By the age of 28, I became a millionaire and was earning multiple 6 figures in rental income on my student rentals. I teach others my “room-hacking system”: figuring out neighborhoods with great cash flow, renovating to increase the max rentable space, finding high quality tenants, and man aging the properties with unique systems. I built a community of like-minded creative real estate investors who focus on getting one deal at a time. We provide great quality affordable student housing and have a lot of fun doing it. In my free time I love to travel to many foreign countries to just absorb the culture and life.
