ABOUT THIS PODCAST:Albo's 5% deposit scheme sounds like a fast track into the market, but is it really the smartest move for your future? In this episode we unpack who qualifies, hidden costs most buyers miss, and why servicing the loan matters more than saving the deposit. We also look at how supply shortages, stamp duty, and fast-moving auctions are pushing prices, plus the risk of negative equity if growth stalls. You'll hear when a cheaper investment in a different city can beat the 5% route, and how to weigh lifestyle goals against long-term returns. If you're a first-home buyer or an investor deciding between “buy now” and “buy right,” this breakdown gives you a clear way to choose.******TIME STAMPS:01:21 - What exactly is the 5% deposit scheme and how does the guarantee work?02:26 - Who really qualifies for the scheme and what catches trip buyers up?04:34 - How much do stamp duty and buying costs change the true entry price?06:00 - What income do you need to realistically service a $1.5m purchase?07:06 - Does the single-parent 2% option help or create new risks?08:01 - Is the scheme fueling FOMO and pushing prices beyond guides?09:49 - Is low supply the real problem and how is it driving the market?12:58 - Why are recent comps useless in a fast-moving auction campaign?15:22 - What did past apartment oversupply teach buyers about growth risk?16:50 - Could a 5% deposit leave you facing negative equity later?17:56 - When is rentvesting or buying in another city the smarter play?20:56 - Should you use the scheme at all or focus on long-term growth instead?******

New Mexico is the fifth largest state, making access to art, history, and culture at museums or historic site difficult for many. The Wonder on Wheels mobile museum traverses the state to bring art and history directly to small towns, villages, and Pueblos, ensuring everyone can participate in the rich cultural conversations so central to New Mexican identity. The exhibition inside the thirty-eight-foot RV changes annually and this year, the eight New Mexico State Historic Sites tell the state's story across centuries, from 1150 to the early twentieth century. The staff pack rich history into a small space, supported by oral narratives and dialogue. The hit Netflix rom-com Nobody Wants This is back, and with it are Jewish debates about intermarriage and onscreen representation in mainstream media. The show's first season tells the story of heartthrob Rabbi Noah (Adam Brody) and non-Jewish podcaster Joanne (Kirsten Bell) falling in love. It was an unexpected hit for Netflix last fall, topping its most-watched list for weeks. Some Jewish viewers rejoiced at a popular portrayal of a common reality: families blended with non-Jews, not terribly religiously observant, yet still connected to their Jewish identity. Others bristled at a show that celebrates a Jewish religious leader breaking a deeply held community taboo, and criticized it for it representation of Jewish practice. Regardless of which viewpoint you took, the show was a nearly unavoidable topic at Jewish dinner tables when it first launched—and season two appears to be trending in the same direction. Our three rabbinic podcasters discuss the show, its merits and its pitfalls, including how is ostensibly frames Judaism as an obstacle to be overcome on the road to happily ever after. The Pentagon is preparing to enforce the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements for small businesses, with compliance becoming mandatory in contracts starting November 10, 2025. Nearly 500 organizations have already achieved Level 2 certification, and the Defense Department is actively surveying small businesses to assess their readiness for these new standards. This initiative is expected to extend beyond Department of Defense contractors, potentially influencing other federal agencies and international partners to adopt similar cybersecurity measures.Recent reports highlight a concerning rise in cybersecurity threats, particularly in mobile attacks and ransomware incidents. According to the Verizon 2025 Mobile Security Index, 85% of organizations have reported increased mobile attacks, with 38% identifying AI-powered ransomware as a growing concern. Despite the widespread use of generative AI tools, only 17% of organizations have implemented specific security measures to counter AI-assisted attacks. Additionally, a report from Sophos indicates that 58% of retailers impacted by ransomware opted to pay the ransom, with the median demand doubling to $2 million. The episode also discusses the withdrawal of a controversial MIT Sloan paper that claimed 80% of ransomware attacks involved artificial intelligence, following criticism from cybersecurity experts. This incident underscores the issue of "AI-washing" in the cybersecurity sector, where unverified claims are made to attract attention. MSPs are advised to scrutinize such claims and focus on proven security practices rather than hype-driven narratives. For Managed Service Providers