Aslında bugün farklı bir yazı yazmayı düşünüyordum. Barrack'ın Antalya'da, coğrafyamız ve Türkiye hakkında yapmış olduğu açıklamalar belki başlı başına bir değerlendirmeyi hak ediyordu. TV Net'in Akıl Odası programında fikirlerimi ortaya koymuştum. Tekrâra düşmemek sadedinde, bu hususta müstâkil bir yazı yazmak niyetim yoktu. Ama bu meyânda , Fransız Cumhûrbaşkanı Macron'un Güney Kıbrıs ve Yunanistan'da yaptığı konuşmalardan haberim oldu. Her iki konuşmanın müşterek rûhu beni yeniden düşündürdü ve bu yazıyı yazmaya karâr verdim.

Bu yıl Antalya Diplomasi Forumu, ABD-İsrail/İran arasında süregelen, iki ay gibi kısa bir sürede küresel fay hatlarında jeopolitik kelebek etkisi yaratan savaşın gölgesinde gerçekleşti. Forum bölgesel bir savaşın dünyanın birbirinden binlerce kilometre uzaktaki ülkeleri de içine alan geniş bir alanda etkileyerek kolektif güvenlik zafiyetlerine ve ekonomik kayıplara neden olabildiğine, günün koşullarında artık bölgesel-küresel kriz ayrımının olmadığına dikkat çekmesi bakımından da son derece anlamlı ve zamanlıydı.

