With a particular focus on Little Pilgrims Theology, Brandon outlines the creation and purpose of his digital theology curriculum, revealing the content's depth and his mission for the platform. As EVP of 4Front, Brandon oversees the company's expansion in key markets like California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan and Washington. He has implemented a low-cost CPG production and distribution strategy and is charged with building wholesale relationships at each of the company's state-of-the-art facilities – including the 170,000 sq. ft. facility in Commerce, California, which is now what we believe to be the largest cannabis manufacturing facility in the world and has been referred to as a unicorn in cannabis manufacturing. Before 4Front Prior to joining 4Front, Brandon Mills co-founded Island Cannabis and served as president and chief operating officer of the Company. With his strong entrepreneurial and C-Suite background, Mills brings expertise in corporate strategy, operations, technology, product and data in both public and private operating environments. Island >>> 4Front After operating Island Cannabis for nearly seven years, Brandon and co-founder Ray Landgraf – now the president of operations for 4Front's California operations – were looking to scale the Company's operations. With more than 20 brands, 1800 products, and the vision, platform and team to execute strategy in key markets across the U.S., 4Front was a perfect fit. Island was ultimately acquired by 4Front in Q2 of 2022. Brandon's experience with Island and other C-suite roles position 4Front for success as the cannabis market continues to mature and evolve. Commerce Manufacturing Facility 4Front Ventures' 170,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, located outside of the City of Los Angeles, is now what we believe to be the largest, most efficient processing facility in the world. Through the facility's fully automated machinery, it can produce approximately 100,000 edibles, 12,000 pre-rolls and 9,000 vape cartridges per shift – a level of scale no other manufacturer has been able to achieve. This allows brands to get in front of California consumers without a huge CAPEX bill hanging around their neck. 4Front also has a distribution partnership with Nabis, a fully-licensed cannabis wholesale platform with the largest portfolio of cannabis brands in the world, which supplies 100% of California's dispensaries and delivery services.

