South African chef Jean Delport is described as the 'culinary visionary and creative force' at Restaurant Interlude, the Michelin-starred restaurant at the Leonardslee Estate. Jean has been wowing diners at the restaurant where he leads the team as executive chef since it opened in 2018 and in March 2025 he impressed the judges - and viewers - of the 20th series of the BBC TV show Great British Menu with his culinary wizardry, winning the chance to create two of the five dishes for the final banquet. A couple of weeks after his TV appearance, on a beautiful spring day, we headed down to Restaurant Interlude to talk to Jean all about his experience on the show, Interlude, his journey as a chef, his love of local produce found in and around Horsham and much more!

English romantic poet Percy Bysshe Shelley was born at Field Place in Warnham in 1792, spending his formative years at his family home. His family is well-connected with the Horsham District too. While he wrote famous poems such as Ozymandias, Queen Mab and To A Skylark and influenced many poets and writers, including Robert Browning, WB Yeats, Thomas Hardy and George Bernard Shaw, Shelley - whose second wife Mary Shelley authored the famous gothic novel Frankenstein - never knew fame during his lifetime. Despite Percy Bysshe Shelley's posthumous influence and literary reputation, many of us are unaware of the writer's connection to Horsham and know little about his life, other than his works. However, our guests for this episode - Carol Hayton and David Hide - directors of The Shelley Memorial Project - are among those hoping to change that. The Shelley Memorial Project wants to create a lasting public memorial to Percy Bysshe Shelley to commemorate Horsham's famous former citizen. To find out more, we gathered around a table at the Shelley Arms in Broadbridge Heath to talk about Shelley, his connection to Horsham, and the project's plans to honour him.

Sam Newman, Mike Sheahan and Don Scott - 'You Cannot Be Serious'
Mark Robinson is an Australian sports journalist. He is the chief football writer for Melbourne's Herald Sun newspaper, appears on the 1116 SEN radio station's pre-match Australian Football League (AFL) discussion and former co-hosts for Fox Footy's AFL 360 television program. A junior footballer for the Sandhurst Dragons in Bendigo and the Horsham Saints in Horsham, Robinson began covering football in 1992. Throughout his career he has predominantly covered Australian rules football and has been the chief football writer for the Herald Sun since 2012 following the retirement of Mike Sheahan. Robinson is former co-hosted the AFL 360 television program on Fox Footy from 2010 until his sacking at the end of 2024. He previously appeared regularly as a panelist on AFL Game Day from the show's launch in 2008 until 2011 when AFL 360 expanded to four nights a week through the AFL season. Robinson was a panelist on many of the 1116 SEN radio station's shows, including The Run Home and match day AFL discussion until the end of the 2017 season. In 2018, Robinson joined 3AW as a panelist on the Sunday Sport show alongside Daniel Harford and Jimmy Bartel. In the latter half of 2021, Robinson experienced multiple cardiac episodes which required medical attention, including open heart surgery. Robinson has been rumoured to have been involved in a variety of verbal and physical altercations with several fellow journalists, including Damian Barrett, Andy Maher and Michael Warner. In June 2017, Robinson tweeted about Collingwood footballer Alex Fasolo when his struggles with severe depression became known, suggesting that the quickness of Fasolo's recovery was an indication he was faking his illness. He later deleted the tweet and apologised for what he said, with the Collingwood president later saying that Robinson ignored the club's medical advice when contacting Fasolo.

This podcast “Apalutamide in Metastatic Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mCSPC): A Case-Based Discussion” was originally presented as an AUA newsworthy webinar and contains data regarding the clinical efficacy and safety of apalutamide. It is presented on behalf of Janssen and is not certified for CME; speakers were compensated. For full details, see the video webinar here. TITAN, a Phase 3 double-blind study, randomized patients with metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) to apalutamide (Apa; 240 mg oral once daily) + androgen deprivation therapy (ADT; n=525) or placebo + ADT (n=527).1,2 All patients received a concomitant gonadotropin-releasing hormone analog or had prior bilateral orchiectomy.3 Patients who received prior treatment for localized disease or received but did not progress on docetaxel were permitted. Dual primary endpoints were radiographic progression-free survival and overall survival (OS).1,2 At primary analysis (median follow-up: 22.7 months), Apa + ADT reduced the risk of radiographic progression or death by 52% vs placebo + ADT (HR: 0.48; 95% CI: 0.39–0.60). Apa + ADT also reduced the risk of death by 33% vs placebo + ADT (HR: 0.67; 95% CI: 0.51–0.89).1 At primary analysis cutoff, TITAN was unblinded and 39.5% of patients who received placebo + ADT crossed over to receive Apa + ADT; these patients were analyzed as part of the placebo + ADT population in the intent-to-treat analyses. The IPCW log-rank test was performed to account for crossover and showed a 48% reduction in the risk of death for Apa + ADT vs placebo + ADT (HR: 0.52; 95% CI: 0.42–0.64). At final analysis (median follow-up: 44.0 months), Apa + ADT reduced the risk of death by 35% vs placebo + ADT (median OS: NE vs 52.2 months; HR: 0.65; 95% CI: 0.53–0.79). In a prespecified subgroup analysis, Apa + ADT improved OS vs placebo + ADT, regardless of disease volume. In patients with high-volume disease, Apa + ADT reduced the risk of death by 30% vs placebo + ADT (HR: 0.70; 95% CI: 0.56–0.88); for low-volume disease, Apa + ADT reduced the risk of death by 48% vs placebo + ADT (HR: 0.52; 95% CI: 0.35–0.79).2 The following post hoc analyses data are not included in the full ERLEADA® (apalutamide) Prescribing Information. Post hoc exploratory analyses investigated PSA kinetics.4,5 After 3 months of Apa treatment, median OS was not reached in patients with a PSA response. In patients without a PSA response, median OS was 37.7 months.5 Most Apa + ADT-treated patients had undetectable PSA at 3 months. By 12 months, 64% of Apa-treated patients had undetectable PSA vs 23% of patients treated with placebo + ADT.5 Please see the full Prescribing Information for ERLEADA® (apalutamide) at www.erleadahcp.com.
