First and foremost thing we need to know and understand is that the Heavenly Realm has a far greater reality than the earthly realm because that is where God dwells. In actuality, the natural man cannot fathom what is happening in the Spirit World unless ONE is in the spirit. Apostle John was only able to see and perceive the realm of the spirit when he was in the spirit. Revelation 1:10-12: “I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, 11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. 12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;…”You can only access the Spiritual realm by your spirit and by Faith. You cannot access the realm of God any other way. Naturally, people doubt God's promises simply because they are not able to access His promises by the fresh. God's promises can ONLY be gotten from the Spirit (Heavenly) realms by the Spirit and by faith. Listen as we dig deeper into this teaching.
First, we need to understand that there are 3 encounters every person must have in order to OBTAIN AND ENJOY true Kingdom prosperity. 1. Encounter with Jesus Christ – John 3:16; “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.2. Encounter with Holy Spirit – John 16:13; “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”3. Encounter with God's Word – 2 Timothy 2:15; “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth”. What does the Bible say about Kingdom prosperity? 3rd John 2, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth”. Genesis 17:6 (KJV) “And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee”. 2 Corinthians 8:9 (KJV)“For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich”.There are 5- levels of Kingdom Prosperity 1) Spiritual prosperity 2) Mental prosperity 3) Emotional Prosperity 4) Financial prosperity 5) Relational Prosperity According to God's Kingdom, the person considered wealthy is the one with qualifications of all of the above. Let us dig deeper into this so much needed message in the Body of Christ...
The benefit of honoring and spending time in the presence of God (Part 2)Ladies and gentlemen, our Heavenly Father longs to spend time with those that are willing. He has a lot to share with us if we are only willing to give out heart and time to listen to him. Over the years, I have personally realized that the more I spend time in His presence, the more I become sensitive to hear His voice.John 10:27 declares, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand”.My prayer is that as you listen to this message, you are challenged to make a commitment to faithfully spend time in His presence every day, and experience for yourself the rich blessings that come with having an intentional intimate relationship with Him ...

Hebrews 5:13-14 (AMPC) 13 For everyone who continues to feed on milk is obviously inexperienced and unskilled in the doctrine of righteousness (of conformity to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action), for he is a mere infant [not able to talk yet]! 14 But solid food is for full-grown men, for those whose senses and mental faculties are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally good and noble and what is evil and contrary either to divine or human law. We must move on to spiritual maturity! We must progress past the point of “Jesus saves” and know Him more intimately. It is all about relationship! Any relationship needs growth, or it grows stagnant. We don't want our relationship with the Lord to be stagnant. We want a heart-felt, close and personal relationship with Jesus Christ and He wants that as well...
Ladies and gentlemen, our level of intimacy with God determines how much victory and success we experience in our lives and that of our ministries. You see, when we received Jesus Christ as our personal savior or as we say got born-again, our Christian journey began. In order to fully mature as believers, we must therefore cultivate, nurture and develop our relationship with God daily. If we are not careful, we can get so caught up in the “doings” of Christianity that we neglect the foundation principle of Christianity which is our personal relationship with God. It is a journey of Faith ladies and gentlemen. Unfortunately, many of us have remained stagnant in one place for so long and have never matured to the next level. They go to church, give their offerings, fellowship with a few people and that's it. Oh – but there is more and God is calling us to go deeper...
The Words You Speak each and every day will determine your success in this area..Jesus said in Matthew 12:34, “For out of the fullness (the overflow, the super-abundance) of the heart the mouth speaks” (The Amplified Bible). What you continually say with your mouth is what you are enjoying or struggling with in your life today. Your words either open or shut the door to the power of God working in your situation. They also open or shut the door on the devil. So if you catch yourself saying things you don't desire in your life, repent and change your words. Speak only what you want to come to pass. Every word you say is important. To have faith for divine healing operating in your life, you must have confidence not only in God's Word, but in your words. Mark 11:23 says, “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”
Prophet Isaiah wrote one of the most foundational passages about the coming Messiah in Isaiah 53:5. It says, “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed”. In this verse, the prophet Isaiah makes four incredible statements concerning the suffering that Jesus would go through on our behalf: · He would be wounded for our transgressions, · He would be bruised for our iniquities, · He would be punished for our peace · His stripes will bring about our healingLet us dig deeper...
THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT WORK;2 Thessalonians 3:10: For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. Proverbs 13:11 says, "Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase" 1 Timothy 5:8 says, "If any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel" Ephesians 4:28: "Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth". Before you plan and engage in projects whether for your home or ministry, count the cost. Counting the cost” means recognizing and agreeing to some terms first. In Luke 14:28; Jesus said, “Which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?” Proverbs 21:5 Amplified Bible (AMP)The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance and advantage, But everyone who acts in haste comes surely to poverty...
Spending unwisely what God has entrusted you is considered unfaithfulness in the Bible. Luke 16:11; "If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?". Getting more money won't solve our financial problems unless we are disciplined in our spending. God desires for us to be good stewards over what He gives us..
