We finish our study through Galatians this week. Pastor Sean unpacks the emphasis Paul brings to the SIMPLE GOSPEL. Paul in his last words calls out the ways the Galatians are being disobedient and have a false faith. He returns to the point of the entire letter, have you put your faith in Jesus? There is absolutely nothing we can do to accomplish our salvation; we must respond to His work on our behalf. Paul tells us in Romans 10:9 "if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Have you confessed your belief in Jesus?

This week, we explore the sweeping prophetic storyline that culminates in Christ — from the promise of a Seed in Genesis to the fulfillment in Jesus, the anointed King. Learn how you are part of a legacy of faith and a kingdom that is both now and to come.
From March 23rd, 2025 All Gathering with our friend, Pete Portal. Join us as we dig into Mark 5 on our witness.
CIU grad Deandre Leith reminds us the beauty and simplicity of the simple Gospel message.
The Bible is the story of God's goodness! In light of His goodness, our sinful choices become all the more tragic. Yet, no one was able to resist the temptation to sin from Adam to us...no one but one man, Jesus. Because He endured our punishment, we are able to enjoy God's presence again. Better yet, because his sacrifice was sufficient we get to stand before God spotless. Not by our own righteousness, but because of His. This means that when we fail we run to the father not from him! This means that when we need grace the most we go to God not hide from Him! This week we will unpack the last chapter in the story of the gospel. We will discover why holiness matters, and I promise you, the reason will surprise and delight you! The heartbeat of Church on the Rock is to help people discover how they can LOVE God and LOVE one another, LIVE with passion, purpose and freedom, and LEAD others to this same experience in Jesus. IF YOU'RE LIKE ME..... you've probably wondered, HOW CAN I CONSISTENTLY LIVE THE LIFE JESUS INVITES ME INTO??? I have good news, we were never meant to live like Jesus in our own strength. The only way to live like Jesus is to be filled with the Spirit of Jesus... THE HOLY SPIRIT!

No matter how many carrots you eat, seeing in the dark is hard. From the fall to the fulfillment, God has been painting pictures and making a way. This week we will be looking at things that were once a shadow and dimly lit in the Old Testament book of Leviticus, become as bright as an Alaska Summer Day in the New Testament book of Romans. We're unpacking who Jesus truly is, in a way you've never heard before. The heartbeat of Church on the Rock is to help people discover how they can LOVE God and LOVE one another, LIVE with passion, purpose and freedom, and LEAD others to this same experience in Jesus. The message of the Gospel does not begin with our sin and brokenness, it begins with God's greatness and goodness. Before we can fully comprehend the "Good News", there are some things we have to understand about God Himself. As we launch into this 5-week series, our desire is that you would discover how truly good and incredible the Gospel is and that it would reshape how you think and live as a follower of Jesus. So, buckle up my friends and don't miss a single week as we take a deep dive into the book of Romans. I can't wait to see what Jesus has to say! The heartbeat of Church on the Rock is to help people discover how they can LOVE God and LOVE one another, LIVE with passion, purpose and freedom, and LEAD others to this same experience in Jesus. A message by Pastor Darryl. 2 Corinthians 11:3, 4
Teaching on John 6:35-40
Christianity is often made more complicated than it needs to be, with unnecessary structures and expectations. The key to living for God is to have faith and seek Him, as He desires to present us as pure and holy before Christ. We must be vigilant against deception, especially in our technologically advanced world, and rely on God's Spirit to lead us into truth. Recorded Sunday, December 15th, 2024.

