Throughout the podcast, Rene emphasized the importance of storytelling in effective communication. He discussed how there are no new fundamentals, and how Aristotle's teachings on rhetoric and storytelling are still relevant today. He cited the example of the movie Rocky, which tells the story of an underdog boxer who overcomes incredible odds to become a champion. The reason that the Rocky story resonates with so many people, Rene explained, is because it has both failures and triumphs. It's a powerful example of how a great story can inspire and motivate people to achieve their own goals. But how do you develop and share your own stories effectively? Rene had a few key pieces of advice. First, he emphasized the importance of being mindful of your journey. We all have incredible stories to share, but we need to pay attention to them and be intentional about sharing them. This involves being aware of your own experiences and reflecting on the lessons you've learned along the way.Second, Rene discussed the importance of practicing breathwork when you're feeling nervous or anxious. By focusing on your breath and taking deep, calming breaths, you can reduce your anxiety and be more present in the moment. This can be incredibly helpful when you're preparing to give a speech or presentation, as it can help you stay focused and calm.Third, Rene talked about the importance of overcoming procrastination and building habits. He emphasized the power of celebrating small successes and achievements along the way, and of setting achievable goals that can help you build momentum and stay motivated. By developing positive habits and focusing on small wins, you can make progress toward your goals and achieve success over time. Finally, Rene discussed the importance of embracing fear and difficulty. He explained that these are always required for success and that the key is to learn to lean into them and use them as fuel for growth and achievement. Thanks for listening, follow us on Instagram or Twitter

Andrew Peluso is a seasoned marketer with a diverse background, having held positions in industries ranging from cutlery sales to door-to-door pest control services. In this interview, Andrew shares his personal preferences, favorite apps and books that help him stay organized and on track. One of his go-to tools is the app "Productivity," which assists him in maintaining his daily productivity.Andrew is a firm believer in investing in personal growth, wisdom, and the expansion of his company. One of the key takeaways from today's interview is the significance of "niche down." According to Andrew, "If you feel you've niched down enough, you've got to keep digging." This means that finding a specific area of expertise and becoming a specialist in that field is essential for establishing a name and building wealth. It's important to avoid going broad and shallow, and instead, focus on going deep within a specific niche. By doing so, one can uncover hidden opportunities and increase their income. As an example, look at difference in earnings between a general surgeon and a cardiothoracic surgeon. The latter earns on average $505,000 per year, while the former earns around $420,000 per year. Thanks for listening, follow us on Instagram or Twitter

How do you master time? How do you take time and master it? You start to prioritize. I've been reading a lot on essentialism & focusing on one thing at a time and I've come to realize that the key to owning your time is cutting out nearly everything. The key is to focus on just a few things that you do well. The key is to stop attempting to multi-task and do everything at once. The key is to say no more, say yes less and to get really really good at a few things. A jack of all trades is a master of none and a master of none is paid like an amateur of all. So, today, make a commitment to own your time and prioritize. To cut out what's non-essential and to implement what matters. Commit to becoming AMAZING at one or two things, not mediocre at 100 things. Commit to working hard and remaining committed to the work that you do. Commit to focusing and staying on the path, when the going gets tough, for a MINIMUM of 3 years before quitting. That little paragraph right there, that's the key to success. Own your time, own your life. Follow up Thoughthustle20@gmail.comThanks for listening, follow us on Instagram or Twitter
