    In today's episode I talk about the Love Languages, developed by this old dude named Gary Chapman. What inspired me to have this conversation was the We Can Do Hard Things episode called WTF with the Five Love Languages? At the end of the day, I think the Love Languages are a bit too simple, but they are an invitation for deeper knowledge (and love) of self, and a framework that helps us to accept and ask for the love we want, and dismiss the attachments from others whose love we don't.
