I asked Mother Earth to guide me to insight when I opened a 'random' page in The Great Mother Bible - a channeled set of conversations between the author and Mother Earth/Gaia. The section I came to was about the creed of the Cathars - a form of Christianity which emerged in Southern France in the early 1200's which was deemed heresy and violently suppressed by the Catholic Church. Their creed was fundamentally about love and the true original message of Christ. Also, are there decedents of Jesus and Mary Magdalene?

Living a life of causing as little harm to other people, animals or Gaia is deeply important to me. A life of integrity. My work strongly also involves what some people call shadow work, or working with our pain body, basically facing and feeling and learning about our "dark" parts, such as heavy emotions and recovering from serious things like childhood trauma, severe abuse or neglect etc and how that still affects us in our life, relationships and health today.
