The KYW Newsradio All-Local on Sept 16, 2022 (Evening Edition): More than 100 unionized workers at the Philadelphia Museum of Art are participating in a one-day strike to warn management that failure to meet workers' demands could result in further action. Two people from South Jersey who were in critical condition from COVID-19 have been released from the hospital, after they received convalescent plasma transfusions. After recovering from a mild case of COVID-19 herself, Marisa Leuzzi heard about Mayo Clinic’s national clinical trials and wanted to donate her plasma in an attempt to save her aunt, who was critically ill with the virus. Her donation ended up helping another person as well. The Beer and Booze Broz couldn't keep Parks On Tap bottled up. So here's a bonus segment. Parks On Tap is a traveling beer garden going to 23 Philadelphia parks in 23 weeks. A special exclusive beer called "Parks Pale Ale" has been created for the program by local brewery Saint Benjamin Brewing Company. A portion of the proceeds go to the park system.
