In the eight decades since the modern UFO era began, few dates are as monumentally important as Dec. 16, 2017. That is when The New York Times published a blockbuster story about a secretive government investigation into alarming and ongoing encounters between U.S. military units and unidentified machines of unknown origin - machines that appear to be far more advanced than any technology known to exist on Earth. The fact that The New York Times, regarded as "the paper of record" and possibly the most respected news platform in the country, plastered the UFO exposé on the front page of its Dec. 17 edition sent shockwaves through American journalism, grabbed the attention of Congress, and reignited public interest in a subject that had been largely ignored or ridiculed - not only by The Times, but by nearly every major news organization in the Western world. The ripple effects from that report are still unfolding more than seven years later. The three journalists who worked on the story - Helene Cooper, Leslie Kean, and Ralph Blumenthal - somehow managed to overcome decades of government disinformation, scientific ridicule, and editorial scorn to get the story into the paper. Blumenthal, a brilliant, award-winning newsman, staked his reputation and career on that one report. How did he and his colleagues pull it off? What other secrets did they uncover that never made it into print? In a candid and highly personal conversation, Blumenthal reveals to Jeremy and George the difficulties that confronted the three journalists, including blowback from their colleagues, arguments with editors, and the conspiracy theories espoused by the loudest voices in the always rancorous UFO community. The story about AATIP, Tic Tac, Elizondo, Harry Reid, and other key players was not Blumenthal's entry point to the UFO debate. He was already investigating the life and career of a brilliant, mercurial, and flawed trailblazer - a Harvard psychiatrist named Dr. John Mack. Like the late Dr. Mack, Blumenthal suspects that the personal encounters between humans and non-humans, as reported by tens of thousands of people all over the world, might be far more important than the competition between world powers to master the technological secrets stashed deep inside the bowels of black-world programs. Thank you, everybody. Please have a seat. You guys can sit down, too. (Laughter.) Let me begin by saying thank you to a few people -- first of all, your outstanding Governor, Bill Ritter. Please give Bill a big round of applause. (Applause.) Lieutenant Governor Barbara O'Brien. (Applause.) Secretary of State Bernie Buescher. (Applause.) Your outstanding Mayor, John Hickenlooper. (Applause.) Your new Senator, Michael Bennett. (Applause.) Your old senator, now my Secretary of the Interior, Ken Salazar. (Applause.) Mark Udall is not here, but give him a round of applause anyway. (Applause.) One of the outstanding leaders who helped shepherd this process through in record time -- please give Max Baucus of Montana a big round of applause. Thank you, Max. (Applause.) To Secretary Federico Pena, one of my national co-chairs -- I would not be here if it were not for Federico. Thank you. (Applause.) To Representative Diana DeGette, who is a -- we are in her district. So, thank you so much. (Applause.) Representative Betsy Markey. (Applause.) Representative Jared Polis. (Applause.) Representative Ed Perlmutter. (Applause.) To all the other elected officials and outstanding leaders who are here. And to the whole Namaste family and Mr. Jones for outstanding work, congratulations. Give them a big round of applause. (Applause.) And to the best Vice President that we've had in a long time -- Joe Biden. (Applause.)It is great to be back in Denver. (Applause.) I was here last summer -- we had a good time -- (laughter) -- to accept the nomination of my party and to make a promise to people of all parties that I would do all that I could to give every American the chance to make of their lives what they will; to see their children climb higher than they did. And I'm back today to say that we have begun the difficult work of keeping that promise. We have begun the essential work of keeping the American Dream alive in our time. And that's why we're here today. (Applause.)Now, I don't want to pretend that today marks the end of our economic problems. Nor does it constitute all of what we're going to have to do to turn our economy around. But today does mark the beginning of the end -- the beginning of what we need to do to create jobs for Americans scrambling in the wake of layoffs; the beginning of what we need to do to provide relief for families worried they won't be able to pay next month's bills; the beginning of the first steps to set our economy on a firmer foundation, paving the way to long-term growth and prosperity. