Today I'm speaking on the importance of REST and how we should Respect Our Test... Depression makes you want to sleep all day not put on clothes not doing anything but when you rest you meditate when you rest your body gets a chance to refresh and it restores itself and it renews itself The one you sleep and you just sleep all day you're not giving your body a chance to renew itself You're not giving your mind a chance to wake up... --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/juanita-maxie/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/juanita-maxie/support
In this episode we go over just what it truly means to Forgive. At this time of year it is so hard for some people to forgive : people in their own families, old friends, past loves or just someone who has just brought chaos into their life and sometimes it's hard to keep moving forward so in this episode I'm just giving a few strategies on how I have been able to overcome different emotions and still am overcoming those emotions by expressing my words, journaling, recognizing an offense immediately, talking with the offender. These steps were essential in order for me to truly forgive and step into the purpose that God has for my life. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/juanita-maxie/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/juanita-maxie/support

Queen Sahra Cooper is most certainly a woman walking with a purpose. It has been a journey for sure she was raised in a home with an atheist and baptized at age 13. Married a nonbeliever and alcoholic which she stated was very challenging to be married to someone that doesn't share your beliefs. A few years ago met her current husband and feel it was God-ordained. The crazy story of how God intended for them to be together but timing is everything. As she stated We had to get through things to appreciate a mature Godly relationship. Currently, my husband council my ex-husband when he needs someone or Godly advice. God saved me from Covid as I was an ICU patient. This was a clear message to me that God was not done with me and I still have work to do. Since then God gave us a business to use as a platform to share the good news and how god is still moving in our lives. We do bible study 7 days a week. Focus on making every day count and living the kingdom life and not the worldly. God is teaching us many things in the season; how correction and acceptance are necessary for change to occur. When you hold on to baggage(hurt, pain, anger, jealousy) too long, it gets heavy and speeds you down. My daily schedule is to wake up at 5:25 and then report for duty at Jefferson barracks till 2:30. Talk the kids into doing chores them argue with them how it's not abuse, lol but a life skill. Dinner, doing tasks for our business and kids bible study and our bible study. Her children include : Joe who is autistic: when he was 10 I had to run to the store. (he has a very inquisitive mind and likes to know how things work) on that day it got the best of him. He took apart his bean bag and literally threw the foam beads in the air and kissed it. It was snowing inside our home. I could have started yelling but understood honestly the damage was done so I let him and his little sister play in it. Cleaning up was a whole other issue with anxiety attacks. Arrianna is very strong-willed, beautiful, reclusive, and doesn't care to be social. Joe is good at art, intelligent, and funny Kiara is strong and smart as she speaks parts of 10 different languages, and is big into fitness, she also has her candle line and has dabbled in motivational speaking. Challenges are self-esteem and social interaction. Fun things that the family is eating in this season...The new thing I made that the family loves is a keto cheesecake. Heavy cream, cream cheese, alternate powdered sugar, and lemon zest. Everyone loves it. I do put just enough gram crackers in the bottom for taste but use plant-based butter. Self-care- If you don't take care of yourself you cant take care of others. Invest in yourself you are worth it and valued. We are actively helping to plant a church. We love God and people even the imperfect ones. We are also involved in Men standing Positive. Sahra's Covid- Testimony will bring tears to your eyes.... Lastly, I want to share my covid story as we have or know someone who has gone through this. It has been a trying time. I was at home resting two days after being diagnosed with covid. My health very quickly started to crash. The hospital medical team wanted to see me virtual, they said I needed to go to the hospital. I asked if my husband could take me, we were 10 minutes away, and they said no you won't make it call 911 right now. I was supposed to go to ICU but they had no beds, they wanted to intubate me 3 diffs. Times my lungs were at risk of collapsing and were reliant on oxygen. I couldn't speak to my family for almost two weeks as I had a mask that covered my full face. Wouldn't see any family for 18 days and wouldn't be released for 20 days. While I was in the hospital My husband was praying for a new business and for guidance to get through this season and God does answer prayers. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/juanita-maxie/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/juanita-maxie/support

