In prison, Wright taught himself the law, and as a paralegal, he was able to help fellow inmates get reduced sentences. He even got some inmates released from their own wrongful convictions. Wright eventually triumphed and was able to get his own conviction overturned. Wright eventually became a lawyer and has continued to seek justice for those in need.