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that I will sign today -- a plan that meets the principles I laid out in January -- is the most sweeping economic recovery package in our history. It's the product of broad consultation and the recipient of broad support -- from business leaders, unions, public interest groups, from the Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers, as well as the AFL-CIO. (Applause.) From Democrats and Republicans, mayors as well as governors. It's a rare thing in Washington for people with such diverse and different viewpoints to come together and support the same bill. And on behalf of our nation, I want to thank all of them for it, including your two outstanding Senators, Michael Bennett and Mark Udall, as well as all the members of your congressional delegation. They did an outstanding job and they deserve a big round of applause. (Applause.) I also want to thank Joe Biden for working behind the scenes from the very start to make this recovery act possible. I want to thank Speaker Pelosi and Harry Reid for acting so quickly and for proving that Congress could step up to this challenge. I have special thanks to Max Baucus, who's the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Without Max, none of this would have happened. He had to work overtime, and push his committee to work overtime. And I want to thank all the committee chairs and members of Congress for coming up with a plan that is both bold and balanced enough to meet the demands of this moment. The American people were looking to them for leadership, and that's what they provided. Now, what makes this recovery plan so important is not just that it will create or save 3.5 million jobs over the next two years, including 60,000-plus here in Colorado. It's that we're putting Americans to work doing the work that America needs done –- (applause) -- in critical areas that have been neglected for too long; work that will bring real and lasting change for generations to come.Because we know we can't build our economic future on the transportation and information networks of the past, we are remaking the American landscape with the largest new investment in our nation's infrastructure since Eisenhower built an Interstate Highway System in the 1950s. (Applause.) Because of this investment, nearly 400,000 men and women will go to work rebuilding our crumbling roads and bridges, repairing our faulty dams and levees, bringing critical broadband connections to businesses and homes in nearly every community in America, upgrading mass transit, building high-speed rail lines that will improve travel and commerce throughout our nation.Because we know America can't out-compete the world tomorrow if our children are being out-educated today, we're making the largest investment in education in our nation's history. (Applause.) It's an investment that will create jobs building 21st century classrooms and libraries and labs for millions of children across America. It will provide funds to train a new generation of math and science teachers, while giving aid to states and school districts to stop teachers from being laid off and education programs from being cut. In a place like New York City, 14,000 teachers who were set to be let go may now be able to continue pursuing their critical mission. It's an investment that will create a new $2,500 annual tax credit to put the dream of a college degree within reach for middle-class families and make college affordable for 7 million students -- (applause) -- helping more of our sons and daughters aim higher, reach further, fulfill their God-given potential. (Applause.)Because we know that spiraling health care costs are crushing families and businesses alike, we're taking the most meaningful steps in years towards modernizing our health care system. It's an investment that will take the long overdue step of computerizing America's medical records to reduce the duplication and waste that costs billions of health care dollars, and medical errors that cost thousands of lives each year.Further, thanks to the actions we've taken, 7 million Americans who lost their health care along the way will continue to get the coverage they need, and roughly 20 million more Americans can breathe a little easier knowing that their health care won't be cut due to a state budget shortfall. And a historic commitment to wellness initiatives will keep millions of Americans from setting foot in the doctor's office in the first place -- because these are preventable diseases and we're going to invest in prevention. (Applause.)So taken together with the enactment earlier this month of a long-delayed law to extend health care to millions more children of working families -- (applause) -- we have done more in 30 days to advance the cause of health care reform than this country has done in an entire decade. And that's something we should be proud of. (Applause.)Because we know we can't power America's future on energy that's controlled by foreign dictators, we are taking big steps down the road to energy independence, laying the groundwork for new green energy economies that can create countless well-paying jobs. It's an investment that will double the amount of renewable energy produced over the next three years. Think about that -- double the amount of renewable energy in three years. (Applause.) Provide tax credits and loan guarantees to companies like Namaste, a company that will be expanding, instead of laying people off, as a result of the plan that I'm about to sign. And in the process, we will transform the way we use energy. Today, the electricity we use is carried along a grid of lines and wires that date back to Thomas Edison -- a grid that can't support the demands of this economy. This means we're using 19th and 20th century technologies to battle 21st century problems like climate change