No matter how crazy they are ,and no matter how much they get on our "Nerves" We love them. When it comes time to "fight" we can always depend on family to "Have My Back, and take our side.The Other side to that is, Family can be out worst enemy.If you really think about it, We can care less about what a person thinks about is On the Outside,but care so much and take to heart what family may think. We can keep telling ourselves that the opinion of family members doesn't effect our everything,but it does. If your Not careful, Family can become not only your Rise ,but also our fall. So why does Family Opinions matter More than Outside Judgment? Is it the fact that, they already know Us ,and Know our moods,so fooling family becomes hard, because they are the ones looking in? THIS BATTLE,seems to be the one battle that many of us struggle daily and trying to win The approval of family...we always lose.Its funny how when We reach a penicle in Life, family is always the ones to remind us of our upbringing. And it's always a "NO FILTER" reminder,that puts Us in a mindset that forces us to Be stagnant. A person can have the most Wonderful life,but to be halted by family issues ,and GENERATIONAL CURSES and SECRETS..That have never got Broken. Generational Curses are Alive ,yes they are,and we haven't really gotten the true understanding of them.First let's get the Definition of what it is: What is the meaning of generational curse? God institute and Ordains Marriage and The relationship between Mother and Father and Children.We can say God is BIG ON FAMILY. Especially,when it Comes to Children.The Bible says this about Children: Ephesians 6:1-3 1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. 2 Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) 3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. This Means it's very Important for Children to Listen to their parents.This is one of the BATTLES,that Parents Deal with and seems to be The "DOWNFALL" of Parents.Parents pray that their seed (kids), would listen to them,all the rules that they instilled in them,they Rebel,and do the completely opposite of what they asked.The BATTLE is That even though they know right from wrong they still "DONT DO". Do not be cowardly. Do not be afraid, alarmed, or terrified because of them. For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.' This is the theme for us this year and more so now – When you are “about” to engage Preparation matters – Let's look at two stories in the bible.  Two stories in the Bible  The story of the 300 men – Judges 6&7 Israelites are given over to their sin and are oppressed by Medians for 7 yearsThey cry out to God and God sends an angel to Gideon and assures him of victoryHe tore the Baal altar and the Asherah pole – And he built an altar and offered a sacrifice to GodThe people want to kill him but Gideon's dad convinced them that they should let baal handle his businessAll this happening as the Medianites and the Amalekites and the people of the east assemble to fight the Israelites Gideon asks for confirmation that God is going with them by putting out the fleece – which God doesGideon gets up early and assembles his team (32,000 men) – only to have God tell him that they are too many menGod cuts the number down to 300. This is the number that he uses to win.  The fighting last night... Judges 6:25- 27 (ampc)– That night the Lord said to Gideon, Take your father's bull, the second bull seven years old, and pull down the altar of Baal that your father has and cut down the Asherah that is beside it; And build an altar to the Lord your God on top of this stronghold with stones laid in proper order. Then take the second bull and offer a burnt sacrifice with the wood of the Asherah which you shall cut down. Then Gideon took ten men of his servants and did as the Lord had told him, but because he was too afraid of his father's household and the men of the city to do it by day, he did it by night.This Battle didn't start when Gideon went to fight with 300 men- It started when he RESOLVED that even though afraid that he was going to do the will of God This battle has to start from your bedrooms- Our most private room in your lives It starts with us– We can't lead an arm or be part of one unless you work on US firstBoldness – If it is of the Lord, if it should be complicated – because you are just following directionsAll in – He tore down the altar and burnt the Asherah pole and build a new altar and sacrificed- and used the pole as firewood!He didn't just wound – A wounded enemy is dangerous – (Wildlife stories) Yet, in our prayer life, we are quitting after only scratching the enemy Boxing – Gloves go down with every hit. We have to keep up our hands until we win Let us not let Lack of Cardio, Lack of building muscles (Strength) & Laziness – Keep us away from being ready for battle The battle starts before we get to the battle ground – Prepare  Get rid of excuses  Judges 6:31-32(Ampc) - But Joash said to all who stood against him, Will you contend for Baal? Or will you save him? He who will contend for Baal, let him be put to death while it is still morning. If Baal is a god, let him contend for himself because one has pulled down his altar. In 2019, over than a dozen US states have either passed or attempted to pass stricter abortion legislation. Georgia's new law bans abortion after six weeks of pregnancy. Alabama's new law would more or less ban abortion entirely. How should those who are pro-choice respond? This Battle of Ideas debate from 2016 remains very relevant. Original introduction In her new book, Ann Furedi, chief executive of the British Pregnancy Advisory Service and a veteran campaigner for abortion rights, sets out the ethical arguments for a woman’s right to choose, drawing on the traditions of sociological thinking and moral philosophy. This discussion will consider the moral and philosophical foundations on which Furedi builds her case. We will also explore the relevance of this approach to the pro-choice cause, particularly the current campaign to decriminalise abortion altogether. Is it moral for women to choose abortion? Do we think that things will get better, that our lives will improve, or will we be stuck in a gloomy mind-set that suggests that the world is going to hell in a handcart? Can we imagine a truly prosperous world where everyone lives in peace - a true utopia? Does the concept of utopia represent an unattainable ideal – or the kind of idealistic ambition that can promote change in the real world? Debates about technological progress seem to vacillate wildly between utopianism and dystopianism. At a time when innovation is universally celebrated and culturally validated, it also appears to be in a constant state of crisis. Utopian optimism seems destined to remain divorced from practical applications, useful only in terms of blue-sky thinking. But are the constraints on innovation a matter largely of investment and official focus, or are there cultural and intellectual issues too?
