A Living Hope | Seven Reasons to Be Encouraged In a world that can often leave us feeling uncertain, anxious, and unsafe, where can we find a hope that is truly secure? Writing to Christians who knew suffering and difficulty firsthand, Peter points them beyond their circumstances to everything God has already done—and everything He has promised still to come. In this message, we explore the wonderful encouragement found in 1 Peter 1:3–9: God's great mercy, the new birth we receive through Christ, a living hope grounded in the resurrection of Jesus, an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade, and the power of God that keeps us through every season of life.