and energy security. It also means that places like North Dakota can -- that can produce a lot of wind energy can't deliver it to communities that want it, leading to a gap between how much clean energy we are using and how much we could be using. The investment we're making today will create a newer, smarter electric grid that will allow for broader use of alternative energy. We will build on the work that's being done in places like Boulder -- a community that's on its -- that's on pace to be the world's first Smart Grid city. (Applause.) This investment will place Smart Meters in homes to make our energy bills lower, make outages less likely, and make it easier to use clean energy. It's an investment that will save taxpayers over $1 billion by slashing energy costs in our federal buildings by 25 percent; save working families hundreds of dollars a year on their energy bills by weatherizing over 1 million homes. And it's an investment that takes the important first step towards a national transmission superhighway that will connect our cities to the windy plains of the Dakotas and the sunny deserts of the Southwest.Even beyond energy, from the National Institutes of Health to the National Science Foundation, this recovery act represents the biggest increase in basic research funding in the long history of America's noble endeavor to b

There are a lot of different opinions about how the Democratic Party should rebuild after the blow of Donald Trump's victory. And for the next two episodes, we're going to showcase two very different ones.Faiz Shakir was Bernie Sanders's 2020 campaign manager, and he believes that Democrats need to embrace a Sanders-style class-first populism. This question of whether Sanders or a candidate like him could have beaten Trump loomed over Democratic post-mortems of the 2016 election, and they've reared up again this year, as Democrats have continued to lose working-class voters. As Sanders put it in a blistering statement: “It should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party which has abandoned working-class people would find that the working class has abandoned them.”But some Democrats have been frustrated with this criticism. President Biden has been arguably the most economically populist president of the modern era. And the Democrats who have been winning in redder parts of the country aren't democratic socialists. So I wanted to have Shakir on for a lively debate. Shakir worked not just for Sanders; he was also a senior adviser to the Senate majority leader Harry Reid and to Nancy Pelosi. And he's currently the founder and executive director of More Perfect Union, a media outlet focused on issues affecting America's working class. This episode contains strong language.Book Recommendations:The Tyranny of Merit by Michael J. And what might the future of SETI look like with ongoing technological advancements? I had the privilege of diving into these fascinating topics with the professional alien hunter Seth Shostak! Seth Shostak is an astronomer and author who directs the search for extraterrestrials at the SETI Institute in California—trying to find evidence of intelligent life in space. Send us a Text Message. In the latest episode of the Modern Divorce Podcast, host and attorney Billie Tarascio welcomes Lalani Hunsaker, a first-time political candidate running for the Arizona State House in Legislative District 14. As a party outlier running on the Republican side, Lalani kicks off the conversation explaining why local residents are seeing controversial campaign signs featuring an unflattering personal photo, used without her consent, and clarifying her role in public policy rather than lobbying for the American Leadership Academy (ALA). Lalani reflects on her early political experience as an intern and later a staffer for Senator Harry Reid. Despite her lifelong Republican stance, she recounts her valuable learning experience working for a Nevada Democrat and addresses how her opponents have misrepresented this part of her history. Lalani expresses her commitment to addressing local issues such as safety, border security, and water resource management, emphasizing her goal to bring common sense solutions and fresh conservative leadership to the Arizona State House.Lalani elaborates on her candidacy, mentioning her 19 years of residence in Gilbert and her decision to run as a Republican for an open seat in the district. With early voting starting at the end of June and the primary election on July 30th, she emphasizes the importance of voter participation, particularly since all candidates in her race are Republicans, making the primary election a decisive event. The conversation delves into Lalani's background with ALA, addressing accusations and smear campaigns related to her professional affiliations and her time working in public policy. She refutes claims of being a lobbyist and discusses her role in implementing a kindness campaign across ALA campuses to combat violence and promote safety among students. This initiative involved collaboration with local law enforcement, school administrations, and student bodies to create a supportive and safe educational environment. For more information about Lalani and her campaign go to VoteLalani.com.
