The Multi-Passionate Mastery podcast is an incredible resource for those who identify as multi-passionate creatives. Hosted by D'Ana Joi, the podcast explores the concept of being multi-passionate and offers practical advice and insights for embracing and navigating this unique identity. One of the standout episodes is the one about Human Design with Krystal Woods, where D'Ana dives into how different personality types are linked to being multi-passionate. This episode, along with many others, provides a sense of validation and understanding that can be truly transformative for those who have always felt like outsiders or struggled to fit into society's expectations.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is how D'Ana reminds listeners that they don't have to diminish themselves or conform to society's narrow definitions of success in order to thrive. She offers thoughtful and practical solutions that cater specifically to multi-passionates, allowing them to pursue their dreams and passions without feeling constrained or limited. The episodes are filled with heartfelt advice and genuine conversations with interesting guests who share their own experiences and insights.
While there aren't any notable negative aspects of The Multi-Passionate Mastery podcast, some listeners might find it overwhelming or difficult to implement all the advice presented in each episode. With so much information and guidance provided, it can be challenging to figure out where to start or how to prioritize different passions and interests. However, D'Ana does offer helpful tools and exercises that can aid in sorting through these complexities.
In conclusion, The Multi-Passionate Mastery podcast is a must-listen for anyone who identifies as multi-passionate or has ever felt stifled by society's expectation of focusing on one thing. D'Ana's passion for supporting multi-passionates shines through in every episode, providing a safe space for listeners to embrace their true selves while also finding practical ways to build fulfilling lives and businesses. It is a valuable resource that offers validation, inspiration, and actionable steps for those navigating the multi-passionate journey.
I sometimes feel silly sharing that motherhood stripped me of my entrepreneurial spirit. Shouldn't I want to “have it all?” But just as getting an epidural in the final hours of labor does not equate to a “failed” attempt at natural childbirth, choosing to walk away from a business that no longer fits into my life is not a failure. It's an empowered choice that I'm proud to make.In this final episode of the Multi-Passionate Mastery Podcast, I share how I came to that decision. Thank you for listening, subscribing, and sharing my work with your peers. If you'd like to stay connected, come and find me on LinkedIn.

Today we're doing something a little different here on the Multi-Passionate Mastery Podcast. I'm going to read you an email that I sent to my love letter list where I opened up about the fact that nobody signed up for the early enrollment promotion of my coaching program. If you've ever tried to juggle multiple projects at once, you know that burnout comes creeping in at some point when it all becomes too damn much. What if you worked in SEASONS instead?Instantly, you'd be less overwhelmed and your process would be more sustainable.Something that I'm really excited to explore here on the Multi-Passionate Mastery Podcast in season 4, is the concept of seasonal living. Moving with the rhythms of nature, the moon, and my menstrual cycle have been practices that support me in slowing down, and trusting that my body has a wisdom that goes deeper than what my mind may be able to grasp.I'm still doing my learning and research on this topic, but I wanted to get the conversation started and give you a few things to think about when it comes to embracing seasonal living.Where are you already being influenced by the various cycles of nature that are present in your life?Where could the pace of nature be something to study and move with? Can we create a more sustainable relationship with what it means to "get shit done" as multi-passionates when we practice cyclical living? These are the questions we'll explore in this off-the-cuff bonus episode.⬇️ SHOW NOTES ⬇️

