In today's candid episode, fitness guru and girl-dad Sam Wood gets refreshingly honest about the behind-the-scenes challenges of raising four daughters. He shares the very relatable conundrum of what happens when different parenting styles cause tension, and how couples counselling helped him and his wife Snez navigate their way through. Sam opens up about his initial hesitations and the common misconception that therapy is just for relationships in serious trouble - which theirs wasn't. And, he reveals how it's been game-changing for their relationship that was already 'good' but how it made it 'even better'. This conversation goes beyond the perfect Instagram family moments, offers real talk, and lifts a stigma on what so many parents experience, but rarely openly discuss. Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today's episode with Snezana the 8th eliminated contestant on Masterchef Australia. Which is on Network Ten from Sunday through to Wednesday nights at 7:30. With food always on the brain, it's little wonder Snezana has found her way to the MasterChef Australia kitchen. At breakfast, she's thinking about lunch; at lunch, she's planning dinner; and she reads cookbooks to relax. Snezana started cooking around age seven, learning her skills in the kitchen from observing her Mum over the years and heavily inspired by traditional Serbian culture. Showing her love through food to her own family now, she cooks for husband Aleks, daughter Lenka, aged seven and son Lazar, five. The extended family are also a big bunch of foodies, and Snezana is proud that her own daughter is showing a keen interest. I loved catching up with Snez today and I am sure you will enjoy our chat which details her final cook last night. Snez will talk about her knowledge of desserts what she knew of Anna Polyviou's resume We will also unpack the debate over presentation vs flavour! To see what Snez thinks of the way in which the judges make their critics. I will find out who Snez would like to see win, who her favourite judge is and I will even get a couple of recipe recommendations. We will also discuss what Snez had to give up and leave behind to take part in the show There is so much to unpack with Snezana. So sit back and relax as we unpack her time in the Masterchef Australia. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Sam had every intention of speaking about raising resilient kids with parenting expert Dr Justin Coulson. However, it quickly became one of Sam's most honest and vulnerable conversations on The Wood Life to date. Justin helps Sam navigate the very common issue of having a different parenting style to his wife, Snez. How they can parent together more harmoniously, without having to change the way they parent. He also gives Sam sincere advice for strengthening a relationship with a child, who has a different biological parent. In just 20 minutes Dr Justin Coulson had Sam reflecting on small changes he can make to his own parenting, and most likely will do the same for you. To find out more about Justin visit his website happyfamilies.com.au/. Listen to his podcast Happy Families Have a question for Sam? Guest suggestion? Or some positive news to share? What is it really like not being the chosen one on The Bachelor? We speak to last year's runner up Lana Jeavons-Fellows to find out. She was the intruder with the amazing eyes who (almost) gave Snez a run for her money. And she has some pretty amazing stories, too. Plus, we had temples and Buddhas and a whole lot of serenity. From the opening credits of the episode it became very clear that we weren't in Sydney anymore. And Amy Cooper could not be happier. Mainly because she got to speak Indonesian in this episode. But that's another story. Show Notes Bach Chat was hosted by Laura Brodnik and Amy Cooper With thanks to Lana Jeavons-Fellows And produced by Elissa Ratliff for the Mamamia Women's Network.
