The controversy surrounding Jeffrey Epstein's 50th birthday book—sometimes described as a birthday “album” or “card”—centers on a collection of messages, letters, and drawings assembled by close associate Ghislaine Maxwell and presented to Epstein in 2003. The book reportedly included contributions from a wide circle of powerful friends, business figures, and celebrities, some of whom later claimed little to no meaningful relationship with Epstein. What ignited public outrage is the tone of many entries: several were described as overly familiar, flattering, or suggestive, with at least one contribution allegedly including a crude drawing of a nude woman. In hindsight, these messages were interpreted as evidence of how normalized Epstein's behavior may have been within elite circles at the time, raising questions about who knew what—and when. The fallout has been fueled by denials, distancing, and credibility disputes from those allegedly connected to the book. Some individuals have rejected the authenticity of their purported contributions, while others have argued their messages were innocuous or taken out of context. The existence of the book itself has become symbolic of a broader issue: the extent to which Epstein was socially and professionally accepted among powerful figures despite long-standing allegations about his conduct. Critics argue that the birthday collection underscores a culture of willful blindness—or worse—among elites, while defenders insist that inclusion in such a book does not equate to knowledge of criminal activity. Either way, the controversy continues to feed into the larger narrative about Epstein's network and the institutional failures that allowed him to operate for years without meaningful accountability.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

Here we are on a Friday…my birthday! Big one today as I turn 50!! Somehow I haven't died…yet. Busy morning with a lot of b-day texts/calls/messages, but we still found some time to talk about plenty of other shit happening. In the news this morning, the latest on a construction worker in Madison who fell off a building, a British man with hantavirus that was supposed to be in quarantine was found at an Italian bar, Kouri Richins gets sentenced, and Britney Spears is out of rehab and up to her old tricks again? In sports, the Brew Crew got a nice 7-1 win over the Padres yesterday, the NBA Playoffs continue tonight with a couple of games, the NHL Playoffs had two games last night, the Oilers fire their head coach, and the World Cup is going to have a halftime show at the final match in July. We talked about what's on TV this weekend and what's new in theaters. Talked about some new music releases, and we discussed Adam McKay's recent comments about white liberals. A new study reveals that we're winning the fight against litter, a 72 year-old nurse finally graduates college, and a couple of teens save a guy's life after he had a heart attack while changing a flat tire. Doc joined us just after 8am for another racing report thanks to County Materials in Holmen & Eau Claire. What would you do if you found $30,000 in a fanny pack at a gas station? This #FloridaMan returned it to it's original owner. And a judge in California is doing the Lord's work! Elsewhere in sports, Garrick Higgo is late for his tee time, a Miller Lite soccer ball just in time for the World Cup, and the Rousey/Carano fight is tomorrow on Netflix! And in today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a guy who keeps his gun in his kid's diaper bag, a high school water polo team, an underage DUI in Kentucky, a lost Bitcoin password, & a helicopter landing in a city park for some prom pics. Bill Clinton is now reported to have sent a “warm and gushing” handwritten letter to Jeffrey Epstein for his 50th birthday. The letter was said to be included in a leather-bound birthday album organized by Ghislaine Maxwell in 2003. It was written on Clinton's official stationery and allegedly conveyed affectionate and complimentary sentiments toward Epstein. This newly revealed detail further underscores Clinton's long-documented personal connection to Epstein during a time when the disgraced financier was deeply embedded in elite social circles. While Clinton's note lacks the overtly crude tone of the alleged Trump birthday message, its tone and placement alongside other tributes to Epstein raise new questions about the former president's comfort level with Epstein's inner circle. Despite repeated denials over the years about the depth of their relationship, this kind of handwritten, personal letter suggests a familiarity that goes far beyond casual acquaintance. Clinton has not publicly commented on the letter's contents or context, but its existence reinforces long-standing concerns about his proximity to one of the most notorious sex traffickers in modern American history.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Bill Clinton sent 'warm and gushing' letter for Jeffrey Epstein's 50th birthday - as Trump sues over claim he also wrote a 'bawdy' note for paedophile's half-century | Daily Mail Online

