armour when he was in the UFC before and never wore it into the Ocatgon so, it wasn't that tough to get done," said White. England's Bisping won the middleweight championship from Luke Rockhold at UFC 199 in January 2016, subsequently defending the title against Dan Henderson. The 38-year-old Bisping (31-7-0) had been campaigning for a big-money fight against St-Pierre (25-2-0). St-Pierre's previous UFC fights were all at 170 pounds. The two fighters are slated to appear at a news conference Friday in Las Vegas prior to the UFC 209 weigh-ins. For the UFC, St-Pierre versus Bisping is a welcome marquee fight at a time when lightweight champion (The Notorious) Conor McGregror is awaiting the birth of his child, former light-heavyweight title-holder Jon (Bones) Jones is trying to sort out his life outside the cage and former women's flag-bearer (Rowdy) Ronda Rousey is contemplating her fighting future after beatdowns at the hands of Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes....