Russia's transnational crime syndicate uses our own weaknesses against us, to entrench their weaponized corruption. Take, for instance, the Act 22 tax loophole that lets rich Americans buy up land in Puerto Rico to avoid paying any money in federal taxes. It's called “trickle down theory,” but the locals call it gentrification and tax dodging. So why is RT (Russia Today) latching on to a grassroots campaign to close the Act 22 tax loophole threatening to turn Puerto Rico into a dangerous money-laundering vipers den, with no affordable housing? Could it be that Russia is trying to stop this movement by discrediting it? Ringing the alarm on how the Act 22 tax loophole jeopardizes Puerto Rico's sovereignty and U.S. national security are Nomiki Konst, an activist and filmmaker, and Federico de Jesús, a public affairs consultant. They joined forces in Puerto Rico post-Hurricane Maria to launch "Losing Puerto Rico," a documentary-in-progress and movement by the same name against the Act 22 tax loophole. Konst, a longtime ally of Senator Bernie Sanders, chosen by Sanders to work on the unity commission for the DNC following the 2016 election, cut her teeth as an investigative journalist under Wayne Barrett, the first reporter to warn us about Trump. De Jesús, who helped lead Hispanic outreach in campaigns for President Barack Obama and Senator Harry Reid, focuses on human rights issues in Puerto Rico. They explain what's at stake with the Act 22 tax loophole, why Russia may have taken an interest, and their urgent advice for Biden on how to defeat Trump in the 2024 election, including how to win back Hispanic voters who have been trending Republican. As the old Nevada lore goes, Senator Harry Reid rose up in battle and killed the Yucca Mountain beast in faraway DC, leaving it good and dead. Right? Well, not exactly. The contested nuclear waste site, just 90 miles northwest of Las Vegas, has recently come up again in a Congressional hearing, putting the Nevada delegation and state nuclear commision officials on red alert. Today, co-host Dayvid Figler talks with Nevada Independent reporter Gabby Birenbaum about what danger these new rumblings pose, how an election year plays into the nuclear politics, and what it would take to put a stake in the heart of Yucca Mountain. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, America is $300 trillion in debt, and providing $14 billion for munitions for Israel changes none of that. Terrorists and terrorist nations that surround Israel are executing a new crusade, and they seek to wipe out Judaism, Christianity, Muslims with whom they disagree, the West, and anyone or anything that stands in their way. Israel is on the frontlines of this war, shedding blood to protect our faiths and history, while the Biden regime is providing tens of billions to Iran and virtually every terrorist group surrounding Israel. Also, Alejandro Mayorkas lied to Congress over and over about the security of our border and has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution just like President Biden, and both deserve to be impeached. Biden has the power today to secure the border, and it is power that has been used by presidents of both parties for decades. Later, The D.C. Circuit Court is now the most recklessly leftwing in the nation, which was the intention of Obama and Harry Reid when they expanded it and then populated it with Democrat Party operatives. The Biden regime and his hand-picked special counsel have charged Donald Trump with 4 phony crimes, but they have a radical judge, jury, and prosecutor itching to get at it. They have combed the criminal code looking for bogus statutes, especially while Trump is running for the presidency, and all intentional to sabotage his re-election. Finally, Mark is joined by Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) to talk about Joe Biden's destruction of the southern border while blaming Donald Trump for the crisis that was created by the Biden Administration and Democrats in Congress. We welcome him to the NFL SubStackLand:Key Insights:* Bing-AI says “Brian Beutler” is pronounced “Bryan Bootler”—that is, rhymes with “lion shooter”, which shows how far political incorrectness has penetrated Silicon Valley…* Noah has figured out a solution to his problem of losing the screws to his microphone stand: duct tape…* This started with Brad poking Brian on his belief there was a golden age of comity, common purpose, and energy in the left-of-center political sphere back in 2005 to 2008—saying that this misconceived as all mourning for a lost golden age is misconceived…* Noah and Brad today welcome Brian to SubStackLand, he having just created a substack and done 16 substantive posts in two weeks, which is a trult amazing rate of production…* Brian's key insight is that since the start of 2019 Democrats have been amazingly, alarmingly, disappointingly timid in not aggressively going after every corner of TrumpWorld for its corruption, and doing so again and again and again…* Brian is, in a sense, the quantum-mechanical antiparticle to some combination of Matt Yglesias and David Schor…* Brian believes he coined the term “popularism”…* Back in 2005-2008 nobody said that Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid were sabotaging their own party by encouraging Barack Obama to run in the primaries…* Judging by results, the current strategy of the Democratic Establishment is doing rather well: a plus three