Our forefathers believed in saving for a rainy day. Proverbs 27:12 (KJV) says, " A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself; But the simple pass on, and are punished." Investing your money is a smart way to ensure that your money grows over time. Knowing how to invest money wisely is key to ensuring your money is working for you...
2 Corinthians 9:6-8 “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work”. A Cheerful giver is a person who gives of what they have joyfully, not in a reluctant manner. We are to give from our hearts, not from leftovers of what we budget from our monthly income....
Jesus lives inside every believer through the person of the Holy Spirit. The comfort that we receive through the presence of the Holy Spirit is one of the most precious gifts God has given to mankind. God gave Holy Spirit to every believer when they received Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior. Apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians 5:19 that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. We receive comfort directly from the spirit of God dwelling within our human spirit as we go through the turmoil of life. Isn't that wonderful? God's comfort is far greater than any human comfort. Learn to call upon the Holy Spirit for comfort and consolation when hard times wear you down! Hebrews 13:5 says that He will never leave you nor forsake you... Enjoy the full episode

JOHN 16:9-15 "And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. 12I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 15All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you".
Happy is he . . . whose hope is in the Lord his God.—Psalm 146:5. All happiness and all of the unlimited benefits of God which flow from the storehouse of heaven are contingent upon our relationship to God. Absolute dependency and absolute yieldedness are the conditions of receiving these promises as His child. In order to be His child, there must be a total surrender of your will to Him. Man does not come to know God through works—he comes to know God by faith, through grace. You cannot work your way toward happiness and heaven, you cannot moralize your way, you cannot reform your way, you cannot buy your way. It comes as a gift of God through Christ. All God's requires of you is to open your heart and say "I repent and receive you Lord as my personal savior"
Apostle Paul writing to Colossians said, “For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins” (Colossians 1:9–14). One of the major ways of pleasing our Heavenly Father is in knowing and understanding His will for our lives. When we do, we will endeavor to bear the fruit of the spirit. As you listen to this episode, you will be motivated to pray along and receive your blessing...
THEME SCRIPTURES: EPHESIANS 4:11-12 There is a great need to pray for those in five-fold- ministry. This includes the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. Why? They have a great responsibility in their offices of operations assigned to them by God and they need our support. Brother and sisters, change towards righteousness must begin with the Spiritual leaders in the Body of Christ. The Church must rise in intense prayer for these men and women who are spiritual leadership of the church. They are the front-line generals of the church for and under the Lord Jesus Christ that God has entrusted the church in the earth and we need each and every one of them... Our prayers must be: 1. Pure - Pray without hidden agenda 2. Passionate – Fervent prayers (James5:16) 3. Persistent - Pray relentlessly
The Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ starts out with John, exiled on the Isle of Patmos, receiving an Angelic message and then some incredible visions that are similar to those seen by the Prophet Daniel hundreds of years earlier. The Greek name for the book of Revelation, A·po·kaʹly·psis (apocalypse), means “Uncovering” or “Disclosure.” This name indicates the meaning of Revelation—it uncovers matters that had been hidden and discloses events that would happen long after it was written. The apostle John penned the Revelation at the age of 92 while exiled as a prisoner of Rome on the remote Isle of Patmos. John was to write in a book the visions that he SAW during his exile, and send it to the 7 Churches who were operating in Asia Minor (modern Turkey). At the time of the writing of Revelation, John was the last of the Apostles of the Lamb still alive and perhaps the last living apostle who had SEEN the Lord. He was therefore the best, and perhaps only, man available to complete the New Testament writings. Listen to learn more...
God is Supreme Being and He exists independent of the universe. He does not change, is absolute, transcends space and time, He is self-aware, all-knowing, ever-present, and can accomplish whatever he desires to accomplish. Ephesians 1:17; "I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better". Think about what the Bible says in the Book of Daniel 3:13-27. 13 Furious with rage, Nebuchadnezzar summoned Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. So these men were brought before the king, 14 and Nebuchadnezzar said to them, ‘Is it true, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, that you do not serve my gods or worship the image of gold I have set up? 15 Now when you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipes and all kinds of music, if you are ready to fall down and worship the image I made, very good. But if you do not worship it, you will be thrown immediately into a blazing furnace. Then what god will be able to rescue you from my hand?” 16 Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. 17 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from it, and he will rescue us from your hand, O king. 18 But even if he does not, we want you to know, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.” 19 Then Nebuchadnezzar was furious with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, and his attitude toward them changed. He ordered the furnace heated seven times hotter than usual 20 and commanded some of the strongest soldiers in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and throw them into the blazing furnace. 21 So these men, wearing their robes, trousers, turbans and other clothes, were bound and thrown into the blazing furnace. 22 The king’s command was so urgent and the furnace so hot that the flames of the fire killed the soldiers who took up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, 23 and these three men, firmly tied, fell into the blazing furnace. 24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?” They replied, “Certainly, O king.” 25 He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.” 26 Nebuchadnezzar then approached the opening of the blazing furnace and shouted, “Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!” So Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came out of the fire, 27 and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers crowded around them. They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them. THAT IS THE ALMIGHTY GOD WE SERVE - HALLELUJAH!
