God is glorious, so we don't have to be afraid of others. God is good, so we don't have to look elsewhere for satisfaction. And God is gracious, so we don't have to prove ourselves. Our show is broken down into three distinct parts: The Original: We discuss the original film’s impact, some quick trivia bits, what worked the best from the film and therefore must remain in our upcoming remake, and what didn’t work or what needs to be changed for today’s audiences. The Remake: We put together our movie! What story do we want to tell, how close to the original will it be, who will star, and ultimately who should direct our eventual cinematic masterpiece? Our hosts work together to put together one cohesive movie, but there is one caveat - Each host has one ‘CUT!’ throughout the episode to employ which could completely derail the entire film. The Final Pitch: This is where we summarize our remake by utilizing the voice talents of voiceover artist Wayne Henderson and present our finished remake to you in movie trailer form! Alive and dead at the same time, Jake Chambers finds comfort. This week, Kole is joined by Jeremy Greer and Paddy Smith to talk about "Key and Rose", the chapter that looks at Jake's fate after the events of The Gunslinger and The Drawing of the Three. He's an ordinary boy living his life in Manhattan in 1977, but he's also a living paradox. Driven insane by the memories of events that never were, he leaves school to find a very, very important abandoned lot.

It seems like a contradiction: you can’t understand until you know nothing. Yet, that’s a reality church planters have to embrace in order to lead well. In this episode, James and Kenny talk with Jake Chambers from Red Door, a church in San Diego, about approaching planting from a place of knowing nothing. Once you do that, you open yourself up to the outside help you need.
