Today on Uncommon Sense, we're discussing the tragic state of the modern world. From the protests in Ireland to growing frustration across Western nations, many people feel as though their voices are no longer being heard by the institutions that claim to represent them. I'll share why I support the right of people to protest and why I believe the demonstrations in Ireland have resonated with so many people around the world. We'll also discuss what I see as a deeper spiritual crisis affecting modern society. Many of the political, cultural, and social problems we face today are symptoms of a broader moral and spiritual decline, one that cannot be solved through politics alone. In this episode:My thoughts on the protests in IrelandWhy so many citizens now feel disconnected from their governmentsThe growing divide between ordinary people and powerful institutionsThe role of faith, morality, and personal responsibility in rebuilding societyWhy I believe many of today's crises point to a deeper spiritual battleWhether you agree or disagree, this episode is an invitation to think critically about the direction of our culture, our governments, and our future.--https://www.youversion.com/bible-app
What Happens When a Reporter Stops Looking Away? For most people, curiosity lasts a few moments. For Matt Birkbeck, it became a life's work.Long before true crime podcasts dominated streaming platforms and documentary series filled television schedules, Birkbeck was chasing leads, knocking on doors, digging through court records, and asking questions others overlooked. His reporting led him deep into stories involving organized crime, political corruption, missing persons, financial fraud, and some of the most notorious figures in modern American history. In this episode of HarmonyTALK, host Greg Frigoletto sits down with the award-winning investigative journalist and bestselling author whose work helped uncover the stories behind Mafia kingpin Russell Bufalino, mob boss William "Big Billy" D'Elia, Robert Durst, and Suzanne Sevakis, whose tragic story later became the global Netflix documentary Girl in the Picture. The conversation explores what motivates someone to spend a lifetime pursuing difficult truths, the emotional toll of living inside dark stories, and the patience required to earn trust from people who often have every reason not to talk.Birkbeck also discusses his latest creative chapter, The Wicked, a historical thriller inspired by the Molly Maguires and the coal region of Northeastern Pennsylvania. After decades devoted exclusively to facts, documents, and evidence, he explains why fiction offered a different kind of freedom while still satisfying his instinct to investigate. From New York City and Hollywood, to the Poconos and Pittston, PA, and beyond, Birkbeck's career has been driven by one simple question:What story has not been told yet?

In 2024, the world learned the name Gisele Pelicot. Between 2011 and 2020, she was drugged and raped in her home in France by her husband, Dominique, and dozens of other men while she was unconscious. In a landmark trial, the then-72-year-old Gisele waived her right to anonymity as evidence revealed at least 200 rapes, many of them filmed. Dominique recruited men through a sex chat website, giving detailed instructions on how to abuse his wife. But this is not an isolated case. In 2026, CNN uncovered allegations of a global network of men in group chats sharing tips on drugging and raping their wives, alongside more than 20,000 “sleep content” videos. Investigative journalist Saskya Vandoorne joins us after infiltrating these groups and speaking to survivors. LINKS Learn more about CNN's investigation here. Today on Uncommon Sense, we're discussing what may be the most consequential political moment of Donald Trump's career. With Trump's approval ratings slipping, the Iran conflict escalating, renewed questions surrounding the Epstein files, and the assassination of Charlie Kirk continuing to reverberate through the conservative movement, many Americans are asking whether these events are isolated, or part of a much larger story. In this episode, I examine the connections I believe may exist between these developments, including my view that the Epstein files may have been used as leverage against powerful political figures and that foreign interests have exerted significant influence over American policy in the Middle East. We'll discuss:Trump's declining support among his baseThe growing controversy surrounding U.S. involvement with IranThe unanswered questions surrounding the Epstein filesThe political impact of Charlie Kirk's assassination and its aftermathWhy I believe these stories intersect in ways the mainstream media refuses to exploreMy goal is not to tell you what to think, but to encourage you to question narratives, follow incentives, and examine who benefits from the decisions being made in Washington.--https://www.bible.com/