The prayer of consecration is simply an invitation for God to change, rearrange, and purify us. When God prepares us for His use, He often starts by cleansing us of the things that do not honor Him, such as improper thought patterns, bad attitudes or habits. There are many ways God choses to deal with His people. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NKJV) 19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body [a]and in your spirit, which are God’s. The church of Laodicea is the last of seven churches addressed in the Bible Book of Revelation. We are not told who founded the church of Laodicea in the Bible, yet from textual evidence in the New Testament, we know that Apostle Paul mentioned Epaphras in Colossians 1:7-8, as a faithful minister of the church at Colossae. According to historians, this church was one of Laodicea’s close neighbors. Therefore, it seems feasible that he may have been responsible also for planting the church at Laodicea. Revelation 3:15-16; “I know your works; you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were either cold or hot. So, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I am about to spit you out of my mouth.” The Christians at Laodicea were affected by Domitian’s decrees. Their response to this persecution—which even involved their ability to buy and sell—is what causes them to be called a “lukewarm” church. It became so hard that those Christians who refused to worship the image the emperor were killed. Christians could no longer buy or sell unless they had taken the mark of the beast (Revelation 13). The pressure upon rich Christians to maintain their wealth was intense. Since a great deal of Laodicea’s wealth depended upon trade, the Christian merchants were in a dilemma. Would they cooperate with the imperial cult and maintain their trade associations, or would they forswear Domitian and reaffirm their faith in Christ? Many of the Laodicean Christians compromised their faith in such ways that the writer of the apocalypse could say, “I will spit you out of my mouth” (Revelation 3:16).
The church in Philadelphia was the 6th of seven churches who received a spiritual evaluation directly from God through Jesus Christ. Revelation 3:7, 10–13, “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write … "Because you have kept the word of My patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come on all the world, to try them that dwell on the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which you have, that no man take your crown. Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God: and I will write on him My new name. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches”. Jesus tells this church; "I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, and no one has the power to shut it because you have a little strength, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name. Behold, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who proclaim themselves to be Jews and are not, but do lie - behold, I will cause them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you. Because you (certain brethren in Philadelphia) have kept the word of My patience, I also will keep you from the time of temptation which is about to come upon the whole world to try those who dwell on the earth. Behold, I am coming quickly; hold fast that which you have so that no one may take away your crown. The one who overcomes (in Philadelphia and in all places where Christians dwell) will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall not go out any more; and I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which will come down out of heaven from My God . . .”
Revelation 3:1-6 “To the angel of the church in Sardis write: He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars, says this: “I know your deeds, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. 2 WAKE UP, and strengthen the things that remain, which were about to die; for I have NOT found your deeds completed in the sight of My God. 3 So remember what you have received and heard; and keep it, and REPENT. Therefore if you do not WAKE UP, I will COME LIKE A THIEF, and you will not know at what hour I will come to you. 4 But you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments; and they will walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. 5He who overcomes will thus be clothed in white garments; and I will NOT erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. 6 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’ Here, we read that Jesus quickly and clearly condemns the lifeless state of the Sardian church: He says; “I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead” (Revelation 3). This church may have had a good reputation, but they were spiritually lifeless. In other words, the church was filled with unsaved people going through the motions of religion. There were many tares among the wheat (Matthew 13:24-30).
Revelation 2:18-28; “And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write: “The Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet are like burnished bronze, says this: “19 I know your deeds, and your love and faith and service and perseverance, and that your deeds of late are greater than at first. 20 BUT I have this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and leads My bond-servants astray so that they commit acts of immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 I gave her time to repent, and she does not want to repent of her immorality. 22 Behold, I will throw her on a bed of sickness, and those who commit adultery with her into GREAT TRIBULATION unless they REPENT of her deeds. 23 And I will kill her children with pestilence, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds. 24 But I say to you, the rest who are in Thyatira, who do NOT hold this teaching, who have NOT known the deep things of satan, as they call them—I place no other burden on you. 25 Nevertheless what you have, hold fast until I come. 26 He who overcomes, and he who keeps My deeds until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations; 27 and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of the potter are broken to pieces, as I also have received authority from My Father;28 and I will give him the morning star. 29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches”. Thyatira was the church that had a Jezebel spirit who convinced them that it was OKAY to commit acts of immorality. That is why it was known as the idolatrous church. The church was engaging in sexual immorality and dabbling in idolatry. It is possible that “Jezebel” was her real name, but it is more likely the name was a metaphorical reference to the Jezebel of the Old Testament—another idolatrous woman who opposed God’s ways. Rather than rebuke this false teacher and send her out of the church, the believers in Thyatira were allowing her to continue her deception. Jesus pronounces judgment on this “Jezebel” and calls the church of Thyatira to repent of their sin: “I will cast her on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways. I will strike her children dead” (Revelation 2:22-23).