standard-deviation outcome in the 2022 midterms, for example…* That midterm result may be because, by our count no fewer than seven of the nine justices had assured senators that Roe v. Wade was “settled law”. The Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act of 1998, or SNPLMA, is one of those wonky, obscure federal laws that most of us have never heard of. But SNPLMA has had a huge impact on Las Vegas — it basically gave power brokers like Harry Reid the ability to play chess with public lands, giving Vegas lots of room to grow while protecting important conservation areas. And one very clever legislative move puts a lot more money in Nevada's coffers, paying for things like bathrooms at Lake Mead and a brand-new pickleball complex. But it's not without controversy, even within conservationist circles. Nevada Independent reporter Gabby Birenbaum recently penned a two-part deep dive into SNPLMA and breaks it all down for co-host Dayvid Figler. Thoughts? Questions? Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer shocked his colleagues - and the world - by unveiling proposed legislation that would force the release of long-secret UFO files stashed in the bowels of government agencies. The legislation specifically targets defense contractors and private individuals who might be hiding nonhuman technology, crashed saucers, exotic materials of unknown origin… even alien bodies. Schumer gave a nod to his friend and mentor Sen. Harry Reid, whose support for UAP-related investigations is largely responsible for the dramatic events unfolding right now. British journalist Chris Sharp joins Jeremy and George to discuss the potential impact of Schumer's proposal and the importance of the upcoming public UFO hearing to be conducted by house members days from now. Se filtran videos ultrasecretos de la Fuerza Naval que cautivan al mundo. Las autoridades del gobierno, dirigidas por Harry Reid, exsenador estadounidense, exigen una investigación. Five years ago this week, former US Senate Majority leader Harry Reid arranged and hosted a closed-door meeting in Washington DC. The purpose of the get-together was a briefing about a then-unknown investigation of UFOs and related phenomena. The world had just learned about a Pentagon program dubbed AATIP, a UFO study headed by Lue Elizondo. But news accounts mangled the true story. Reid and colleagues had secured $22 million for a UFO study. The program was managed by the Defense Intelligence Agency using the acronym AAWSAP. In March 2018, Sen. Reid arranged for a meeting between the project manager for AAWSAP and journalist George Knapp, during which Dr. Lacatski outlined the operation and accomplishments of the largest government-funded UFO investigation in history. In this episode, Jeremy and George recall the events from five years ago and how the revelations from that day are still reverberating. GOT A TIP? Devin: What do you see as your superpower?Ruth: When I was growing up, my father, who was also an entrepreneur, basically imparted this sense of self-determination, you can just state what you want to be—put what you want to be out in the world, and then you can become it.This is huge. I mean, this is big. I'm talking $250 billion. Coca-Cola Company has recently launched a FINRA-regulated crowdfunding business. I'll wait a moment while you let that sink in.One of America's most valuable brands, one of its most prominent companies, and one of its most popular product owners has decided to enter the crowdfunding fray.Led by crowdfunding leader Ruth Hedges, who has been working in the industry for over a decade, is leading the new enterprise called Rise Up Crowdfunding.Ruth says, “I've been trying to get corporate America to wake up to the value of this.” Well, it looks like she's done it. She describes the business as “a funding portal that's focused on women and minorities and veterans—the LGBTQ community—who have been horrendously left out of every other form of capital, most egregiously venture capital.”Coca-Cola has a bit of self-interest at work here. With ambitious goals for hiring diverse subcontractors, the behemoth company is struggling to find companies with women, Black, Hispanic or LGBTQ owners capable of handling its volume.Ruth explains, “We're trying to help those companies that have the skills and the infrastructure but need to scale all of that to meet the demand of the contract and help them raise up to $5 million on Rise Up Crowdfunding.”Ruth and Coca-Cola are taking this to the next level:We're doing something else, and that is something I wish the venture capital world had done 50 years ago. We are requiring the entrepreneurs who qualify to be on our funding portal to pledge for equal pay, pledge for sustainability policy, to care about the planet—to have a diverse board. All the things that we've been fighting for, we are now making that a requirement, so they will not be able to get on the funding portal if they're not committed to these things. She adds, “If venture capital groups and angel groups had required living wage of all the companies they funded over the last four or five decades, Bernie Sanders would be out of business.”Ruth got started with investment crowdfunding before there was such a thing. After reading a blog post by Sherwood Neiss in 2008, she found his phone number and called him to say, “I think