You know what's one of my all-time favorite episodes from the first season of the Multi-Passionate Mastery Podcast? This one! Even if you've already listened to "Why You Don't Have Anything to Prove as a Multi-Passionate," I totally recommend giving it another go. You never know what new insights might come up for you this time around.⏪ ⏪ ⏪Why is it that as multi-passionates we feel that we have so much to prove? Either we want to prove that we can do “all the things” at the same time in a very public way, or we want to prove that we can focus on “just one thing” to keep up with the specialists. If you're constantly feeling like you have something to prove, you're not experiencing the freedom of fully embracing who you are as a multi-passionate. Let's shift that!In this re-broadcast episode of the Multi-Passionate Mastery Podcast, I'm sharing why it's time to let go of the idea that to be multi-passionate means you have to do everything at once or go the opposite route and limit what you choose to do out of fear of being judged. Get ready to accept that you have nothing to prove and embrace the freedom that comes with that. We'll chat about:My definition of what it means to be multi-passionate.Reframing how we look at multi-passionate as a noun instead of a verb (it's who you ARE not what you DO).Dismantling the idea that you have to prove yourself as a multi-passionate by publicly doing all of the things at once. Why remembering that you have nothing to prove is a key for bravely sharing your work as a multi-passionate.And how my own challenges as a multi-passionate have led me to become a better coach for my clients.⬇️ SHOW NOTES ⬇️
It's the season 3 finale episode of the Multi-Passionate Mastery Podcast!
Are you tired of the constant pressure and mental strain of being on social media? Maybe you've even tried to delete the apps, but FOMO pulled you back in.I don't blame you. We have so few examples of folks who have left social media, but there is another way! I made my exit from the world of social media in August of 2022 and our guest, Amelia Hruby, was both my inspiration and my guide. On today's episode of Multi-Passionate Mastery, Amelia shares her story of quitting social media and how it catalyzed bravery and clarity in her life and inspired her to help fellow creatives to do the same.We chat about:The negative effects of social media on our mental health.Disconnecting from the noise of social media in order to tune into your own inner voice.Where to get support if you want to leave social media behind for good.AND we get real about some unexpected hardships that not being on social can present as a small business owner.Get ready to question everything you thought you knew about needing social media to be successful!
When I first launched my coaching program for multi-passionates– Prioritize and Thrive – I chose to make it evergreen. This meant that the doors would always be open and folks could join anytime.Since then, over 30 clients have walked through that door, finally having a simple process for choosing which of their many ideas to take action on first, and feeling confident about what can come next. But now, this program has tapped me on the shoulder and asked for some time to rest and evolve.Doors to Prioritize and Thrive will be closing on Sunday, June 11th. To be clear- the program is not ending, but after June 11th, I won't be accepting new clients. While I don't have an exact date for when doors will open again, I can tell you this: The price is going up by at least one hundred dollars. That's $997 instead of $897 (at least). The 12-month payment plan option will no longer be available. Instead, there will be a much a shorter payment plan. The course will no longer be offered with lifetime access. Clients will have access to the materials for one year. The core curriculum will remain the same (if it ain't broke don't fix it!). I will be adding refreshed content that my current clients will be able to access as soon as it is available. So, if you've been listening to my podcast and reading my emails thinking, “Wow! What a cool program. I probably need to learn what Joi is teaching in there, but since the doors are always open, I'll just join later…” LATER has arrived. Here's my invitation to you, my love: If you want lifetime access to the program, and/or if the 12 month payment plan is the most accessible price point for you, and/or if you would rather join now before the price goes up, join before Sunday, June 11th.BUT do not join if those are the ONLY reasons. Join because you're ready to stop ping-pongig back and fourth between various projects, only to realize you haven't gained momentum on any of them.Join because you want to prove to yourself that you CAN stay focused and you can enjoy learning about yourself in the process.Join because you want to learn about how your Human Design intersects with your decision-making as a multi-passionate. Join because you have work that needs to meet the world, and you're ready to put the support in place to make that happen. Support = coaching, community, accountability, and celebration.Join because you want to have access to me twice a month at our coaching calls where you can get all of your questions answered. Join because you're not going to find a program like this anywhere else.Doors close Sunday, June 11th at midnight. Love Languages were introduced by Gary Chapman in his popular book about how love is expressed in romantic relationships in a variety of ways. Do you know yours?Today I'm putting a spin on this concept and applying each of the Love Languages to how you relate to your many interests as a multi-passionate person. This is going to be especially supportive once you begin to create priorities among your many ideas and don't want to feel like you're leaving your other passions behind.Using your Love Language to connect with your passions (even if they're not front and center in your life right now) is an easy and creative way to honor who you are as a multi-passionate.This is a fun one!⬇️ SHOW NOTES ⬇️Find out your Love Language: https://5lovelanguages.com/quizzes/love-languageDo you have a question or reflection about this episode? If you're not motivated by consistency, does that mean you'll never be successful? We're unpacking all of the above in today's episode. I personally think that consistency is overrated. Welcome to today's bonus episode. If you're listening to this in real-time, it is the end of the calendar year. I don't know about you, but during this time of year, I tend to start thinking about what I have or have not accomplished. This is probably true for you as well. You start to think about the goals that you made at the beginning of the year and take score. Do you get a gold star or a big red fail? While it's not a bad thing to reflect at the end of the year, sometimes this process of self-assessment can leave you feeling like you didn't get as far along as you wanted to. Even if you are feeling good about what you've accomplished toward the end of the year, that negativity bias in your brain, it could be telling you that it still isn't enough. In today's bonus episode, we're going to talk about three tips for feeling GOOD about yourself at the end of the year instead of using this time to take score on what you did or didn't accomplish.⬇️ SHOW NOTES ⬇️
Something you might not know about me is that I'm a very assertive person. You know that person at dinner who will send back a meal if it's not to their liking? Yeah, that's me.I've learned that being able to advocate for myself, especially as a Black woman, is something that is not optional. I've also learned that being an outspoken person has its challenges and that going through life with the ability to speak up for yourself isn't something that comes naturally to everyone. If you're curious about what it means to advocate for yourself as a multi-passionate in various areas of your life, you'll enjoy this conversation. This interview originally aired on the Under the Surface podcast with host, Krystal Woods.I interviewed Krystal back on episode 19 about Human Design (linked in the show notes below), but this interview on her show is a bit different and our conversation was SO juicy that I wanted to share it with you here. After chatting a bit about why I do the work that I do as a life coach for multi-passionates, we dove into the benefits and challenges of being someone who is naturally assertive and passionate about self-advocacy.I can't wait to see what this conversation sparks in you!⬇️ SHOW NOTES ⬇️⭐️ Help us celebrate season 2 by leaving a review on Apple Podcasts (here's how) or a 5-star rating on Spotify!

(8:38) What changed the most for her since joining Prioritize and Thrive?(17:53) What would she say to someone who "doesn't have time for another course" that they probably won't finish anyway?(21:45) How is the coaching aspect of Prioritize and Thrive different than traditional coaching?(39:32) What about learning Human Design inside of Prioritize and Thrive is different than learning it elsewhere? And SO much more! One of my favorite moments is when Chanel says:"I've tried it all. I've tried the time blocking. I've tried the Bojo journals. I've tried making the Google calendar pretty. I've tried everything and it doesn't stick like this. Knowing that I made the investment in myself and now I can go through the rest of my life and create (that clarity) over and over and over again, using the same framework...I'm really proud of myself! I'm gonna pat myself on the back for that right now because, damn. That's really changing the game."