Revelation 2:12; “And to the angel of the church in Pergamum write: The One who has the sharp two-edged sword says this: 13 ‘I know where you dwell, where satan’s throne is; and you hold fast My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days of Antipas, My witness, My faithful one, who was killed among you, where satan dwells.14 But I have a few things against you, because you have there some who hold the teaching of Balaam, who kept teaching of Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols and to commit acts of immorality. 15 So you also have some who in the same way hold the teaching of the Nicolaitans. 16 Therefore REPENT; or else I am coming to you quickly, and I will make war against them with the sword of My mouth. 17 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, to him I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it.’ The word pergamos or pergamum means “married”. The church at Pergamos was married to the world. It held those who were teaching heretical doctrines, either not realizing it, or not seeing the importance of keeping the doctrine pure. It marketed the gospel by making it appealing to the world and by allowing people to keep their pagan practices and simply “convert” the idols and celebrations to “Christian” ones. During this period of the Church Age, the church was basically married into the pagan world system.
Revelation 2-11: “And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: “The first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life, says this: 9 ‘I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich), and the blasphemy by those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10 Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you will be tested, and you will have tribulation for ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. 11 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will NOT be hurt by the second death.’ As usual, the Lord begins by accenting the positive. “I know your afflictions and your poverty,” He says. First, He underscores the persecution at Smyrna and brings comfort with the words “I know!” The Lord Jesus, our Savior, knows every heartache. He knows every pain, every tear, and every burden. It is encouraging, to say the least, when facing some dark hour of trial, to have a friend in a position of high authority to take you by the hand and say, “I know, I sympathize, I understand, I’m standing by you in this. You can count on me.” There is no sob, no tear, no heartache, pain, or fear that the Lord does not share...
The church in Ephesus is the first of seven churches in Asia Minor to receive a spiritual evaluation directly from God through Jesus Christ. It was pronounced world famous for its large temple to the pagan goddess Diana (in the New Testament, Diana’s name is a translation of the Greek word Artemis, Acts 19:27). It was a city on the western coast of Asia Minor, near the mouth of the Cayster River. The city was also known for building the largest outdoor theater in the world, capable of containing 50,000 spectators. For many years Ephesus was the largest city in the Roman Empire next to Rome and boasted a population of more than a quarter million inhabitants. The Bible reveals that Timothy served as the pastor of the congregation in Ephesus (1 Timothy 1:1). Apostle John spent many years in Ephesus toward the end of the first century and that this is where he died and was buried. The message to the church of Ephesus Revelation 2:1-7; “To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: The One who holds the seven stars in His right hand, the One who walks among the seven golden lampstands, says this: “I know your DEEDS and your TOIL and perseverance, and that you cannot tolerate evil men, and you put to the test those who call themselves apostles, and they are not, and you found them to be false;3 and you have perseverance and have endured for My name’s sake, and have not grown weary. 4BUT have this against you, that you have LEFT YOUR FIRST LOVE. 5 Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and REPENT and do the deeds you did at first; or else I am coming to you and will REMOVE your lampstand out of its place—unless you repent.6 Yet this you do have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will grant to eat of the tree of life which is in the Paradise of God”. The members of the church at Ephesus, hated the DEEDS of the Nicolaitans and would not allow them in their midst. However, the church of Ephesus was characterized by lovelessness and that is why it is referred to as the “loveless church” According to History, John and Timothy were the pastors of Ephesus. Domitian was the ruler who took vengeance against the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and also took serious action against the pastors of the day. He exiled John to the Isle of Patmos, taking everything familiar to him away from him, but he could not prevent the Lord from coming to John. He could not prevent the revealing from taking place. It is this revelation that completed God’s Word. We are reminded as Christians to walk in love.
Job 22:28 says; "Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person". As a child of God, you can never be a victim of any form of circumstances in life. God has given us authority over all the devil and every demonic spirit in every circumstance. Whatever we don’t want in this life, we have the authority to reject it and whatever we desire to happen, we have the authority to bring it to pass through declaring God's Word. Mark 11:22-23, makes us understand that with our mouth we can have whatsoever we say. A closed mouth is a closed destiny. As a believer, your mouth is your weapon for deliverance, it is your weapon for change, its your weapon for supernatural turnarounds. Jesus said, anything you don’t want, use your mouth to cast it out, Matthew 17:20, Mark 11:22-24. You must learn to decree what you want and reject everything you don’t want in your life.