#256 Join the Facebook Group for Men: https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheGreatManWithin Inquire about The Great Man Masterminds: Hello@DominickQ.com ------------------------- If you guys have been following the recent episodes, you know that I was recently in the jungles of Costa Rica with a group of special forces military vets to work with the psychedelic plant medicine Ayahuasca in an effort to confront and heal PTSD experienced in combat. One of the men who I immediately connected with on this journey was Brandon Mills – a Marine RECON Scout Sniper turned musician who has spent a number of years on the inner work journey after coming to grips with his own PTSD that he suffered during war. I knew I needed to bring Brandon on this podcast because his story is one of taking his greatest pain and not only turning it into one of his greatest teachers, but also a source of his greatest creation – the music that he now puts out into the world. And to help me dig into this story, we have a special guest appearance from Keith Bracci – who was also on the Costa Rica trip – and he'll be standing in for Bryan today. Who is Brandon Mills Brandon has lived his life as a warrior, a poet, a servant, and an artist.  Brandon served in the Marine Corps as a Recon Marine (short for reconnaissance) – this is the elite group of men who do their work at night, clandestine, unseen by the enemy. He was a Scout Sniper with tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He endured hellish training – sleep deprivation, food deprivation, inhumane living conditions – as part of his preparation for the horrors of war After leaving the Marines Brandon began questioning the systemic issues that control many of the world's citizens.  He spent the next few years serving in orphanages and refugee camps around the globe, with the desire to give and learn the deep issues of humanity's broken heart.  He spent years in 20s walking around with PTSD without knowing it, living in his own personal hell It was only when he turned to inner work was he able to begin his healing journey…and start the next chapter of his life as a musician In This Episode: What it's like to live with PTSD for years without knowing it (and how to identify the symptoms) How being tough and vulnerable are not mutually exclusive The conditions required to train and create an elite fighter Why you need to pursue what's uncomfortable to build courage and strength Why pain and love can be your two greatest teachers Why being an artist is more challenging than being a Marine Recon When your suffering has meaning, it can be one of the greatest growth catalysts of your life We also have a first on this show: Stick around to the very end of this episode, and we'll roll into the full-length version of Brandon's most popular song on Spotify – Don't Mistake – which is a song he wrote in the aftermath of transitioning from combat veteran to active civilian.  He wanted to remind himself and others that perfect love casts out fear. He speaks about the hardships he's faced in the music industry and how the Marine Corps instilled valuable skills to help him become successful. "Taking the small steps everyday and having the discipline is what succeeds."  - Brandon Mills   About Our Guest   Brandon Mills has walked many, many paths; some figurative, many literal. Si & Veronica are joined by very special guest Brandon Mills from this season of Bachelor Presents Listen To Your Heart for episode 113! Before we get to his interview, we drool over the Watermelon Sugar music video that got all of us in quarantine horny feels. 6ix9ine is back on his bullshit trolling the music industry and is picking fights with Billboard and Ariana Grande/Justin Bieber over their number one spot. Kristin Cavallari announced this past week that the show “Very Cavallari” is canceled. Womp womp. Si isn’t as excited as Veronica, but Lorde has got new music on the way. Bachelor news was buzzing this week with the release of Kaitlyn Bristowe’s new single and the incident that was Vee’s “Yikes!” moment. Hannah B. let the n-word slip in an Instagram Live and Bachelor Nation went off about it. Listen To Your Heart had its finale this week and Vee is just happy her fave couple came out on top. Our special guest, Brandon Mills, gave us his take of the show from being on it, getting kicked off, and all the inbetween! He spills the behind-the-scenes tea on Listen To Your Heart, gave Si some advice on trying to get on the show, and showed us the real him that you won’t want to miss. Follow him @BrandonMillsMusic and check out his new single, “Glistening”, out on May 29th! You can catch our commentary aka Tipsy Talks on our IG Highlights! Brandons Website: https://www.brandonmillsmusic.com I discovered Brandon while watching "The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart". After checking out his social media and learning more about his career as a Recon Marine I had to reach out and see what he was all about. He's an amazing guy with extraordinary perspective. The little bit I learned about his life amazed me from his years as a Marine, to volunteering overseas at Refugee camps to earning a degree in New York to pursuing a career in Music in Nashville. WOW, what a guy, to top it off he wants to hit the road to do volunteer work across the country and is always down to work with a Veteran. He even sang us a song, "Glistening". And of course we got to the bottom of what was going on between him and Julia. Enjoy --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/thescuttlebuttshow/support

We've made it to the semifinals and we've got special guest Brandon Mills in the house to chat about his dramatic elimination and what he's been up to since leaving the show! This week, the final four couples ditch the Bachelor mansion and head out for a road trip to Vegas. Rudi and Matt take a detour to work on their connection, but things don't go quite as planned when Matt admits he hasn't truly fallen for Rudi yet. Meanwhile, Jamie and Trevor finally reveal they're falling in love with each other! All four couples are assigned iconic ballads for their performances as guest judges Arie & Lauren Luynedyk, Ashley Simpson Ross & Evan Ross, and Train's Pat Monohan decide who makes it to the finals. In the end, Natasha and Ryan's risky rendition of Ed Sheeran and Beyoncés 'Perfect' falls flat and get them sent home. Rose Buds: The Most Dramatic Podcast Ever

Brandon Mills from Listen to Your Heart spills all the tea in one of his first interviews since (*spoiler*) being eliminated this week.  We talk some key conversations that were not aired that would have most certainly changed the edit he got, and thus how he was portrayed on the show. Of course we chat what really went down with him, Savannah and Julia Rae. If he would have switched from Savannah to Julia Rae. His harsh feedback from the judges on his performances. What couples in the house he thinks are strongest. And what he learned from his time on the show.   We also talk his music career, his song writing process, how he opened for Jason Derulo and if we will be seeing him on any other Bachelor Nation shows in the future (wink Clare Crawley wink).   Pre-save Brandon's new single “Glistening”, which releases May 29th: https://soulspazm.ffm.to/glistening Listen & follow Brandon on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/1x82IvqvbtUd9yyckJYsi6?si=vJowfaobTeKnPPZ0j2gBzw  Follow Brandon @brandonmillsmusic Leave us a voicemail at 484-450-8864.
