Em's got a little intro to explain what you're about to hear as we take you inside the echoey halls of the Paddington Uniting Church in Sydney for the launch of ‘Blood, Sweat and Glitter' on the actual day the book arrived in stores. Michael takes on the role of host for this event, peppering Em with questions about the book, from how it came about, to her process of writing it. There's cameos from her publisher Tom, her Wiggles love life obsession, her dreams of writing erotic fiction, the inspiration for the book cover and her daughter Odie's artwork within. Em also reveals how difficult it was writing the book and being so open and honest about her struggles over the last few years. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em does a proper Em-vestigation of the new Lily Allen album ‘West End Girl' plus she's finally watched ‘The Hunting Wives' and is obsessed. It's time again for your favourite time of the month...Dos & D Uncut! And today...we're getting very musical. For those that listen each week, Dos successfully completed his 6-month of sobriety challenge...and we know what that means. D has to sing live on the podcast as part of his punishment. No laughing, no silliness...trying his best. And that's exactly what you'll get. But before then, the boys have been quite sleep deprived lately which led us to think about some of the funniest moments when everyday things push you over the edge. And with Dos' favorite stories being about D's Dad...it's time to bring out a couple. The infamous Red Rooster chicken story & the hiding from clients when things got a little too stressful got another play...and if you haven't heard them, you're in for a treat! As the theme of the episode is music, we discuss some of our favourite memories from live concerts and would you believe, musical theatre. Dos tearing up at the Lion King, putting on a show at Jersey Boys and the lads Wiggles experience all comes out. GCO Confessions returns and this time we dive into the sacred area of your phone...the dreaded notes. This gets a little unhinged (and unfortunately so much had to be cut) when we read what was laying in there! Finally, Dos has one last surprise for D which causes a set walk off before he performs live for you. Enjoy (and sing along) to this very musical edition of Dos & D Uncut! In this episode, Cathy Sykora sits down with Dr. James Stoxen to explore his revolutionary approach to reversing severe chronic pain without surgery or drugs. Dr. Stoxen shares stories from his work with entertainers and elite athletes, explaining how his Integrated Spring‑Mass Model and Human Spring Approach challenge conventional models of biomechanics and pain. He details how inflammation mapping, targeted soft‑tissue treatments, and vibration therapies like Vibeassage can rapidly move inflammation and restore function. You'll also hear how his methods differ from standard physical therapy, the role of gravity and gait in chronic pain, and his bold efforts to demonstrate clinical efficacy through research. In this episode, you'll discover: How Dr. Stoxen's “human spring” model reframes the body as a system that recycles impact energy rather than a series of levers Why he believes most chronic pain arises from disrupted spring mechanics and unresolved inflammation What inflammation mapping is and how it guides targeted treatment The design, mechanism, and purpose behind his Vibeassage device How he treats severe chronic cases in days rather than weeks or months Stories of entertainment clients (e.g. the Wiggles' Anthony Field) and their dramatic recoveries His perspective on insurance, research, and barriers to mainstream acceptance Memorable Quotes: “The body is not merely a system of levers but a living spring structure engineered to recycle impact forces into energy.” “Step one is to map out the inflammation, move all the inflammation out of the tissue … until when you press on those muscles, I don't feel a thing.” “We're actually reversing severe chronic pain cases … in less than five days on one area.” Bio: Dr. James Stoxen is a world-renowned sports chiropractor, anti‑aging physician, and biomechanics pioneer, celebrated for his unique ability to reverse severe chronic pain cases in just days without surgery. His work has earned him the nickname “The Pain Exorcist” by celebrity entertainers. He is the developer of the Integrated Spring‑Mass Model and creator of the Human Spring Approach—systems for restoring near‑perfect mechanical function of the human body. He is the #1 international bestselling author of The Human Spring Approach to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and the inventor of Vibeassage, a biomimetic vibration therapy device. He has treated over 1,000 national and world champions and more than 1,000 top entertainers, and he speaks internationally on radical non‑surgical pain