Hello Queen
00:00-3:00 Prayer - Covering any person that might need a little encouragement Marie's Interpretation of a Queen Topic Scripture : Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Queen is so much than what we see on the outside. Setting our value - being beautiful on the inside and out . 6:00- What does it mean to step into the shoes of a queen -Do you have any of these characteristics if not you might be using the word incorrectly. Leader, patience, servant - everything starts with your heart Real , genuine, loving in-spite of... knowing that what comes from the heart reaches the heart.... Matthew 15:18 But the things that come out of a person's mouth come from the heart, and these defile them. Respected and HEALED, Uplifting ... ( Sit with women who are healed the conversation is different ) 13:25-How do you walk in your purpose as a Queen... Only by the grace of God &prayer and treating my purpose like a mom treating her new born baby ... know who she is, whose she is and where she is headed and even through there heartaches they trust in God to restore the Queen back to her position .... 20:00 Ending in prayer ( Your life is purposefully planned by God) --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/juanita-maxie/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/juanita-maxie/support
Marie Maxie gives a dynamic example of what it means to have the spirit of preparedness as it relate to Jesus. During this conversation Marie explains that women prepare for a lot of things, weddings, birthday parties, new job, work, concerts, cruises, going out, traveling, and even date night, there is no preparation is too big or too small to talk about. However, she saves the best for last ending with the most important event we can prepare for and that is the day (we are in no hurry for it) we meet the Bridegroom Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. WOW! Ephesians 5:27New International Version 27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. 5:00 Are you holier-than-thou- The world is so backwards that it's easy to get caught up in doing the wrong thing 10:00 - Going from people pleasing to God pleasure 19:34 There are are so many things that can keep you from being close to perfect but the one that keeps most women ( including ME) are the feelings of hurt and unforgiveness, its so hard carrying unforgiveness around or even the condemnation spirit can become an impossible burden to bear alone) Marie compares many of the circumstances that we face to the main event or sports event that you love to go see, you prepare weeks in advance, save your money to buy all the right clothing get their early just to ensure your seats are right but when it comes to going to church just the thought of waking just a little earlier to get their on time can be overwhelming It's so funny the things that we are willing to endure for an event that we would never tolerate at church. 32:14 One apple can spoil the the whole bunch You can either be the person that keeps it real can or keep it Real FAKE- Its so many many ways to please God it doesn't have to look like any body else praise but what ever you do must be from your heart and must intentionally come from your heart ( No more lip service ) 40:00 Let God take center stage stop taking up God's time... 50:00 Ending in a POWERFUL prayer We Do Not OWN the Rights to any of the songs but we love this artist Prepare the Way (Official Lyric Video) - Eleventh Hour Worship https://youtu.be/pyowja7av0o --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/juanita-maxie/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/juanita-maxie/support

Today I was able to interview to amazing women that both have amazing children on the autism spectrum. Jackie Hibbler and Tianna Smith tune in to listen to great moms with amazing testimonies. Tianna Smith/ Ginaes' Floetry Bio I am a St. Louis Native born April 17,1983 to mother Gina Terrell and Dad Todd Cole. I have 6 other siblings. My coming into the world was a bit hard on my body. According to my mother I faced some issues at birth but I pulled through. There was a purpose for me. I developed a strong love for poetry and music at the age of 12 and I've been blooming ever since. I was always the kid who'd known that I was different from others. I had what you call an old soul. I was often told I had been here before. I married my wonderful husband Theodore “Ted” Smith 12 years ago. My husband is my biggest fan. He has literally pushed me to this elevated level...I am a mother whose testimony plays the biggest role of who I am. I have children with multiple disabilities. At least that is the world's tag on them but I'd like to use the term "Children with the greatest abilities". Just like their mom I am raising young authors. The Holy spirit is what prompts me to do what I do. I encourage and inspire through my many talents. I have multiple gifts that are activated. I compose, sing, dance, and motivationally speak. l delight in what I do because it is solely from my heart. I took a leap of faith towards making my dreams come true in 2018. A quote I leave you with: "You will never know the measure of faith you have until you use it" - Ginaes' Floetry Thank you so much for your time and consideration Jackie Hibbler ‘s Bio A married mother of three grown children, ages 30, 28, and 23.