COP31 süreci başlıyor! Türkiye'nin ev sahipliğinde Antalya'da düzenlenecek COP31 öncesi küresel iklim gündemi COP31 Yolu programında masaya yatırılıyor. He lives in Turkey and has traveled extensively throughout the Mediterranean and is the author of the brand-new book Christian Life in the Greco-Roman City: The Civic and Architectural Contexts of Early Christianity, out now on Baker Academic, where he discusses the significance of city life and architecture for early Christianity and introduces his audience to some key features of Greco-Roman cities. We talk about the way in which ancient cities and architectural features shaped the perspective of early Jesus-believers and thus the New Testament, and Dr. Borges walks us through some of the features which defined ancient cities including the agora, temple, prisons, bathhouses and more. COP 31 will be held in Antalya, Türkiye, from 9 to 20 November 2026. While Türkiye will serve as host country, taking responsibility for the logistics and operations of the conference, Australia will lead the negotiations. A presidência brasileira da Conferência do Clima da ONU em Belém convida os países e organizações internacionais a contribuírem, a partir da semana que vem, com a elaboração de um “mapa do caminho internacional” para o afastamento dos combustíveis fósseis, os principais causadores do aquecimento global. O presidente da COP30, André Corrêa do Lago, realiza um giro internacional para reunir apoio técnico para a proposta, lançada pelo Brasil em novembro passado. Lúcia Müzell, da RFI em Paris Depois de se encontrar com a autoridade climática da ONU (UNFCCC) na Turquia, para iniciar os preparativos para a próxima COP, em Antalya, o embaixador esteve na sede da Organização para a Alimentação e Agricultura (FAO), em Roma. Na sequência, esteve em Paris para reuniões na Agência Internacional de Energia e com a Agência Internacional de Energias Renováveis (Irena). O primeiro passo é compilar os dados mais recentes para fundamentar uma proposta equilibrada, no contexto em que a maioria dos países ainda tem uma forte dependência das fontes fósseis de energia, explicou Corrêa do Lago à RFI. "A primeira parte são os dados. A maior parte deles já está publicada, mas há muitas publicações sobre diversos temas e nós queremos que o mapa do caminho internacional seja um instrumento de desmistificação dos problemas relacionados a isso e de simplificação do grande volume de informações existentes”, indicou. "Todas as instituições relacionadas à energia podem contribuir.” Incluir a Opep na conversa O embaixador também busca agregar visões divergentes sobre o tema, incluindo a Organização dos Países Produtores de Petróleo (Opep). A entidade, que reúne as economias que mais se opõem à conversa sobre o fim do petróleo (como os países do Golfo e a Rússia), defende que o foco deve ser a redução das emissões de gases de efeito estufa em geral, e não direcionada a setores específicos. Além disso, sustenta que esse objetivo deve ser atingido mediante ações voluntárias dos países. "É muito importante que a gente incorpore as diferentes visões de diferentes organismos. Não é que um deles vá guiar o processo, até porque, desses organismos todos, só um é das Nações Unidas, o relacionado à energia atômica [AIEA]”, observou o diplomata. Na COP30 em Belém, os grandes produtores de petróleo exerceram forte pressão para que, nos textos finais da conferência, não houvesse menção aos combustíveis fósseis. Dimensão política e dimensão diplomática das COPs A partir da semana que vem, os países-membros da Convenção do Clima também estarão convidados a dar suas contribuições sobre o tema. Corrêa do Lago salienta que o Brasil teve sucesso em trazer de volta às negociações a discussão sobre a redução da dependência dos fósseis, que se tornou um assunto “central para a preparação da COP31". “O presidente Lula sabia que a COP era a ocasião política de se falar disso. Mesmo que o tema não estivesse formalmente dentro da agenda, é um tema incontornável do ponto de vista político”, disse o embaixador. "Por isso que eu sempre tento separar a dimensão diplomática das COPs. A diplomacia é a arte do possível." O objetivo de Corrêa do Lago é propor um documento antes da próxima conferência, sediada na Turquia, com negociações presididas pela Austrália. A ideia de um roteiro para o afastamento dos fósseis está longe de um consenso: dentro do próprio Brasil, os diferentes ministérios envolvidos na discussão (Casa Civil, Minas e Energia, Meio Ambiente e Fazenda) não conseguiram convergir sobre as diretrizes básicas dentro do prazo de 60 dias estabelecido pelo presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva logo após o evento em Belém. Pela complexidade do assunto, o roteiro brasileiro provavelmente não estará pronto até a próxima COP. "Todos os países estão divididos quando discutem esse tema, porque há interesses econômicos imensos, desafios de financiamento, desafios tecnológicos e muitos outros. A ambição desse mapa do caminho internacional é contribuir para que a transição seja feita de maneira racional e nos termos aprovados pela Convenção do Clima em Dubai: de forma justa, ordenada e equilibrada”, salientou o presidente da COP30. Testes antes da COP31 Dois grandes encontros preparatórios da próxima conferência serão determinantes para a diplomacia brasileira testar a abertura dos 195 países à ideia de um roteiro para o afastamento do petróleo e do carvão: a reunião multilateral em Bonn (Alemanha), em junho, e a Pré-COP, a ser realizada em outubro em uma ilha do Pacífico, semanas antes do evento em novembro. Além disso, em abril, a Colômbia e a Holanda organizam uma conferência incluindo os países que demonstraram disposição em avançar nesse tema durante a COP de Belém. Corrêa do Lago avaliou a iniciativa como “muito importante”, mas ressaltou que ocorre em paralelo ao processo oficial de negociações diplomáticas da ONU. O evento na Colômbia estará focado na queda da produção de petróleo, enquanto que, para a presidência brasileira da COP30, a prioridade é avançar na discussão sobre o consumo, passando pela eletrificação das economias e o desenvolvimento das energias renováveis.

Hier sollte man unbedingt im Reisebüro oder bei Bekannten fragen und sich vorab Infos über deren Erfahrungen holen. Absolut sehenswert ist das Antalya Aquarium, das ein Lübecker in Leben gerufen hat. Es gibt insgesamt 64 Becken mit einem Wasservolumen von 6.800 Kubikmetern und dem größten Tunnelaquarium der Welt: Es ist in der Mitte 131 Meter lang und 3 Meter breit.