Our Listener asks, “Hi Pastor Jesse, first off just want to say thank you for your ministry and for always delivering the Clear and Simple Gospel. I'm writing this because I struggle with Resting in the Truth. I know that Jesus Christ is my Lord and my One and Only Savior. That I'm Saved by His Grace and Mercy through Faith in Jesus' Death, Burial, and Resurrection. It's what He has finished for me, not what I can do for Him. I know the truth, I understand the truth, and I believe the truth. I just struggle to Rest in the truth. Some days I have Rest and Confidence, and some days I don't. I know that I'm Saved, and that whether my day is great or terrible it's only by Grace and salvation. It's contingent on Him, not me. I struggle with OCD, mainly scrupulosity, and it's more so obsessive thinking, not really too many compulsions although there are some. It's been a long mental journey for the past 4 years, and God has been Faithful all my days as He always will be. He's brought me over so many hurdles, and though there is still more ahead of me, I trust in Him. OCD is nicknamed “the doubting disorder,” and there are times the thoughts get so strong and so persistent that it feels like He's done with me. I know that He isn't because He cannot deny Himself, and Greater is He that is in me than the one in the world. I was just hoping maybe for some advice or tips that could help bring some ease. I know God wants His children to Know we belong to Him. Sorry this was long; thanks for all you do.” - Daniel HOW TO HAVE ETERNAL LIFE : https://youtu.be/t_6L7E_mfIw SUBSCRIBE https://www.youtube.com/c/bibleline LIKE https://www.facebook.com/biblelinemin COMMENT ask us a question! A reminder that the gospel of Jesus is simple and an encouragement to share the testimony of what He has done in our lives to others.
And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 18:3Support the show, a product of Hope Media: https://hope1032.com.au/donate/2211A-pod/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
You may have heard the gospel many times but can you put the good news of Jesus into your own words? How do you personally explain what salvation is? Some people are intimidated to share the gospel in fear that there's a right or wrong way. Yes, there is wrong doctrine but is there a right way to share the gospel? In the New Testament, the gospel is explained in many different ways. Jesus had a simple yet profound way of teaching what he offered. This week on the AC Podcast, "The Quad" discusses New Testament approaches and their own personal way of sharing the gospel.

Jesus died for YOU, regardless of your status as a Jew or as a Gentile. We are united under the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is for everyone. However, in the early church, tensions arose when the Gentiles were serving God in a different framework than the Jews were used to. #10MinuteswithJesus ** Put yourself in the presence of God. Try talking to Him. ** 10 minutes are 10 minutes. Even if you can get distracted, reach the end. ** Be constant. The Holy Spirit acts "on low heat" and requires perseverance. 10-Minute audio to help you pray. Daily sparks to ignite prayer: a passage from the gospel, an idea, an anecdote and a priest who speaks with you and the Lord, inviting you to share your intimacy with God. Find your moment, consider you are in His presence and click play.
Paul expects every believer to trust the gospel of Jesus Christ, live the gospel, and share the gospel. Together we demystify evangelism by explaining the basics of the gospel presentation so that every believer can be confident to explain the saving truth of Jesus. A Q&A session with Adam and Joel is at the end of this episode.
Wrapping up our Simple Gospel series, Pastor Tristan contrasts true belief with believing in vain. Rather than just intellectual belief, believing in the Simple Gospel involves obedience and action. In it's very essence, the Simple Gospel purifies, transforms, and changs everything about our lives. In order to respond and live by it, we simply need to abide in Christ and allow the fruit of His Spirit to work in and through us. Perhaps the most terrifying words one could hear are "Depart from me I never knew you." We may profess to follow Jesus, but how do we know if our faith is genuine? Paul lays out the marks of true religion in his closing words to the Galatian church. Be reminded what true faith looks like!
This Sunday, Pastor Tim Brown kicked off our new series, Come & See, an in depth study in the Gospel of John of Jesus' words about Himself and the deeds He performed to prove these words. Pastor Tim began towards the end of John's Gospel, where he states his reason for writing was that people might believe in the good news of Christ being the true Messiah who offers us new life in His name.
Paul expects that our freedom in Christ leads to loving God and loving others. But loving others is a risk and requires us to jump into the mess of life. Risky love restores sinners, bears burdens, and shares sacrificially. Are you willing to risk loving others for the glory of God?

Christians ought to be different from the world because only true Christians can bear fruit from God. As we obey the command to walk in the Spirit, let's examine the fruits of the Spirit that should be increasing in our lives.
This week, join Madison and Grant as they address sin, how it leads to shame, and the good news of the forgiving power of Jesus Christ. They will answer the questions, “What is sin?” “How do I overcome temptation?” and “How do I break free from shame?” They will share their past sin struggles and speak to the dark places that we all tend to get stuck in, and how we can break free from habitual sin and the weight of shame. We will learn together how to break free from what is breaking us and how to walk in God's truth and promises for our life! We hope you love this week's episode, and as always, stay you and stay true.