elimination. Here is what just one typical readers said about the book....Amanda Rose: Hi Robert I read your book last year when I sat on a plane... I made excuses for my tears saying was sad to be leaving the sun & beach behind. It's a fab story & so glad you shared it with us. OMG this story is a must read for all dog owners it is written from the heart with all the highs and lows of a furbaby parent, I laughed and cried as all furbaby parents have been or will go through these experiences in their babies short lives. I have have been through losses of many furbabies in my life so far and at the minute have 2 Lhasa's and 1 pug. As I have no children they have all been my babies and is so hard to let them go but we never want them to suffer either but memories still makes me chuckle and each one has a special place in my heart thank you for this story

This week Tom and Julie got the ick from a deep dive into the MANY restaurant ventures of our least favorite actor Mickey Rooney, plus they watched a clip of Robert De Niro meeting The Wiggles, and checked out a bit of Barbra Streisand and Bob Dylan's new song. Not to mention, for the first time in Double Threat history, Julie shared an NBA clip Tom had never seen, and they both talked about the movie Bombshell, for a while. Following former MLB player Dave Parker's passing this weekend, which coincided with the Mets' series in Pittsburgh, Gio reminisced about classic sports photography and its decline due to the internet, while Boomer claimed to have cried over an Islanders draft pick story, which Gio doubted. Both discussed their weekend family entertainment, with Gio attending a dance recital and Boomer's grandchildren seeing the Wiggles. Jerry's update focused on the Mets' continued losses to the Pirates, prompting Steve Cohen to post about the team's state on X, while the Yankees easily defeated the A's with a Cody Bellinger homer. The segment concluded with a discussion of Tom Brady dancing with Sydney Sweeney at a wedding and Gio's dissatisfaction with a thank you from a makeup artist he helped on Fire Island.
Hour 1 The Mets suffered a devastating sweep by the Pirates, prompting Boomer to remark on the team's poor performance and the ineffectiveness of a players-only meeting and Carlos Mendoza's ejection. Given the high payroll and dismal run production, Boomer stressed the need for accountability, while Jerry's update highlighted the Mets' struggles and included sound bites from Mendoza, Lindor, and Frankie Montas, alongside news of the Yankees' victory over the A's. Separately, the Knicks are reportedly considering Dawn Staley as a head coach, a prospect Gio dismissed as unlikely, and Malik Beasley is under federal investigation for unusual betting activity in the 2023-24 season. Hour 2 LeBron James has opted into his Lakers contract, but his agent Rich Paul's statement suggests a desire for a trade, possibly campaigning for Giannis to join the Lakers. This has led to speculation about what the Knicks would offer for LeBron, with one caller even suggesting he become a player/coach. In other news, Aaron Judge hit two homers as the Yankees beat the A's, and Jazz Chisholm Jr. had a home run and a triple. The Mets suffered their most lopsided series defeat in history. As NBA free agency begins, LeBron's future is a hot topic, while callers debated the Mets bringing back Syndergaard and deGrom, and if LeBron would force Bronny on the Knicks if he joined. Hour 3 Following former MLB player Dave Parker's passing this weekend, which coincided with the Mets' series in Pittsburgh, Gio reminisced about classic sports photography and its decline due to the internet, while Boomer claimed to have cried over an Islanders draft pick story, which Gio doubted. Hour 4 Knicks enter free agency without a coach. NHL draft, Rangers & Islanders picks discussed. LI football player receiving D1 offers. Jerry's final update, REM's ‘What's The Frequency, Kenneth?', Dan Rather & Tom Brokaw discussed. Can Knicks get LeBron? Is Jerry a ‘father figure' to drafted Rutgers players? Mets swept in Pittsburgh, Lindor explains. Yankees beat A's, Judge homers twice. MoD: Eddie gives insulin on Poop Cruise. Wing Bowl returns in February.
Former custodian Eric never expected his nighttime rounds at a preschool to feel like detention in the Twilight Zone. Built in the early 1900s, the district's oldest school still echoes with tiny sneakers—except the classrooms are empty. A ghost child warns staff to avoid the locker-room staircase because “Mr. Wiggles” lives below. Lights snap on in locked libraries, dodgeballs restack themselves with teacher-shaming precision, and something with distinctly adult footsteps stalks the boys' bathroom after hours. Eric may have quit mopping floors, but the memories—and whatever Mr. Wiggles is—still scrub at his nerve This is a daily EXTRA from The Grave Talks.
