Running, dancing, and healthy eating are her medicine. Over the past 6 years, she's been through some powerful transformations that have skyrocketed her fitness, personal development, and spiritual journey. She wants to share everything she learned so you can step into your power, be comfortable as your most authentic self, have amazing adventures, and gain tools to find your way out of a low place into pure joy, love, and purpose. Previously she had heart palpitations and didn't think she could run past 3 miles, so crossing her first half marathon finish line in 2014 was incredibly life changing - both physically and spiritually. Since then, she's documented her mission to run 13 half marathons in one year while singing, dancing, and sharing life lessons and, to prove we can connect beyond borders through fitness, she ran 5k's across 7 countries while interviewing locals. She's been through so many ups and downs to know there's absolutely no low you can sink to that you can't find the strength and the help to overcome. The story is only sad if you stop after the fall because all it takes to experience great joy and find your purpose in the process is to get back up and try one more time. Helping you through the valleys of life, encouraging you to climb the next mountain, and connecting you with ways to give back when you've made it to a peak is her life mission. Finding out at 13 years old I had a 3mm hole in my heart felt like the end of the world. Little did I know, it would actually end up propelling me into my purpose. Heart to Heart started out as an idea for a mentorship program, then turned into a radio show, eventually became a Facebook Live series for over a year, and even made a couple of appearances on Instagram. However, there came a point when I realized I was playing too small. These Heart to Heart Conversations could not be kept to just my social media followers. This intention of connection, community, and collaboration through conversation needed to be shared with the world! I'm so grateful for my friends and family members who helped me get out of my head and into my heart during this process. They were there for me during the ups and downs and held me accountable to launching this thing!!!