and IT decision-makers, the key takeaway is the importance of compliance and foundational cybersecurity practices. As the CMMC requirements loom, MSPs should consider developing readiness packages and tightening documentation processes. Additionally, the ongoing rise in lawsuits related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) highlights the need for businesses to prioritize compliance as a critical aspect of risk management, reinforcing that effective cybersecurity and legal compliance are essential for sustainable operations. In this week's episode Kelly Dillon dismantles the global obsession with teaching before remembering. From New Age influencers to corporate “experts,” humanity is trapped in a mimic economy where speed replaces substance and performance masquerades as purpose. Kelly exposes how the system rewards motion over mastery — producing a marketplace of mimic voices selling half-lived truths wrapped in confidence, charisma, and curated branding.Through the lens of Eternal Flame Physics, Kelly reveals that true mastery doesn't come from accumulation but digestion — from the silent rewiring of the nervous system that allows tone, not frequency, to move through the body. She traces how the influencer illusion has turned embodiment into spectacle, how the teacher factory monetizes mimic light, and how the courage to not teach yet has become the rarest spiritual discipline.Listeners are invited into a deeper paradox: that stillness, not output, births the real transmission. Kelly shares her own five-year apprenticeship in silence — a period that, in hindsight, trained her system to hold coherence strong enough to translate Flame tone into language. She exposes the false myth of “what's next” and reminds us that the quiet seasons we dismiss as stagnation are actually the furnace of remembrance. This episode signals the end of the teacher era and the rise of the embodied ones — those who no longer perform wisdom, but emanate it. Because the world doesn't need more courses, captions, or content. It needs coherence. It needs presence. It needs flame. For the full breakdown on how the mimic system hijacks teaching and what the return of embodied flame really looks like, dive into the full article on Elumenate Media.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/warrior-of-truth--6035153/support.

Kap Chatfield and Luke Reelfs go deep on what the “Daniel Anointing” really costs. Kap unpacks the Be•Do•Have framework, the 5 B's of influence (Be Fit, Be Sharp, Be Engaged, Be Competent, Be Holy), and why excellence opens doors to kings like it did for Daniel and Joseph. He shares timely prophetic confirmations, the identity shift from “cowboy” to “kingship,” and how a national moment of grief ignited a fresh calling. You'll learn the price of promotion vs. the danger of ruling prematurely, the three wilderness temptations (satisfy the flesh, abort the mission, shortcut authority), and the three keys to victory: revelation of identity, rhythms that kill the flesh, and rightly declaring the Word.
The bottle was hot and the takes were hotter, but beneath the jokes is a story about how courts are bringing people together across Arkansas. We sit down with Andrew Todd, teaching pro turned owner of Generation Sports Construction, to unpack the real work behind the pickleball boom and the quiet renaissance of public parks, private clubs, and even backyards.Andrew walks us through the full build: excavation, grading, concrete, coatings, fencing, lighting, and the practical choices that shift a project from “nice idea” to “game on.” He breaks down true costs for a backyard pickleball court, realistic 40-day timelines, and why retaining walls can swing a budget before a line gets painted. For parks and cities, we dive into conversions, four pickleball courts will fit on one tennis court, and how that multiplier changes access, programming, and community engagement. If you've ever wondered why some courts feel fast and others grip like sandpaper, you'll love the surface science. Andrew explains how sand-to-paint ratios tune pace, why asphalt ages differently from concrete, and how simple upkeep can add seasons to a surface. We also compare options: modular tiles for family flexibility, classic acrylics for consistent bounce, and the high-maintenance romance of clay that shines in the right climates but demands daily care. From dawn starts in 100-plus-degree heat to night sessions to protect fresh coats, Andrew's hands-on leadership shows how logistics and craftsmanship meet in the field. And yes, we talk about pickleball culture: humbling first tournaments, smart positioning, and the social magnet that keeps parks full after 5 p.m. Whether you're a city planner eyeing conversions, a club manager targeting tournaments, or a homeowner dreaming of a backyard court, you'll walk away with clear numbers, better questions, and a roadmap for turning space into a place people love.Curious what it would take to build or resurface your court?
