We had fun on this one talking about Cocodona 250 including what we think of this year's competition and why we never want to run it. As usual we get into some hot takes, coaching thoughts and fun pet peeves!

Rylee Reichwald recently completed her first 50 miler and has her first 100 miler coming up at Antelope Canyon in 2 weeks.
