Hour 1 Aaron Rodgers did not show up to mandatory minicamp. The Jets explained it was for a reason very important to Rodgers. Some people think it's a big deal and some people think it's a nothing story. What it is, is another Aaron Rodgers story that has nothing to do with a game on Sunday. Haason Reddick was also an unexcused absence. Robert Saleh seemed more annoyed at Rodgers absence than the Reddick one. It seems like whatever the reason that Rodgers is missing camp, it's not something the Jets agree with. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and starts with Aaron Judge hitting a ball into the waterfalls against the Royals in a 10-1 win. The Mets lost a lackluster game to the Marlins. We heard from Robert Salah on Rodgers and Reddick missing mandatory minicamp. Golfer Jon Rahm withdrew from the US Open because of a foot infection. In the final segment of the hour, Joey Chestnut is out of the Nathan's Hot Dog eating contest because he endorses a plant based hot dog.  Hour 2 Yankees pitching coach Matt Blake indicated that at some point during the season, Luis Gil is going to take a ‘time out' due to innings limits. He will either go to the bullpen or miss some starts. Fans in St. Louis gave opposing pitcher Paul Skenes a standing ovation when he came out of the game. Some baseball fans didn't like that. Jerry returns for an update and we have the call of the Giancarlo Stanton HR with some extra A-I on the call. Judge also hit one, right into the waterfall in center. The Mets lost a lackluster game to the Marlins. Randall Cobb was on a podcast and was critical of the way the Jets handled Zach Wilson. Russell Wilson feels the fountain of youth in Pittsburgh. Travis Kelce wants the load on him this season. Jon Rahm is out of the US Open because of a foot infection. In the final segment of the hour, Gio saw a guy in his 30s doing a comb over and he thinks he's doing it as an homage to old school 1980s comb over. Gio said he looked like a time traveler.  Hour 3 Dianna Russini of The Athletic tweeted that Aaron Rodgers is skipping all of Jets mandatory minicamp and added, ‘because he prefers to be somewhere else away from football'. Dianna calls in to tell us everything she knows about the Rodgers/Jets situation. Jerry returns for an update and starts with audio from Tyrod Taylor about the Rodgers situation and getting more reps with the starters this week. The Yankees had no problem with the Royals as Judge, Stanton and Austin Wells all homered. Game 3 of Celtics/Mavericks is tonight in Dallas. Chris Russo talked about the time change in trying to watch the Olympics on the Peacock. In the final segment of the hour, Hollywood Squares is coming back on CBS and Nate Burleson and Drew Barrymore are involved.  Hour 4 Aaron Rodgers missed mandatory minicamp, and this morning we talked to Dianna Russini after she told us he's missing the entire week. She said he wants to do something he would rather do than be at minicamp. Of course some callers think this is a big deal and some people think this is no big deal. Jerry returns for his final update of the day and starts with some sound from the Jets including Breece Hall. The Yankees beat the Royals 10-1 with homers from Judge, Stanton and Austin Wells. The Moment of The Day involves a Giancarlo Stanton HR call with a little help from Eddie using A-I. In the final segment of the hour, Jerry West has passed away at 86 years old. He is the NBA logo.
