Ed Sheeran has dropped another album.  Autumn Variations' fourteen tracks are based around the life situations of Sheeran's friends, written from their point of view.   The title is a reference to Edward Elgar's Enigma Variations, fourteen short musical portraits of the composer's friends and acquaintances.   The album was released on September 29th, 2023, and had been previewed in concerts and live performances.  LISTEN ABOVE See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Un titre que le chanteur est venu fredonner, guitare à la main, ce week-end lors d'un mariage à Las Vegas dans la Little White Chapel. Les mariés qui venaient de se dire oui n'étaient pas du tout au courant qu'Ed Sheeran allait débarquer pour chanter ce titre. Esta decisión se produce horas después de que el Consejo Superior de Deportes haya formulado "una petición razonada" al Tribunal Administrativo del Deporte por una posible vulneración de la Ley del Deporte y del Real Decreto sobre Disciplina Deportiva por parte de Luis Rubiales, infracciones que considera "muy graves" y que posibilitan una suspensión cautelar del dirigente. El ministro de Cultura en funciones, Miquel Iceta, ha criticado la complicidad de los asambleístas tras haber anunciado Luis Rubiales su continuidad como presidente. Desde el plano político, Sumar pide amparo y protección para Jenni Hermoso. La coalición ha considerado que la “suspensión provisional” aplicada por la FIFA al presidente de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol, Luis Rubiales, es importante. Sin embargo, Sumar ha calificado esta medida como insuficiente. La ministra de Ciencia en funciones, Diana Morant, ha afirmado este sábado que Luis Rubiales, dice, “no puede seguir representando los valores del deporte ni de España” al frente de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol. Además, ha asegurado que la ciudadanía y la sociedad están “avergonzadas” de su comportamiento. Se trata, ha insistido la ministra en funciones, “de un hecho grave que la sociedad española no consiente”. Y desde las filas populares, la vicesecretaria de Políticas Sociales y Reto Demográfico, Carmen Fúnez, quien ha trasladado su descontento y ha afirmado que Rubiales no puede seguir al frente de la federación por este comportamiento y porque son las propias futbolistas las que lo están reclamando.
