The father claims it's a .22 made to look like one.  Who's right here?? CPS has the right to try to protect kids. We have the right to be safe from unreasonable searches and seizures.  Where is Up and where is DOWN on this controversial story??  

Is THAT the answer from a fascist like Bloomberg?? HIDE things we don't want people to buy?? So...do we hide donuts, cookies, and bacon?? Do we hide copies of the Constitution?? Or how about OBAMA'S books?? The latest stupidity from the Nanny State... I also went on about the Law of Attraction and our spiritual side, which I argue is our most important side.

You may have heard of the horrible tragedy of a young couple killed with their unborn child as they were making their way to the hospital to have their baby. AWFUL, SENSELESS tragedy. We are finding out the suspect has a manslaughter record as well as a DWI just a MONTH before this incident. What should be done with drunk drivers? How do we deal with this menace? Is there anything that can be done? And then I want us to explore the idea of "God's Will" because many are saying that this is what God wanted. How could God want a baby to die hours before it was going to be born?? IS it God's Will? Or just the randomness of the Universe?

A woman in Boston had her gym membership revoked for talking on her phone on the eliptical (the rules say no cell phone use in workout area). We'll chat whether the gym is doing the right thing or being too Draconian with its policy. Also, so many are jumping on the bash telecommuting band wagon. Even Nanny Bloomberg in NYC is badmouthing it, calling it DUMB! Do YOU telecommute? Do you like it? Do you prefer your employees work in the office than at home? Or vice versa?
