Cererea vine în contextul în care conducerea CCR a decis că următoarea ședință va fi luni, iar proiectul de lege al guvernului Bolojan privind reforma pensiilor speciale ale magistraților prevede intrarea în vigoare de la 1 ianuarie. Într-un dialog cu HotNews, Tudorel Toader, fost judecător CCR, spune că situația este una atipică, iar legea nu impune o limită și judecătorii pot amâna la nesfârșit decizia. Cu toate acestea, el a subliniat că episodul de ieri, când patru judecători au părăsit sala de ședințe și astfel au lăsat Curtea fără cvorum, ... este unul pe care nu l-a întâlnit niciodată. Legea spune că la ședință trebuie să participe minimum 6 judecători din nouă pentru ca să existe cvorum pentru un verdict. România riscă în continuare să piardă peste 200 de milioane de euro din PNRR. Noul proiect de modificare a pensiilor magistraților adoptat de Guvern prevede creșterea etapizată a vârstei de pensionare la 65 de ani. Cuantumul pensiei nu poate depăși 70% din indemnizația netă primită în ultima lună de activitate. Bătaie pe Hidroelectrica. O retehnologizare majoră și-a triplat costurile. Costurile estimate totale ale proiectului de retehnologizare a hidrocentralei Brădișor de pe Lotru, din portofoliul companiei de stat Hidroelectrica, cel mai mare producător de energie electrică din România, s-au triplat în perioada 2020-2024, de la 36,024 milioane euro plus TVA la 121,892 milioane euro plus TVA, în prezent fiind în derulare a treia licitație consecutivă de atribuire a contractului de execuție, după anularea primelor două, relevă date analizate de Profit.ro. Turiștii străini veniți în România în interes de afaceri au cheltuit, în trimestrul al treilea, peste un miliard de lei, arată datele Institutului Național de Statistică (INS), scrie aceeași publicație. Din totalul cheltuielilor în scop profesional și de afaceri, ponderea principală o reprezintă cheltuielile pentru cazare (50,3%), din cadrul acestui tip de cheltuieli fiind preferată în special cazarea cu mic dejun inclus (92,7% din totalul cheltuielilor pentru cazare). Cheltuielile pentru cumpărături au fost de 18,2%, iar cele pentru restaurante și baruri au reprezentat 17,9%, din totalul cheltuielilor în scop particular. Din totalul cheltuielilor pentru cumpărături, 36,2% au fost destinate atât pentru cumpărarea alimentelor și băuturilor, cât și pentru cumpărarea de îmbrăcăminte și încălțăminte, iar 27,6% pentru cumpărarea de cadouri și suveniruri.
