NFL – Bears’ Jenkins may practice this week after neck injury Chicago Bears offensive lineman Teven Jenkins might practice this week after being carted from the field with a neck injury. Jenkins was at the team’s practice facility Tuesday, two days after he was injured against the Philadelphia Eagles. MLB – Bellinger looking forward to fresh start after joining Cubs Cody Bellinger is looking forward to a fresh start with the Chicago Cubs and showing that he can once again be a productive hitter. That means 16 players from Saudi-funded LIV Golf will be at Augusta National to compete for a green jacket. Club chairman Fred Ridley says he’s disappointed in the fractured nature of golf. But he says the focus of the Masters is to bring the top players together from around the world. The 16 players from LIV Golf include six former champions and six who qualify by being in the top 50 in the world ranking. Chevan Cordeiro expected to return under center in this conference game. He is averaging 7.6 yards per pass attempt. Utah St defensively has struggled. Aggies allowing 204 yards with 5.4 per rush along with 7.8 yards per pass attempt. Utah St has failed to cover three of four with straight up losses at home to BYU and Boise St. They couldn't separate enough against a down UNLV team in a four point win. Wolf Pack secure the football and do a good job converting third downs. Hawaii vs. UCLA Pick Prediction 8/28/2021 by Tony T. Hawaii at UCLA—Free pick is Hawaii Warriors +18. Hawaii returns 18 starters back from their bowl team a season ago. Head coach Todd Graham experience with coaching stops at Pittsburgh and Arizona St. They did show improvement defensive holding teams to 409 yards and 27.5 points per game. They won at Fresno St last year and covered against Boise St as well as Nevada. In their bowl game it was a 28-14 win to Houston. The defense returns 11 starters. Back is sophomore quarterback Chevan Cordeiro. He is a dual threat quarterback who passed for 253 yards and rushed for 90 on Boise St. UCLA has had their issues facing dual threat quarterbacks. Under Kelly the Bruins have failed to cover six of eight as a favorite missing the cover by 8.8 points and losing straight up in five of those games. Bruins lone loss on offense is their top running back from last year. Bruins play LSU next week. Play Hawaii +18.