Prophets are among the greatest gifts the Lord has given the body of Christ, partly because of their God-given ability to build with words. Words spoken in the correct setting can bring forth life and healing to the human heart. Proverbs 25:11 says, “Like apples of gold in settings of silver is a word spoken in right circumstances” (NASB). It only takes one word fitly spoken to a hurting soul to introduce or reintroduce Jesus Christ into that life. People are controlled with words. Dignity is restored with words. Love is communicated through words. And our worlds are framed and created by words. One God-empowered word can bring light, structure and fulfillment into a life that is dark, void and without hope, purpose or form. A prophetic voice brings hope and healing to the listener. In order to speak the right words regarding your future, you have to know and understand the will of God for your life. There is a general will of God for your life and also the specific will of God for your life. Example: The general will of God for our lives is to be saved, healed and delivered. However each person is also called by God to fulfill their specific destiny. Who is the man that fears the Lord? Him shall He teach in the way He chooses. He himself shall dwell in prosperity, and his descendants shall inherit the earth. The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him, and He will show them His covenant. Psalm 25:12-14 Allow the Holy Spirit to “hover” over you until the Word is ripe within you. Then, begin to speak that Word to cause every area of your life to line up with His plan. Through this process, I have come to learn there are three stages of discernment of His will: 1) Discerning His will, (2) Discerning His timing and (3) Discerning His ways. The power of our desire to fulfill our destiny for our life’s is literally depended on what we say or don’t say. Each one of us has destiny to fulfill. God had a plan in mind for you and before the foundations of the earth were laid. The Bible says in Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations". Psalms 40:17 (AMP); The Lord takes thought and makes plans for us), and Jeremiah 29:11 (AMP) we know that they are thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. Now let us look at the New Testament scriptures.. John 12:49-50,7:18 - Jesus speaking; 49 For I do not speak from myself, but the Father, who sent me, himself commands me what I should say and what I should speak. 50 And I know that [to obey] his command is life everlasting. Therefore, whatever I speak is just as the Father tells me to speak. 1 Peter 4:11 11 If any man speaks, [let it be] as God's oracles [words]; if any man ministers,[ let him do it] with the strength that God gives, 3 so that God may be glorified in all things through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and power forever and ever. Amen. So how will we bring about our destiny? God gave us a pattern to follow. We shape our destiny in the same way the Lord shaped the future of the universe: He spoke it into being. Likewise, we shape our destiny with our words. Learn more from this message
Fear is a crippling reality. Fear often brings on sleepless nights that turn into zombie days which lead to exhausted minds and bodies unable to stand in faith. The feeling of helplessness can be overwhelming and often leads to depression. A person in fear feels completely alone, forgotten and unable to see anything clearly. 2 Timothy 1:7 – "For God has not given us the spirit of fear ..." Imagine for a moment if you went into battle with your cooking utensils. While you probably wouldn't starve, I'm not sure you would survive very long either. To fight a battle requires offensive weapons. Bring the wrong tools to a fight and you won't survive long at all. When it comes to spiritual battles, you can't bring your physical tools with you. You need spiritual tools. So what weapons do you bring to a spiritual fight? The two weapons we have been given to win our spiritual battles are the (1) weapons of prayer and (1) worship. It would require a much longer blog to explain exactly why these two things are so important in our spiritual battles, but for now, just trust me ... "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much" (James 5:16) Prayer = Power. That's good enough for me. Worship enables us to overcome whatever challenge we have before us. It worked so well for Paul and Silas that it even caused an earthquake! "At midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's shackles were loosened" (Acts 16:25, 26). Worship = Deliverance. That's a good enough reason to add it to our weapons arsenal. So, the next time fear grips you, don't try to figure it out with your normal techniques. Pick up some spiritual tools and go after fear in prayer and worship. God has not give you a spirit of fear so don't let it find a place to just come and hang out in your life. Get rid of it in Jesus Name!
We all agree that everybody wants to be loved. Most psychologists agree that man's greatest need is to be loved. No barrier can withstand the mighty force of love. Agape is God's supernatural, unconditional love for you which is revealed supremely through our Lord's death on the cross for our sins. It is the supernatural love Jesus wants to produce in you and through you to others, by His Holy Spirit. In 1 Corinthians chapter 13, apostle Paul inspired by the Holy Spirit writes; If I had the gift of being able to speak in other languages without learning them, and could speak in every language there is in all of heaven and earth, but didn't love others, I would only be making noise. If I had the gift of prophecy and knew all about what is going to happen in the future, knew everything about everything, but didn't love others, what good would it do? Even If I had the gift of faith so that I could speak to a mountain and make it move, I would still be worth nothing at all without love. If I gave everything I have to poor people, and if I were burned alive for preaching the Gospel but didn't love others, it would be of no value whatever. In other words, no matter what you do for God and for others, it is of no value unless you are motivated by God's love.