In this episode of The Lucas Mack Show, Lucas sits down with journalist and author John O'Connor to explore the origins of the modern psychedelic movement through the life and legacy of Terence McKenna, one of its most influential and controversial pioneers. Drawing from his new book, A Short, Strange Trip, John examines the infamous 1971 La Chorrera experiment in the Amazon and the ideas that helped shape today's growing fascination with psychedelics, plant medicine, and altered states of consciousness. The conversation moves beyond politics and headlines into deeper questions about healing, spirituality, identity, and the human search for truth. John also shares the personal story that inspired his investigation, including his father's struggle with alcoholism and attempts at psychedelic-assisted therapy. Together, Lucas and John explore how hallucinogens evolved from counterculture taboo into a mainstream wellness movement backed by clinical research, venture capital, and legislative reform, while asking an important question: when does subjective experience become accepted as truth? This is a thought-provoking conversation about belief, healing, consciousness, and the growing intersection between spirituality, psychology, and modern culture. Today on Uncommon Sense, we're talking about “law enforcement” and why so many people no longer feel like laws are actually being enforced equally or consistently, especially when it comes to powerful and well-connected individuals connected to the Epstein scandal. We discuss the growing public frustration surrounding the unreleased and heavily redacted Epstein files, the lack of visible accountability for elite predators, and why so many Americans feel the justice system has failed women, children, and vulnerable people. We also talk about why local police departments, sheriffs, prosecutors, and public officials should be demanding full transparency and supporting the release of the complete unredacted Epstein files so the public can see the truth plainly. This episode also goes into the broader leadership crisis facing America and much of the world: weak leadership, fear of confrontation, and silence in the face of corruption. We discuss the need for stronger moral leadership, stronger families, stronger communities, and men willing to stand up publicly against evil instead of shrinking back from difficult conversations. If laws are not enforced equally, trust in institutions collapses. If justice is selective, people stop believing justice exists at all. It's time for courage, accountability, truth, and leadership again.--https://www.youversion.com/bible-app
CoffeeZilla has just released one of the biggest investigations of his career, exposing the alleged $328 million Goliath Ventures Inc Ponzi scheme tied to Christopher Delgado — and this has become the biggest moment of my YouTube journey.SUPPORTIf my work has helped you, consider supporting here: https://ko-fi.com/dehek Even a small amount helps me keep exposing scams. Anonymous support available. Thank you — Danny In this livestream, I'll be reacting to the full CoffeeZilla documentary and breaking down what really happened behind the scenes. This wasn't just a video about a court case. This was months of investigation, whistleblowers, lawsuits, blockchain tracing, victims coming forward, and a story that almost never got told.THE STORY BEFORE THE HEADLINESI started investigating Goliath Ventures Inc on 1 September 2025, long before most people had ever heard the name. What stood out from the beginning was the way the operation moved quietly through trusted personal networks rather than public advertising.People were not being sold a random crypto deal by strangers. They were being introduced by people they trusted. That is what made it so dangerous. The pitch was wrapped in private equity language, luxury branding, private jets, Rolls-Royces, celebrity associations, political connections, and claims of serious financial credibility. But underneath the image, the numbers did not make sense.THE RETURNS DID NOT ADD UPGoliath Ventures allegedly claimed investor funds were being used in liquidity pools and crypto trading strategies capable of producing extraordinary monthly returns.CoffeeZilla independently tested those claims by tracing wallet flows and following the money. What he found was not meaningful trading activity supporting those returns.Instead, the evidence allegedly showed new investor money being used to pay earlier investors — the classic structure prosecutors now allege formed part of a massive Ponzi scheme. That moment in the documentary was surreal for me because it independently confirmed concerns we had been chasing for months.RETIREMENT MONEY & FALSE SECURITYOne of the most disturbing parts of this investigation is the retirement money angle.CoffeeZilla's documentary explores the connection between Goliath Ventures, Blackblock, My Wealth MD, audit claims, and investors allegedly being reassured that funds were backed and secure. Many people believed the company had already been vetted because of the branding, the events, the paperwork, and the people surrounding it.But when withdrawals started freezing, the illusion began to collapse.Behind the scenes, victims were frightened, embarrassed, and unsure who to trust.THE LAWSUIT & THE PRESSUREAfter I started publicly raising concerns, I was sued in the United States. That lawsuit created enormous pressure. Not just on me, but on victims, insiders, journalists, and anyone thinking about speaking publicly.CoffeeZilla explains in his documentary how close he came to walking away from the story because of legal risk. That part hit me hard because it shows the reality of independent journalism. The threats are real. The lawsuits are real. The financial pressure is real. The emotional toll is real. This is why so many stories do not get told until a court filing makes them safe to repeat. But real investigative journalism starts before the paperwork arrives.THE CHARGESBefore CoffeeZilla released thBuy Me a Coffee I'm on @buymeacoffee. Today we're talking about why so many people feel like none of us are fine anymore. The Epstein files reopened deep questions about power, corruption, protection, and why the people at the top never seem to face real accountability. We're breaking down the public reaction, the distrust, the anger, and what it means when people feel like justice only applies to ordinary citizens.--https://www.bible.com/

In this week’s episode of Zone 7, Sheryl McCollum talks with retired FBI special agent Jodene Weber about the parallels in their careers and the many times their paths nearly crossed before they officially met. Investigative journalism has never been easy. But according to the latest State of Accountability Journalism report from the University of Florida's Collier Prize, the reporters doing that work today say the obstacles are growing even as their commitment to watchdog reporting remains strong. Shrinking newsroom staffs, rising costs for public records and increasing resistance from government agencies are making investigations harder to pursue. Yet many journalists say the very pressures threatening accountability reporting are also reinforcing why it matters. As Collier Prize director Rick Hirsch put it, "this is a hard business. If you're going to stick in it, you've got to be committed and believe in the impact that it can have." Jan Jekielek is one of the most important journalists working today. As senior editor at Epoch Times and host of American Thought Leaders, he has interviewed nearly a thousand heads of state, scientists, dissidents, and survivors — and for two decades he has been doing what almost no one in Western media would: documenting China's state-sanctioned, industrialized harvesting of organs from living prisoners of conscience. His new book, Killed to Order, makes the case that this is the largest ongoing crime against humanity on the planet — and that most of us have been counting on not to notice. In this conversation, Jan traces how a peaceful spiritual movement became the target of an extermination campaign, how prisoners of conscience became a living organ database, and why the global elite's obsession with longevity may be more connected to this atrocity than anyone wants to admit. This is a conversation that demands something of you. Jan has spent twenty years carrying a truth the world wasn't ready to receive. It's time to receive it.

In this episode of The China Desk Podcast, host Steve Yates sits down with journalist and documentary filmmaker Jan Jekielek, host of American Thought Leaders and author of Killed to Order. The conversation explores the disturbing allegations surrounding forced organ harvesting in China, a practice critics say is linked to the Chinese Communist Party's detention system and repression of dissident groups. Jekielek explains how the issue first emerged through reports from prisoners of conscience and human-rights investigations, and how China's transplant system raised questions among medical experts due to extremely short wait times for organs. He discusses the role of propaganda, state control, and international medical partnerships, and what this controversy reveals about the structure of power inside the CCP. The discussion also examines broader geopolitical implications, including how Western governments, institutions, and medical systems have responded—or failed to respond—to the allegations.