It's my 50th birthday. And I'm not here to give you a load of bullshit about how excited I am, or how 50 is the new 40.The late 40s have been TOUGH.And that's true for most people.Statistically, 47 is the most unhappy age. (Yes, actual scientists have studied this.)It's the collision of parenting, elder care, and peak work responsibilities.Your time has never been more constrained. You feel urgency to trek to Mt. Everest Base Camp while you're still healthy — but you're working 60 hours a week and supporting multiple family members. You worry that your happiest years are past — and it just gets worse from here.Bestie, if this is you, you really need this week's episode of the Climb Your Mountain podcast.Because it is going to give you HOPE.It's going to reassure you that greater happiness is coming. You don't have to work for it.It's going to happen naturally.And.You can also move toward happiness NOW.Not by quitting your job and walking across Mongolia with twenty dollars in your pocket. (Although that would be a totally iconic midlife crisis thing to do.)You get to start reclaiming happiness right here, one small step at a time. Here's how.Enjoy ❤️ RESOURCES MENTIONEDThe Happiness Curve: Why Life Gets Better After 50 (book) (aff. link)WORK WITH SARAHCurious about how life coaching can help you? For months, President Trump has tried to dismiss questions about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, notably denying that he had been the author of a lewd birthday message to the financier and sex offender. On Monday, Congress released the message — and many more like it.David Enrich, a deputy investigations editor at The Times, explains how the book, and an investigation into Mr. Epstein's finances, reveal how Mr. Epstein leveraged his rich and powerful friends to fund a yearslong criminal conspiracy.Guest: David Enrich, a deputy investigations editor for The New York Times. Background reading: A House panel released the drawing for Mr. Epstein apparently signed by Mr. Trump.A Times investigation found that JPMorgan spent years supporting — and profiting from — the notorious sex offender, ignoring red flags, suspicious activity and concerned executives. For more information on today's episode, visit nytimes.com/thedaily. A newly released 238-page “birthday book,” compiled by Ghislaine Maxwell in 2003 to celebrate Jeffrey Epstein's 50th birthday, revealed a handwritten message from former President Bill Clinton. In the entry, Clinton praised Epstein's “childlike curiosity,” his drive to make a difference, and the comfort he found in his circle of friends. The letter was written in a warm and admiring tone, with no mention of Epstein's darker activities, and has reignited debate about the former president's closeness to the disgraced financier during the early 2000s.The House Oversight Committee made the full book public in September 2025, intensifying scrutiny of Epstein's powerful social network. Clinton's office has continued to deny knowledge of Epstein's crimes and insists their contact was limited to philanthropy and travel linked to charitable work, ending years before Epstein's arrest. Nonetheless, the release of the letter has deepened public questions about how prominent figures distanced themselves only after Epstein's downfall became impossible to ignore.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Bill Clinton's birthday letter to Jeffrey Epstein praising 'childlike curiosity' is revealed along with creepy drawing of billionaire pedophile | Daily Mail Online
On September 8–9, 2025, lawyers for Jeffrey Epstein's estate turned over a leather-bound “birthday book” created for his 50th birthday in 2003 to the House Oversight Committee, complying with a subpoena. The committee then made the material public, including a controversial page featuring a crude sketch of a naked woman, allegedly signed by Donald Trump with the message: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.” The Trump team and the White House immediately denounced the page as fake, with Trump filing a massive defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal, which first reported on the letter. The release instantly triggered partisan battles in Congress, with Democrats arguing the book exposed the scope of Epstein's influence while Republicans dismissed the publication as politically motivated.Beyond the Trump controversy, the collection contained contributions from a wide array of Epstein's powerful associates. Pages included notes from Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, and Leon Black, as well as a striking letter from UK diplomat Peter Mandelson calling Epstein “my best pal.” Compiled by Ghislaine Maxwell, the book also featured photos of Epstein's youth, a copy of his birth certificate, and personal memorabilia. While the estate redacted some images of women and minors for privacy reasons, the book's publication has fueled renewed calls from victims and lawmakers for total transparency, underscoring how Epstein's connections spanned politics, business, and academia at the highest levels.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Jeffrey Epstein: House committee releases ‘birthday book,' other records from Epstein estate | CNN Politics
