Cumhuriyeti kuran CHP'nin geçmişten günümüze Türkiye'de İslam'ın güçlenmesine karşı neler yaptıklarını bir seri yazıda hatırlatmak istiyorum.

Zaman, biteviye akan ve akarken de değdiği her şeyi dönüştüren mukadder bir nehirdir.

Yazıma başlamadan Mete Tunçay'ın meşhur Tek Parti Dönemi kitabından birkaç paragraf aktaracağım. “Kenyalı toplumbilimci Ali Mazrui şöyle demektedir: Japonya'da endüstri uygarlığının dinin tanrılarını yıkarak değil, bilimin ateşlerini yakarak izlenmesine karşılık, Kemalist Devrimden beri, Türkiye bazen çağdaşlaşmanın süslerini iç özü, bazen de sonucu, neden sanmıştır…

Bundan önceki yazımı şöyle bitirmiştim: “Bu davranış, bu düşünce, bu tahammülsüzlük ile bir arada, barış ve huzur içinde yaşamak mümkün değildir; kendi varlık, huzur ve çıkarını, başkasının yokluk, huzursuzluk ve zararında arayanlar er veya geç hüsrana uğrayacaklardır; öteden beri böyle olmuştur”. Şimdi sosyal medya sayesinde herkes her konuda uzman oldu ya, ahkâm kesiyorlar ya, bunlardan bir kısmı -içlerinde akademisyen bile var- Sayın Cumhurbaşkanına hitaben: “Ver emri, yüklen İsrail'e, bitir işini, dünya bu beladan kurtulsun” diyorlar.

Şöyle şahıslar gördüm ve tanıdım: Öteki diyebileceğimiz yerden geldiler, bizim gibi inandılar, sonra İslamcılığa terfi ettiler, sonra içlerine kurt (şeytan) düştü, muhalefete geçtiler; bir kısmı “artık, eskiden inandığım hiçbir şeye inanmıyorum” diyecek noktaya geldi, inşallah burada da kalmazlar.

İbn Abdüsselâm, bilgi sahibi olan âlim kimselerin bir başkasını taklit etmelerini uygun görmemekle birlikte âmmî olanlar (âlim olmayanlar) için taklidin gerekli olduğu görüşündedir. O, bu konuda şunları kaydetmektedir: Allah'ın hükümleri Kitap, Sünnet, İcmâ, sahih kıyâslar ve muteber istidlallerden elde edilir… Halk tabakası (âmmî olanlar) bundan istisna edilir. Onlar, ictihad yoluyla hükümleri elde etmekten aciz oldukları için onlara düşen taklit etmektir. Müctehid ise böyle değildir. O, hükme ulaştıran araştırmayı yapabilecek güçtedir (el-Kavâidü'l-Kübrâ, II, s. 274).

Bundan önceki yazımda İbnü'l-Hümâm'ın, konumuzla ilgili görüşünü yazmıştım. Okuyucu haklı olarak “acaba bu İbnü'l-Hümâm kim, Hanefî mezhebi içinde ve genel olarak ulemaya göre yeri ve değeri nedir” diye düşünmüşlerdir. Bunu da açıklamak için bir sayfa yazmıştım, nasıl oldu bilmiyorum; gazeteye gönderirken bu kısım burada kalmış, şimdi, TDV İslam Ansiklopedisindeki Sayın Ferhat Koca'nın güzel maddesinden, bir sayfa olmasa da birkaç satır yazdıktan sonra İbn Abdüsselam'a geçelim.

Fethu'l-Kadîr'in Bulak baskısı 5. cilt 457. sayfasında İbnu'l- Humâm: Önce mücehid olmayan müftünün, fetva vereceği zaman, sorulan soru ile ilgili bütün ictihadları (mezhenleri) nakletmesi gerekmediğini, birini nakletmekle yetinebileceğini ifade ediyor. Sonra fetva soran kimseye, meselesiyle ilgili farklı ictihadlar nakledildiğinde “gönlüne yatan, daha doğru olduğuna kanaat getirdiği vb. mezhebe göre amel eder” diyenlere karşı şunu söylüyor:

İran'a karşı ABD ve İsrail'i destekleyen bazı çevreler bu yaklaşımı, meşru bir zemine oturtmak için önce İran halkının itikadını küfür (İslam dışı) sayıyorlar, yaygın ifade ile onları tekfîr ediyorlar. Bunu yapabilmek için de asırlardır tartışılmış, ama bir anlaşmaya varılamamış meseleleri, böyle bir zamanda gündeme taşıyorlar.

Birçok kişi, belli ki iyi niyetle, dünyada bir kısım Müslümanların uğradığı zulüm, işkence, katlim, saldırı, maddi ve manevî varlıklarının zorla ellerinden alınması… gibi kötü, üzücü, insanı kahreden durumlar sebebiyle “Bu durumda bayram mı yapılır” derler.
