Intrarea în colectivitate a unui copil este una dintre cele mai importante etape din viața unei familii. Observă că NU am zis din viața copilului… ci din viața familiei. De multe ori conversațiile și grijile, întrebările și organizarea sunt centrate pe copil. Teoretic. Înainte să înceapă procesul. Numai că, după ce procesul începe, multă lume e surprinsă de cât de mult din acest proces este, de fapt, despre… adulți. Despre părintele care știe că e sănătos ca al său copil să intre în colectivitate, dar care are o sută de gânduri despre cum va fi asta pentru puiul său… Și despre adulții pe mâna cărora alege acest părinte să-și lase puiul, câteva ore, în fiecare zi. “Greul este, de fapt, să se creeze conexiunea între adulți. Copilul se conectează mult mai ușor. :)” - asta mi-a zis Carmen Miron, fondatoarea CAMIGO - creșă, grădiniță, școală. Carmen are un drag de copii fenomenal! Ăsta e harul fiecărui cadru didactic care, cred eu, este MULT mai important pentru noi toți decât realizăm… Da - pentru multe familii intratul în colectivitate este despre întors la muncă după CIC, despre nevoia ca cineva să aibă grijă de copilul mic cât părinții fac ce au de făcut ca familia să fie în siguranță. Dar SE POATE ca această nevoie să se împletească echilibrat cu procesul de învățare și dezvoltare de care un copil are nevoie ca să devină independent, capabil, cu încredere în sine. În loc să fie despre încurajări am vrut ca-n această conversație să găsești ghidaj și perspective care să te ajute să adresezi întrebările potrivite atunci când cauți locul adecvat pentru copilul tău. Se poate să ai o listă de întrebări când cauți creșa sau grădinița potrivită pentru voi! Dar ascultă perspectivele lui Carmen, ca să pui în această listă întrebări care CHIAR să te ajute: Să alegi locul potrivit pentru familia voastră; Să ajungi cât mai repede să ai încredere în adulții care au grijă și îți educă puiul; Să conturezi un proces de acomodare lin, pentru voi toți. Descoperă perspective despre: de ce o singură vizită nu este suficientă pentru a înțelege o grădinițădiferența dintre programul unei zile și structura reală care influențează dezvoltarea copiluluice se întâmplă, de fapt, când copilul are o zi grea și nu vrea să participe de ce predictibilitatea este esențială pentru siguranța emoțională a copiilor cum se gestionează conflictele dintre copii și de ce acestea fac parte din procesul de învățarecum arată, în realitate, perioada de adaptare (și de ce nu durează două săptămâni)rolul părintelui în acest proces și de ce, de multe ori, adaptarea este mai mult despre adult decât despre copil. Ascultă cu răbdare. Criza din piaţa mondială a petrolului a adăugat, în martie, 0,6% la inflaţie, ajunsă la 9,9%, anual, faţă de 9,3%, în februarie. România rămâne, aşadar, pe primul loc în topul european al inflaţiei, în ciuda reducerii consumului casnic şi a consumului guvernamental. Inflaţia în România este de trei ori mai mare decât în Germania, de şase ori mai mare ca în Italia, de cinci ori mai mare ca în Belgia, de cinci ori mai mare ca în Franţa, notează ZF. Săptămâna trecută, preşedintele Nicuşor Dan a anunţat că a semnat decretele pentru numirea şefilor marilor parchete, în urma propunerilor primite de la ministrul Justiţiei, Radu Marinescu. „După acest moment, aşteptarea pe care o am de la Parchete şi, implicit, de la şefii Parchetelor este o dinamizare a activităţii pentru a răspunde aşteptărilor românilor. De marea corupţie se ocupă DNA, de corupţia curentă se ocupă Parchetul General. De la DIICOT îmi doresc destructurarea marilor reţele de droguri şi a marilor reţele de evaziune fiscală”, afirma Nicuşor Dan, într-o conferinţă de presă susţinută la Palatul Cotroceni. Președintele oberva și că „sistemul nostru judiciar a transformat procurorii într-un fel de funcţionari apăsaţi de mii de dosare şi care nu mai au timpul necesar ca să se uite la dosarele care sunt cu adevărat de impact pentru societate. Şi una din preocupări va fi despre cum să punem în balanţă activitatea asta de rutină care este necesară şi cum putem să o simplificăm, să o standardizăm şi cum să lăsăm totuşi timp procurorilor pentru a se ocupa de acele dosare importante cu impact asupra societăţii”, a afirmat şeful statului. Șefii marilor parchete au