The five main purposes as why you were made. 1) You were planned for God's pleasure. God made you to enjoy you. In Revelation 4:11 says: "You, God, created everything, and it is for your pleasure that they exist and were created." 2) You and I were formed for God's family. Look at Ephesians 1:5 - "This unchanging plan, His unchanging plan has always been to adopt us into His own family." Family should be very important to us because it is important to God. Did you know that fifty-eight times in the New Testament the word "one another" is used? Love one another, care for one another, pray for one another, exhort one another, encourage one another, greet one another, and on and on and on. God wants you to care for other people. That's called fellowship. Enjoying God's family is called fellowship, and that's the second purpose for your life. Enjoying life with your family. 3) We were created to be like Christ, that's called discipleship. God made you to transform you into a likeness of his son, Jesus Christ. The Bible says in Romans 8:29, "From the very beginning, that those who came to him, and all along He knows who would, should become like His son, so that His son would be the first of many brothers." Now this is not God's new plan, It's been God's plan from the very beginning of time. God is more interested in your character, and I'll tell you why - you're not taking your career into eternity, but you are taking your character. 4) You were created to serve Him The fourth purpose God created you for is this: you were shaped for service. God made you to serve Him. In Ephesians 2:10, the Bible says, "God has made us what we are. In Christ Jesus, God made us to do good works, which God planned in advance for us to live our lives doing." Every Christian is created to serve - called to ministry, created for ministry, saved for ministry, gifted for ministry. The Bible makes it very clear that every Christian is a minister. Not every Christian is a pastor, but every Christian is a minister because to be Christ-like is to be a minister. You can't be like Jesus Christ without serving others. 5. You were created for a mission. Jesus said, in John 17:18, "[Father,] in the same way you gave me a mission in the world, I give them a mission in the world." Every believer needs a ministry in the church and a mission in the world. You need both. You need a ministry to believers, and you need a mission to unbelievers. If you want God's blessing on your life, if you want God's hand of blessing on your life, you must care about the things that God cares about most! And that is bringing lost children back to Jesus. That is what God cares about more than anything else.
What we need to know Even if there is a so-called generational curse, Jesus is the cure for that curse. The Apostle Paul wrote that “all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, ‘Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them’” (Galatians 3:10). This means we’re all cursed because none of us can ever keep the Law perfectly or do enough good works to save ourselves. Thankfully, “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree” (Galatians 3:13). It is true that “the LORD is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, forgiving iniquity and transgression, but he will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, to the third and the fourth generation” (Numbers 14:18). In that sense we’re all a bit cursed because of our sinful nature. It’s good to acknowledge that, but then we must acknowledge we have trusted in Christ and profess Him to others so that they might have the curse of death lifted, too. Then they might receive eternal life by believing in Jesus Christ. The Bible says, “The person who sins will die. The son will not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the son’s iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself” (Ezekiel 18:20). Yes, there is something like a generational curse, but it only effects a family that is not walking with God but walking in their own flesh. Fleshly living produces carnal results, which eventually leads to eternal death. I hope you’re not worried that you’re locked into a generational curse and can’t get out of it because that’s NIT true. Jesus said, “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed,” (John 8:36). This means the condemnation has been lifted (Romans 8:1) and you now have peace with God (Romans 5:1) through Jesus Christ, Who became a curse for us so that we might have our curse lifted. (Galatians 3:13-14) IF YOU ARE A BORN AGAIN BELIEVER, YOU HAVE BEEN REDEEMED FROM THE CURSE OF THE LAW
Very few of over 7 billion people on this planet will ever maximize the full potential that God has placed inside them. Most people live mediocre lives. The full extent of their capabilities and talents go untapped. They are not even aware of the tremendous potential they possess. What is “potential”? It is your unused strengths. Your hidden talents. Your untapped abilities. Your dormant talents. Your capped capabilities. There is a great wealth of potential within you. But you must decide if you will deprive the world or bless the world with those gifts that are locked away inside you. If you decide that you do want to release your potential, the next step is to understand the principles God has established for unlocking potential. Miles Munroe, a minister in the Bahamas, identified 10 keys to unlocking potential: 1) You must establish a relationship with God — the source of your potential. 2) You must understand how God made you to function: by faith and by love. 3) You must know your purpose in life (your potential was given for just that). 4) You must identify the resources that help unlock your potential. 5) You must know and find or create the right environment you need to function at your peak performance level. Part of this is daily contact with God. 6) You must realize that potential is expressed through hard work. 7) You must cultivate your potential. Fertilize it like a seed. 8) You must guard your potential — from laziness, distractions, and compromise. 9) You must share your potential. No potential exists for itself. 10) You must understand and cooperate with the limitations God has placed on your potential. Remember, you’re not God! When you violate these limitations, your potential actually decreases. Special Advise! Your potential is God’s gift to you. He expects you to use it! From exacts of Rick Warren and Miles Monroe

Why Do Believers Partake Of The Holy Communion? Besides being born again in Christ, a healthy body and mind are the greatest blessings anyone can have. And the Holy Communion is God’s ordained channel of healing and wholeness. On the night that He was betrayed, Jesus ate His last supper with His disciples. And knowing what He would accomplish through His sacrifice, He instituted the Holy Communion (Luke 22:19–20, 1 Corinthians 11:24–25). His loving instruction is that we are to remember Him as we partake of the Holy Communion. Jesus wanted us conscious of how His body was broken for our wholeness, and His blood was shed for the forgiveness of our sins. And whenever we partake in this consciousness, we “proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes” (1 Corinthians 11:26). Whenever we partake of the bread, we are declaring that Jesus’ health and divine life flows in our mortal bodies. When we partake of the cup, we are declaring that we are forgiven and have been made righteous. Jesus’ blood gives us right standing before God, and we can go boldly into God’s presence (Hebrews 4:16). When we pray, we can be sure that God hears us! Communion with Christ gives us boldness to do His works on the earth. We partner with Him. Worship and fellowship is part of our communion with Him also even though there is more. The Bible says that those who know their God intimately will do exploits. Those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits – Dan.11:32 True communion with God is not going to leave you to just sit down and stay comfortable. Communion with God will produce passion to be with Him and to serve Him. In our relationship with Him, He releases supernatural boldness. You come out of His presence with daring boldness. Boldness does not come from reading books or listening to tapes, it comes from communion with Him. When you come out of your closet, you dare pray for the sick and cast out demons! You come out like a lion, hungry to change history!
