Show notes -- in this episode we'll cover: New wholesalers overcomplicate the process by focusing too much on exit strategies and analysis. The priority should be identifying motivated sellers first. The power of low anchoring in negotiations helps uncover seller motivation quickly, allowing for better pricing discussions and more efficient deal-making. Building trust and rapport with sellers is more important than price. Sellers will often choose a lower offer from someone they trust over a higher offer from an unknown buyer.
