    Ivy Insights

The Dave Chang Show is a podcast that offers honest insights into today's dining experiences and future trends in the restaurant industry. As a listener, I have gained a greater appreciation for the workers in the restaurant business through Dave's commentary. One aspect of the podcast that I really enjoy is Dave's international experiences, where he compares excellence in different cuisines, such as sushi from Japan versus anywhere in the US. His interviews with guests like Dr. Kim have been sorely missed.

One of the best aspects of The Dave Chang Show is the humorous banter between Dave and his co-hosts, particularly Chris. Even if they are discussing sports, which I am not typically interested in, their comedic dynamic makes it entertaining. The podcast also provides insightful information about the best dining experiences in different cities, such as highlighting the best sandwiches in NYC.

However, one downside of the show is that it can sometimes overlook certain culinary gems in favor of more popular options. While discussing the best sandwiches, for example, they failed to mention Saigon Sandwich on Larkin street that serves amazing bahn mi. This oversight can be frustrating for listeners who are looking for lesser-known recommendations.

In conclusion, The Dave Chang Show is an entertaining and informative podcast that delves into various topics related to food and culture. Although there may be some oversights or preferences that do not align with every listener, overall it provides valuable insights and moments of laughter. I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen for those who enjoy learning about food while being entertained along the way.
