Ethan Monkhouse from Naviro teaches us how to use AI to grow an intentional audience, create tailored content, and stop wasting energy on the wrong metrics. Ethan Monkhouse is a London-based behavioural systems engineer and co-founder of NAVIRO, an AI platform built to help creators identify and monetize their highest-value audience segments before they even follow. With a background in high-performance ad strategy for brands like Lexus and Audi, Ethan now helps digital entrepreneurs - including food bloggers - turn passive traffic into superfans and revenue. His work blends psychology, automation, and creator-first systems that scale without burnout. If you're overwhelmed by social media, tired of guessing what your audience wants, or unsure how to make digital products that actually sell, this episode is for you. Ethan breaks down how to use AI-driven tools to gain clarity, automate the data-heavy parts of audience building, and get your content in front of the right people without burning out. Key points discussed include: - Perception drives growth: Learn how Naviro helps you identify how your audience truly sees you and why that matters more than your intentions. - Leverage personality conflict: Why different personality types between you and your followers can actually boost engagement. - Pattern interrupts that work: Discover how unexpected content mismatches can hook the right people in powerful ways. - Smart content from your best posts: Use AI to analyze high-performing content and replicate success with less guesswork. - AI that sounds like you: Ethan explains how Naviro creates custom AI tools that match your voice and tone for authentic social posts. - Quiet fans = best customers: Why the followers who aren't liking or commenting might be your most valuable and how to activate them. - The TikTok testing method: Find out how to test offers fast and affordably before scaling to other platforms like Meta or X. - Batch content = sanity saver: The simplest (and most effective) tip Ethan gives for staying consistent and avoiding burnout. We're doing things a bit differently as we welcome our very first guest for a very special episode, where we'll attempt to scratch the surface of Tori's complicated relationship with the media over the past three decades. We'll explore not only how she's been represented (and misrepresented) by an often unforgiving and unflattering press, but also the ways in which Tori's intuition and perceptiveness allowed her to have the upper hand, talking circles around and discomfiting her inquisitors, and making clear that she wouldn't back down from her ideals or be silenced by patriarchal standards - way before it was cool or safe or, let's be frank, not potentially career-ending to do so. Helping us to tackle this red-hot topic is a written and literal voice many of our listeners will be familiar with, both from the at once provocative and positively silly podcast Pot Psychology and his writing in The New York Times, Pitchfork, The Washington Post, Spin, Jezebel, and Gawker, among other publications. From laid-off architect to 1.5M YouTube subscribers and $415K Kickstarter launch—Pat Flynn's journey proves that authenticity beats perfection every time. His secret? The "just-in-time learning" approach helps you avoid information overload while accelerating skill acquisition. Instead of consuming everything "just in case," Pat teaches focusing only on what's needed for your next step. This strategy helped him launch a physical product (SwitchPod) with zero manufacturing experience and create a YouTube Shorts channel that hit 1 billion views in under a year. Most powerful takeaway: "There's no unique messages, there's only unique messengers."

Life in the Peloton is proudly brought to you by MAAP If there's one thing the Race Radio boys love more than a pun, a pint, or podcasting, it's the Giro d'Italia. The passion, the culture, and - of course - the racing; does it get any better?! It's a Giro special episode this month, and boy do these guys deliver. The Giro is generally regarded as the fan-favourite of all the grandys, and that's exactly what Harry & Stu are; super fans. In true Giro fashion, the race has started with a bang over in Albania. We've already seen some amazing wins, some unfortunate early departures, and more excitement than you can shake an arancini at. The boys wrap up all the action so far, talk about some of the main characters of this year's race, and - as always - tell the stories you won't hear anywhere else. The Giro is a race that Harry & Stu have spent a fair bit of time at over the years, so they've got some cracking stories to tell. Here's what the boys had to say about this month's episode of Life In The Peloton's Race Radio: “We love ‘grand tour season' here at LITP's Race Radio, and in this week's ep we celebrate the grande partenza of the Giro d'Italia. We discuss the Lidl-Trek love-in, Josh Tarling's amorous post-stage antics, before lamenting the heartbreaking loss of Mikel Landa. There's a ‘tourism' section starring man of culture Tom Pidcock, and we reminisce about our own grand tourism at the Giro a few years back before pro cycling photographer Zac Williams sends us a voice note from the race. Finishing off with a review of two great races also on, Tro Bro Leon and the Vuelta Femenina, this show is amore infinito from start to finish!” I only started the Giro twice, and only reached the finish once, but I absolutely love it. It marks the start of Grand Tour season, and I love being able to follow the story of the race over nearly a whole month. The Giro is a race defined by the Tifosi - the fans - whether that's on the roadside, watching on the TV at home, or being pumped directly into your ears in this month's Race Radio. Pull yourself a shot of espresso, pour yourself a crisp Italian lager, order a pizza; whatever you need to do to get into the Italian spirit - and enjoy this month's Race Radio. Ciao, Mitch
This week on the New Music Business podcast, Ari sits down with Dan Melnick, the General Manager of Bandcamp. One of the earliest direct-to-fan platforms, Bandcamp empowers listeners to support artists they love directly. They have enabled fans to pay over 1.49 billion dollars and 193 million dollars directly to artists last year. Over 75k records get sold on this superfan platform every day and over half a million fans buy at least one thing on Bandcamp each month. In this episode, Dan explains to Ari how and why Bandcamp is still growing after 17 years. He shares where the company's headed, and why its download model has continued to thrive, despite the fall of downloads on platforms like iTunes. Dan also highlights how artists can use Bandcamp to bolster their release strategies, and Ari shares some of his favorite, lesser-known features of the site. The K9PT Academy Podcast: Business lessons for canine rehab therapists
Welcome to The K9PT Academy podcast, the only podcast in veterinary rehabilitation that focuses on helping business owners and entrepreneurs build and scale a profitable and successful canine rehabilitation business! The more strategy calls I do with canine rehabpreneurs from all over the world, the more I notice how many false beliefs we tend to tell ourselves when it comes to raising our fees and charging what we are worth. There are many reasons behind that, including cultural, emotional, and even the way we were each raised by our parents. However, one thing we need to keep in mind is that if almost everyone who we speak to on the phone is ready to book an eval right away then odds are we are significantly undercharging for our services! It is actually not good for our business to have a crazy high conversion rate from leads to evals because it actually shows that people have no pushback to how much we are charging, and we need to understand that a certain level of pushback is not only absolutely normal but kind of needed for us to know if we are at the right price point. Listen to the full episode as we discuss: If everyone says "yes" too easily, you're probably undercharging: A high conversion rate without any pushback often means your prices are too low and not reflecting your true value. Pushback is normal—and necessary—to validate your pricing: Expect and embrace some skepticism as part of the buying process. It helps ensure you're charging at a sustainable and profitable level. Skepticism is natural — your job is to educate and guide: Clients may initially doubt the value of rehab, but through education and relationship-building, you can move them from doubt to deep trust. Avoid the trap of “comfortable answers” when it comes to pricing: Relying on what "people are willing to pay" or comparing to local competitors keeps you stuck and undervalued. Shift to thinking about what your business needs. Clients will tell you they wish they found you sooner — focus on creating that experience: These powerful testimonials show that clients will pay for value once they see it. Use this as motivation to charge what you're worth and improve awareness through marketing and partnerships. Standing out is the key to moving past price objections: Differentiate yourself through your messaging, intake process, nurturing systems, and relationship-building to help clients see the unique experience you provide. Stop focusing on the few who push back and start focusing on the many who value you: Don't let occasional rejection hold you back from raising your rates and delivering higher value.