you're my brother from another mother.”Recognizing they needed a literal act of Congress to allow for investment crowdfunding, they went to work to do just that. “We started calling everybody we knew, going to Washington DC and walking the halls. I brought Senator [Harry] Reid into the mix and convinced him of the validity of this.”On April 15, 2012, President Barack Obama signed the JOBS Act into law, giving birth to the industry with what the Securities and Exchange Commission ultimately called Regulation Crowdfunding. Not one to set small goals, Ruth has set her sights on achieving scale quickly. She's designed an effort to get “a million people to sign a pledge that says, ‘I pledge to put $100 into some offering in 2023.'” With that promise, $100 million of capital will be available to companies using Rise Up Crowdfunding. That sounds ambitious, if not impossible, until you consider the backing of Coca-Cola. With a veritable army of employees and connections to a huge cadre of vendors and commercial customers, reaching a million people begins to feel downright reasonable.Ruth has a message for venture capitalists, too. “Look, if you're going to keep rejecting all of these diverse entrepreneurs, these women entrepreneurs, send them our way.” She plans to deliver that message to the venture community until it sticks.Ruth has built her success on the confidence she learned from her father. She believes she can do anything she puts her mind to do. That's a superpower! How to Develop Confidence As a SuperpowerHer confidence comes from taking her father's confidence in her to heart and building on it with unshakable determination. “When I tell [people] something, I will follow through 1,000 percent,” she says. “Failure is not an option. I will walk through fire to make something happen.”She shared a story from early in her career to illustrate:There was a food truck, or they used to call them, roach coaches. This roach coach drove up to a private school in Bel Air, California, where a friend of mine's mother was a teacher. The bell would ring, and the kids would go out, and they'd order their food from the truck. And that was the entire food program. Some rich kid got food poisoning. The next day, the phones are ringing off the hook. And lawsuits—they were threatening lawsuits. “If you don't get another substitution for this roach coach, we are taking our kid out of your school.” So, my phone rang, and it was like, “Hey, do you want to start a catering business at this private school in Bel Air?”I called my parents. I didn't have a pot to piss in. They gave me $1,000. I literally started catering business with $1,000, a cutting board, a few bowls and some other stuff. And 18 years later, I had made $15 Million. I never borrowed a dollar from anybody. I did it all. I didn't use any line of credit. I literally launched a business. I ended up with 12 employees and two locations. I eventually expanded into a law firm in downtown Los Angeles called Latham and Watkins and did their food service for their executive dining room. I did thousands of weddings and bar mitzvahs and parties and all kinds of things over those years. The key to developing this powerful self-confidence is “self-discipline,” Ruth says. “I think that that commitment to being disciplined in their journey of whatever it is they want to do is is is definitely going to be a requirement and something they would have to commit to.”You can make self-confidence a superpower that enables you to do more good in the world by following Ruth's example of self-discipline and commitment. This book, The International Bank of Bob, is a decade old but as relevant as the day it was written. If you haven't discovered this one, you'll likely enjoy it. Note that Kiva, the subject of the book, was an early player in investment crowdfunding. Because the platform only promises the return of capital and not a return on it, it isn't regulated like other investment crowdfunding portals. In the run-up to the November election, we're doing a number of episodes that may help you track and process the current news. This week, it's Polling Week, looking at some interesting polling-related stories with our friend Harry Enten of CNN. In 2010, polls consistently showed Democratic Majority Leader Harry Reid down to challenger Sharron Angle. But on election day, Reid ended up beating his polls by about seven points. We discuss what that race can teach us about midterm polling, and whether we'll see similar dynamics this fall. Be sure to catch Harry on CNN every day! Sign up for our newsletter! Secretary Of State has been a sleepy office for Republicans but Dems have known better since 2004, when George Soros and Harry Reid spent tens of millions on what was called The Secretary of State Project. In the 2006 mid-terms, that money paid off. Dems elected Secretaries of State all around the country and it's paid off in every election since then except one, 2016 and Donald Trump. Marchant is trying to get Nevada counties to return to paper ballots with anti-counterfeit measures built in. He says the Dems don't want that and a Soros group and ACLU are suing to stop election reform. Marchant says RINOs like Romney and Karl Rove have been working against him as well as George Soros and the money he's spent to defeat Marchant. GUEST: JIM MARCHANT, CANDIDATE SEC. OF STATE, NV