mandate legale de doar 3 ani, care pot fi reînnoite doar o singură dată. Fețele lui Kelemen Hunor. Își asumă eșecul alături de Orbán? (DW) Liderii UDMR continuă să creadă că susținerea lor față de Viktor Orbán și Fidesz, partidul acestuia, a fost întemeiată. Kelemen Hunor, președintele Uniunii Democrate Maghiare din România, a declarat că formațiunea sa nu are motive „să-și pună cenușă-n cap” fiindcă a susținut Fidesz la alegerile generale de duminică. Relația de vasalitate a UDMR față de Viktor Orbán și Fidesz era atât de serioasă încât în cele două turnee făcute anul trecut de Péter Magyar în Transilvania niciunul dintre membrii marcanți ai Uniunii nu a vrut să se vadă cu el. Politețea ardelenească a fost înlocuită de orbirea lor politică. Cât de credibil mai poate fi Kelemen Hunor în fața maghiarilor din Transilvania? Care dintre fețele lui mai poate fi luată în serios: cea pro-europeană clamată la București sau cea pro-Orbán, iliberalul pro-rus pe care l-a susținut la Budapesta și în fața maghiarilor ardeleni? Cât de sincer a fost liderul UDMR cu fiecare dintre părți? Dar cu el însuși?, se întreabă jurnalista Sabina Fati în analiza publicată pe pagina DW. UDMR a avut meritul să susțină propaganda lui Viktor Orbán în așa fel încât maghiarii ardeleni să creadă că doar Ungaria îi ajută cu adevărat, deși în paralel administrațiile din secuime și nu numai, primeau finanțări importante de la guvernul român. După ce Viktor Orbán a pierdut puterea la Budapesta, UDMR încearcă o repliere, o nouă înțelegere cu învingătorul, cu Péter Magyar și partidul său,Tisza, eventual înainte să apară în presa ungară numele celor din Uniune care au beneficiat personal de afacerile susținute de guvernele ungare din ultimii 16 ani. Între timp, Kelemen Hunor ar trebui să-și asume înfrângerea alături de Viktor Orbán, mai ales că este în fruntea UDMR de 15 ani, o perioadă prea lungă pentru un politician, oricât de talentat ar fi și oricâte fețe poate avea. Ajuns de trei ani în Parlament, Codul urbanismului este încă în sertar la Camera Deputaților / România riscă să piardă peste 1 miliard de euro din PNRR (HotNews) Mai multe puncte la care politicienii nu au reușit să se pună de acord blochează de luni de zile la Comisia de administrație publică de la Camera Deputaților Codul urbanismului, un proiect care va reuni legislația ce vizează amenajările și construcțiile, pentru mai puțină birocrație.  Potrivit HotNews, punctele de divergență sunt:  construcțiile pe plajă,  construcțiile pe spații verzi,  o parte din referendumul lui Nicușor Dan, ca autorizarea construcțiilor și a planurilor urbanistice să treacă de la Primăriile de Sector, la Primăria Capitalei,  chestiuni juridice legate de certificatele de urbanism și atacarea în instanță a autorizațiilor și documentațiilor de urbanism. November is National Native American Heritage Month, a time to celebrate and recognize the history, culture and contributions of Indigenous people in our country. If you look around Chicago, you see echoes of Native American history in names like Washtenaw, Skokie and Wabash. But Indigenous history is often presented from a settler or non-Native perspective. Today, we get into a project out of the Newberry Library called “Indigenous Chicago.” Through art, education and collaboration, its goal is to change the dominant narratives about Chicago's history with the overarching message: Chicago is, and always has been, a Native place. It all began a few years ago with conversations within the Native community. “One of the things we heard over and over again was this issue of invisibility,” said Rose Miron, director of the D'Arcy McNickle Center for American Indian and Indigenous Studies. “Native community members found that there were far too many people who didn't understand the long history of Chicago as an Indigenous place, but also didn't realize that there was a large contemporary community here today.” “Indigenous Chicago” is a collaboration between representatives of tribal nations and includes multimedia art, oral histories, public programs, educational curriculum and an exhibition. Curious City's Erin Allen spoke with curators Miron and Analú María López, the Ayer Librarian and assistant curator of American Indian and Indigenous Studies.
