FlawthenticME is the go-to-podcast for high-achieving women who struggle with self-doubt, insecurity, and imposter syndrome. If you have achieved some success in professional life and dream for more, but you still feel unqualified and self-doubt stops you from taking action.. this is for you. I am your host Sunny Lamba, a Self-Image Transformation Coach. In every episode, I will share tips and tools so you can love yourselves unconditionally and achieve all that you desire. I want this podcast to be a place where you can be imperfect and flawed, but stay truly authentic to yourself. Remember, you are just like an emerald – valuable, rare and flawed - incomplete, bruised up and rough around the edges. But it's these flaws that bring out your uniqueness and authenticity. It's time to embrace them and stand true to yourselves.  New episode every Tuesday
Do you feel overwhelmed by constantly chasing the high standards and perfection that you've been conditioned to achieve? In this first episode after a long break, I recount my personal journey of stepping away from my podcast for three and a half months to prioritize my mental well-being. Through reflections and journaling, I realized the pivotal importance of resetting to ensure my business stays enjoyable and sustainable. This episode is a heartfelt reminder that taking breaks is not a sign of weakness but a necessary step for nurturing our mental health. We'll also shed light on the multifaceted roles women often juggle and the guilt tied to taking breaks. We'll discuss how societal pressures and learned behaviours fuel this guilt, underlining the need for rest and self-care. By recognizing life and business as cyclical—times for creation, nurturing, and enjoyment—we can better embrace proactive rest, distinguishing it from laziness. Tune in for a heartfelt conversation about seeking support, receiving love, and understanding that rest is an indispensable part of thriving.Join the Flawthentic Me community of powerful women who are always there to celebrate you.. What if you could rewire your brain to create positive change in your life. In this episode, I am sharing three key concepts for transformative self coaching in any area of your life. We kick off with our first key concept that our thoughts fuel our emotions that further lead to our actions. We further discuss the second key concept that your thoughts are not real and they have no moral value. The third key concept is to feel your feelings before changing the original thought. This practice can lead to significant improvements in health, finances, career, and relationships. By understanding the societal and cultural conditioning that shapes our thoughts and feelings, we can release the narratives that hold us back. Learn practical exercises for identifying and processing your emotions, and challenge the age-old belief that hurt people must hurt others. Do you ever feel that you are too old to start something new? Or My life is over, I just need to think of my kids? My guest today is a powerful woman who started a blog, a non-profit foundation, a business, and an instagram presence at the age of 55. Devinder Maan, a founder of the Saheli Foundation, shares her story of personal transformation, and it's hard not to be swept away by the tide of inspiration.Upon becoming an empty nester, at the age of 55, she had two choices. She could sit and sulk or take the opportunity to recreate herself. Choosing the latter, with the help of her younger daughter, she started a non-profit (The Saheli Foundation)to empower young children in need. She spends countless volunteer hours spear heading this foundation that has impacted approximately 5000 children directly. Embracing her creative side she started a blog called Fabulousfiftyfive with the intent to share all that life had taught her. She also created an instagram presence with the mission to inspire other women. Creating this beautiful community of females encouraged her to do her certification in life coaching through Jay Shetty Certification School. Be prepared to be moved by her candid tales of motherhood, self-rediscovery, and the beauty of embracing your inner child at any stage of life.We talked about - Motherhood and the complexities of nurturing oneself amidst the full-time role of raising children- Transitioning to an empty nest and pivoting towards new horizons of purpose and joy.- Delicate fabric of identity and well-being within relationships- Power of self-love to craft healthy choices and set an example that lights the path for future generations.Devinder's parting wisdom for the next generation is a lantern in the darkness of social media comparisons: cherish gratitude, embrace your true self, and let your unique magic refine the world with beauty, kindness, and love. You can connect with Devinder on Instagram here. Hey everyone, welcome back to the 'Flawthentic Me' podcast! I have some exciting news to share with you all today. We are thrilled to announce that our podcast is now available on Rukus Avenue Radio! In this episode, I want to take a moment to re-introduce myself and share the story behind the name 'Flawthentic Me' especially for all the new listeners. I am so grateful to have you all as part of this beautiful community!Who am I?For those of you who are new to the podcast, my name is Sunny Lamba, and I'm a Certified Life Coach, an NLP Practitioner, an author, and a speaker. I started this podcast because I wanted to create a space where we can be raw, real and authentic in our life journey of self-love. It's a place to have honest conversations about life, the struggles we face, and the beauty that comes from embracing our flaws. Why Flawthentic? The word "Flawthentic" is a combination of two words - Flawed and Authentic. It represents the idea that we don't have to be perfect to be our true selves. Our flaws are what make us unique and authentic.I've always been fascinated by people's stories and the challenges they've overcome. We often see the highlight reels of people's lives on social media, but rarely do we get to see the struggles and the behind-the-scenes of what it took for them to get there.Flawthentic Me is about bringing those stories to light and creating a space where we can be real with ourselves and others.Thank you for tuning in to this re-introduction episode of 'Flawthentic Me'. Welcome to Season 2 of Flawthentic ME - A self-love podcast for South Asian women. I have always been an advocate of self-love for women, but something happened at the beginning of August, which made me realize that South Asian women need self-love so much more than anyone else. I'm talking about Mandeep Kaur's suicide. It really made me realize my purpose. In season 2, I am changing my focus to us, the brown women. We will be talking about loving ourselves truly and deeply, and putting ourselves first because only when we love ourselves, we can fight back and rise against patriarchy. Stay tuned and share this podcast with your friends, moms, aunties, and cousins. Available on your favourite podcast platform. New episodes every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month!