What constitutes the office of a prophet An outstanding Greek scholar said, "A prophet speaks from the impulse of a sudden inspiration, from the light of a sudden revelation at the moment. A prophet speaks by direct divine inspiration, an immediate revelation - not something he thought of, but something given at the spur of the moment by sudden inspiration. The Distinctions between one who stands in the office of a prophet and a layman prophesying by inspiration of the moment To stand in the office of a prophet, one is first of all a minister of the gospel, separated and called to the full time ministry. Qualifications of the one who stands in the office of the prophet: 1. A prophet is first of all a preacher or a teacher of the Word. 2. A prophet is called to the full-time ministry. 3. To stand in the office of a prophet, one must have a more consistent manifestation of at least two of the revelation gifts (word of wisdom, word of knowledge, or discerning of spirits) plus prophecy. The three revelation gifts that operates through the ones called in the office of a prophet 1. Word of wisdom: Supernatural revelation by the Spirit of God concerning the divine purpose in the mind and will of God. This always speaks of the future. 2. Word of knowledge: Supernatural revelation by the Spirit of God of facts in the mind of God concerning people, places, or things. This always speaks of the present or past tense. 3. Discerning of spirits: Supernatural insight into the realm of spirits. Seeing and hearing in the spirit realm. Any Spirit-filled believer might have occasional manifestations of these gifts as the Spirit wills and as the need arises whilst the one who stands in the office of a prophet is also a preacher or a teacher of the Word. Layman and prophesying Any Holy Ghost filled believer or layman may prophesy, but are NOT prophet. Simply because someone may prophesy – does not mean that he or she stands in the office of the prophet. Apostle Paul encouraged the entire church at Corinthians to covet the gift of prophecy. He also said; "But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort" . (1 Cor. 14:3)
THE MINISTERIAL GIFT OF A PROPHET 1 CORINTHIANS 12:28 28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, SECONDARILY PROPHETS.... To stand in the office of a prophet, one is first of all a minister of the gospel, separated and called into the full time ministry Qualifications of the one who stands in the office of the prophet verses layman who prophesies 1. A prophet is first of all a preacher or a teacher of the Word while a layman prophesying may NOT necessarily be called into the five-fold ministry 2. To stand in the office of a prophet, one must have a more consistent manifestation of the revelation gifts in operation namely word of wisdom, word of knowledge, or discerning of spirits whilst a layman prophesying may not but only delivers or speaks what Holy Spirit gives him or she at the moment 3. A prophet who is called to the full-time ministry can prophesy through the Word of knowledge, Word of wisdom or through discernment while a layman ONLY prophesies under the inspiration of the moment as Holy Spirit directs or wishes Understanding the three revelation gifts that operates through the ones called in the office of a prophet 1. The Word of wisdom: It is a supernatural revelation by the Spirit of God concerning the divine purpose in the mind and will of God. This always speaks of the future. 2. The Word of knowledge: It is a supernatural revelation by the Spirit of God of facts in the mind of God concerning people, places, or things. This always speaks of the present or past tense. 3. Discerning of spirits: It is a supernatural insight into the realm of spirits. Seeing and hearing in the spirit realm. NOTICE: Any Holy Ghost filled believer or layman may prophesy, but he or she is NOT a prophet just because he or she prophesies.
Luke 6:12 (KJV) And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. Luke reveals to us the prayer life of Jesus at least 6 times that are not in the other Gospels. He prayed here before he chose his twelve; he prayed at his baptism; he prayed after cleansing the leper; he prayed at his transfiguration; he prayed on the cross for those who crucified him; and finally he prayed in his dying breath. Luke just specialized in calling our attention to the prayer life of Jesus. All the Gospels do, but Luke went out of his way to give details that the others missed. By this prayer Jesus made it clear that he was dependent upon the Father for guidance. He did not make this choice based on his own understanding, for he chose to limit his omniscience in matters like this. He was human using human understanding, and he may have been able to judge the best men for the job without help, but he chose to depend on the Father to lead him to the right men. He revealed his full humanity by this prayer of dependence. Had he been using his full deity within his humanity he would not need to pray at all, for he would know everything the Father knew, but this was not the case. Jesus emptied himself of the full deity he had in equality with the Father. He chose to leave with the limitations of his humanity, and this made him dependent upon the Father for wisdom and guidance.
