Also, as the Broncos continue their offseason, the management and coaching staff has been gutted by other franchises in teams of other teams hiring Denver's Personnel away. Along with this, HC Sean Payton also made the decision to move on from a couple other coaches. Changes in the division as well as another large offseason looms for the Denver Broncos. We brought so much gratitude to this amazing episode! The main topic was the news announced this weekend: David's Leadville 100 performance won the International Trail Performance of the Year. Yes, tears were shed. To everyone who listens, THANK YOU. In ways that go deeper than words...thank you. We reflect on the training, the journey, how our lives have changed, and what's ahead. Shooters shoot. Next it was a "No Secrets" Q+A! Topics: why hydration recommendations of "drinking to thirst" are often wrong in races and training, fitness apps, early AM training, when training volume hits a saturation point, what weekly volumes might lead to breakthroughs, how love evolves (or doesn't), recovery runs, AI and energy use, gel flavors, adaptations to long-term heat training, the number of workouts we suggest per week, our frustrations with running media, and Listener Corner. This community kept us going with love and belief through some dark forests this year. This is OUR award. It would not have been possible if it was just us chasing history. But when we have this team lifting us up? Well, we might just F around and make history. We love you all! Huzzah! Richard Rushfield joins Katey to look back at the year in film, which Richard thinks is one of the worst in the history of studio filmmaking — if not the worst — but still scrounged up enough titles to get excited about. The episode also includes Katey's conversation with Javier Bardem about his chilling performance on the limited series Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story — and his surprisingly moving motivation for taking on a very different kind of character in a recent, criminally underseen children's film. Musa and Ryan begin with a quick shout for LA Galaxy's first MLS Cups in 10 years, after their 2-1 win over New York Red Bulls on the weekend, before heading to Europe, where there are title races aplenty. They begin in Italy (4:14), where Atalanta's 2-1 win over Milan took them top of the table, thanks also to Lazio's win in Naples—and wonder whether this could be the year for Gian Piero Gasperini's side to win their first Scudetto. Next up, Atleti are tiptoeing their way to the top (11:30), as they and Real Madrid closed the gap with Barcelona in La Liga, plus a quick shout for the Bundesliga (15:43). Finally, they chat about the Premier League's stop-start weekend (18:10), when Liverpool sat back and watched a number of their rivals drop points. Chelsea were the only challengers not to do so, winning another chaotic game against Spurs (26:52), this time 4-3. There is also a shout-out for another huge Nottingham Forest result and some chat about the departure of Dan Ashworth as Manchester United sporting director (35:15), after just five months in the role. On today's post-UFC 308 episode, I talk about the middleweight title picture and whether Khamzat Chimaev or Sean Strickland deserves the next crack at Dricus du Plessis. Plus, I discuss Ilia Topuria's impressive win over Max Holloway and why I think El Matador has a strong case for Fighter of the Year over Alex Pereira. Speaking of Pereira, are we so sure Magomed Ankalaev will be his next opponent?*The following time codes are approximate:Ilia Topuria for FOY? Raheem Palmer and Anthony Dabbundo give you another edition of future bets on ‘The Hook.' With Detroit Lions star defensive end Aidan Hutchinson going down with a leg injury, the market for DPOY has shifted. Who's the leader of the pack, and which players' odds should you look out for? Plus, the Eagles are coming off a lackluster win to the Cleveland Browns after Philadelphia had a bye week. Where do they currently stand in the market since the NFC East is fairly mediocre? Episode Notes Gabe Salge, Foliage Expert for Yankee Magazine, Came On to Discuss What He Can, and Can't, Predict This Year. Then the Washington Post's Andrea Sachs Talked About New Developments at Ski Resorts Across the United States.
In this week's episode, I'm sharing exciting news about my upcoming book, “Too Much”, aimed at empowering women B2B consultants to reach seven figure success. I delve into the book's themes, particularly reframing the notion of being ‘too much' as a strength. And our main focus for the episode is that we are gearing up for the time of year when a lot of corporate companies have budget they need to use up - so what are you planning to do to take full advantage of this? I talk about the importance of mindset and strategy, offering practical advice for year-end business growth, including goal setting, leveraging networks, and maintaining visibility. This episode is a blend of personal development and actionable business strategies to help women consultants thrive! Quotes: “When we're told we're too much, it can be because there's an element of shame present that makes us feel like our only choice is to make ourselves less, take up less space, want less, aspire to less, pretend we are fine with fine.” “We need to normalise the experience of women getting to 7 figures in revenue. We need to feel like this is something that women like you and me get to do, all the time. It's normal to the point of being unremarkable.” “Above all else, why not give yourself the gift of holding space for that quiet confidence and conviction in your consulting business this Fall that yes, you can do this and yes, this year is your year. The stories we tell ourselves make all the difference.” Useful Links VIP Strategy Intensive Get in touch with Jessica to discuss your consulting business Leave a rating and review for the Seven Figure Consultant Podcast Connect with Jessica on LinkedIn
As some of you know, last year my husband went through a gnarly relapse - it was HELL on both of us. He spent very little time in our home in 2023 and I was desperate to hide that fact. This week last year, I released an episode sharing what was really going on and that I didn't know if my marriage was going to work. I was in a place of heartbreak and resignation, but also determination to start making moves to stand on my own - without him if need be. When I released this, he had resurfaced from Mexico, dirty, picked up, emaciated and sick. I allowed him to sleep in the living room downstairs with all of my valuables locked in my car, keys in my bra, while I tried to find him a detox we could afford. Over the ensuing weeks, two things happened - one, we couldn't afford anything nor get him into a free detox, and two, he actually seemed to be finally beaten. Cut to this past Monday, September 2nd 2024, he just celebrated one year sober. I interviewed him on Monday and that episode will release next week. Today's episode is the episode I released last year at this time. I wanted to revisit this time together to catch up anyone who is new to the show, but also to share the true miracle that is recovery. I was totally resigned to the end of my marriage and through recovery, Scuyler has totally turned things around. The second half of the episode is a breakdown of the Twelve Steps, specifically for anyone who is interested in getting sober but has heard terrible things about the Twelve Step community (AA, NA, HA, etc) (Twelve Step breakdown begins at 35:40 if you would like to jump to it :) Support the show and get access to my fitness classes and bonus content HERE Connect with me on Instagram Connect with me on TikTok

Subscribe to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube: https://bit.ly/3KzEcqK Check out the site too! - https://bit.ly/3u8dilD Penn State football enters an unprecedented change in the modern landscape of college football this year. For the first time ever, the playoff is expanded to 12 teams. At the same time, the Big Ten's own expansion and removal of divisions means that the Nittany Lions are no longer locked in an eternal battle royal with two of the top five teams in college football in Ohio State and Michigan. With that opportunity, is it now or never for Penn State head coach James Franklin and his staff to finally reach the postseason? Penn State starts the march toward that goal today when training camp opens up for the 2024 season. Blue White Illustrated senior editor Nate Bauer joins BWI Live to answer that question and to discuss what he's looking for on Wednesday evening when the team opens up practice to the media. Finally, you'll hear an exclusive interview with new Penn State defensive end Max Granville. He discusses why he chose the Nittany Lions, why he reclassified to 2024, and his goals for the upcoming year. Join the show at 10 a.m. on YouTube or check out the replay in this article.