The word for authority is the Greek word "exusia" which means delegated authority. God has given you and I authority to transact business on His behalf on the earth. We must take this authority and put it to work in our communities, cities and the nations at large by our prayer life. We must understand that we are partners with God to enforce His spoken Word on the earth. We are God’s ambassadors (2 Corinthians 5:20) God is looking for individuals who are willing to stand in the gap to fulfill His purposes and enforce His covenant on the earth. When believers respond to God’s call for this final hour, they will experience the Glory of God more than ever before in the history of the church. Why? Because God is drawing a distinction between His bride and others. Can He count you on this very final hour?
We see from the scriptures in Luke chapter 4:18 that Jesus Christ mission was to reach out to the poor, to deliver the captives, to restore sight to the blind, and to lift up the broken hearted. This mission is as relevant today as it was then and we should commit ourselves to fulfilling His mission daily. Jesus Christ Himself read from the scriptures in Isaiah 61 and this is what He said; 18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,[a] To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; 19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”[b] The fulfillment was His presence on the earth.
The four classes of apostles. #1. Jesus the Chief Apostle: Jesus Himself is the Chief Apostle and stands in a class by Himself. We find in Hebrews 3:1 that Jesus is called the Apostle (Verse 22) He is referred to as a High Priest of our profession. He was a "Sent One" from the Father to make atonement for the sins of the world. No other apostle (or sent one) will have that calling. #2. Apostles of the Lamb (Rev. 21:14). These were the twelve apostles who were eyewitnesses of Jesus' life, ministry, death, burial, and resurrection (Acts 1:21,22). This was their purpose - to witness Jesus' earthly ministry and to give testimony of His ministry to the world. No one, not even Paul, could be an apostle in the sense the original twelve were. #3. New Testament Apostles: This includes Paul and Barnabas as in Acts 14:14, The New Testament Apostles also includes several others like: (a) James the Lord's brother (Gal . 1:19). (b) Andronicus and Junia (Rom.16:7). (c) Silvanus and Timotheus (1 Thess. 1:1;2 :6). (d) Two unnamed brethren (2 Cor.8:23).* (e) Epaphroditus (Phil.2:25).* #4. Apostles of Today: It is important to note that there are no foundation-laying apostles today. The foundation has already been laid. The duty of the apostles of today is to build on the foundation already laid by Jesus Christ and by the apostles of the lamb. The work of the modern day apostle also includes founding and establishing local churches in the world; to go into new territory and pioneer churches where there are no churches.
Many people who have faced rejection and abuse as a child, grow up with unresolved emotional wounds. Rejection causes emotional wounds, which if not cleansed and released, will grow and fester into spiritual wounds (such as unforgiveness, envy, blaming God, jealousy, etc.). Those spiritual wounds open us up to evil spirits which love to take advantage of this opportunity to invade us. The goal of the enemy is to get us built up with emotional baggage inside and negative feelings in our hearts against one another, ourselves, and God. Get your identity from God's Word! It is vital that we base our identity on who we are, upon what God's Word says about us. When we do, we become virtually immune from the devastating and hurtful effects of rejection. God promises never to leave or forsake us, so when our identity is based upon what He says of us, we can be assured that we're not going to face rejection coming from Him.
"If thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee, leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way. First be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift." - Jesus, in Matthew 5:23-24 God cares how we treat others, especially other children of God. He does not accept worship from anyone who has done wrong to another and has not yet made it right. The greatest commandment is that we should love God with all our hearts and minds, but the second greatest commandment is that we should love our neighbors as ourselves (Mt. 22:40).
Apart from the Lord Jesus Christ who is the chief apostle, there are some three main divisions in this apostle realm, which we must remember. Firstly, it is the foundational apostles who wrote the Scripture by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. These apostles lived no more after the first century and there can be no other apostle of this type. Secondly, there were the twelve apostles chosen by the Lord Jesus Himself and sent out in apostolic mission of whom Judas Iscariot became the betrayer of Jesus later and Matthias replaced him by the Lord's sovereign choice through casting lots (Luke 6:12-16; Acts 1:23-26; Prov 16:33). These twelve are unique in their calling that will be given to no other person because these twelve have been chosen to symbolically become the twelve foundations of the wall of the holy city of New Jerusalem. On these twelve foundational apostles, their twelve names will be written on the New City - Jerusalem Walls (Rev 21:14). They are also referred to as "Apostles of the lamb" Thirdly, the apostles who were given to the Church according to (Ephesians 4:11) "The modern day apostles" The word Apostle, is derived from classical Greek word 'apostolos', meaning "one who is sent away, a messenger or ambassador". Christian apostles are messengers sent forth by Jesus specifically to proclaim the Truth (gospel) of the kingdom of God. Example; Apostle Paul even though he was the among called "New Testament Apostles" was specifically called by Jesus to preach to the Gentiles (Gal 1:1, 15-17).
