I'm excited to finally start some "fireside chats" with people that are willing to share their experiences — good, bad, or otherwise — about implementing red light therapy and/or methylene blue and/or C60 into their health regimen and what they noticed. That first person happens to be a (now) very good friend of mine, Don Bailey, whom I only met in-person back in December. In a nutshell, today's episode is a conversation about his experience implementing The Mitochondrial Triad and how it changed his life.Don and I crossed paths due to our mutual interest in the blockchain/crypto/web3 spaces. He is personally the CEO of an up-and-coming blockchain company that emphasizes tokenization; a job, as you can imagine, that requires non-stop focus, creativity, high energy, problem solving, etc. and, of course, a lot of time spent in front of a computer screen. After we went our separate ways in December, Don eventually reached out to me about what he should do to improve his overall energy and focus. Naturally, I highly recommended full-body red light therapy and methylene blue as the two most low hanging fruit. Over the course of the subsequent months, Don went on to trial various red light therapy devices and all of the BioBlue and BioC60 supplements. His case is very unique in that there were durations of time between his implementation of each modality; thus, he got to experience how only red light therapy impacted his health and energy; then he got to see how BioBlue further augmented his health and wellness; subsequently, he got to witness how his body and brain responded differently with BioBlue Leuco and so on. This candid conversation is a fantastic encapsulation of how any one of the pillars of The Mitochondrial Triad can transform your health, wellness and outlook on life. If you found the information in today's episode with Don particularly interesting and/or compelling, please share it with a family member, friend, colleague and/or anyone that you think could benefit and be illuminated by this knowledge. Sharing is caring :)As always, light up your health! - Key Points: Introduction and Guest Overview (00:00:18:00 - 00:01:27:18) Don Bailey's Background (00:01:27:18 - 00:02:49:14) First Meeting and Red Light Therapy Benefits (00:02:49:14 - 00:05:12:01) Red Light Therapy for Athletic Activities (00:05:12:03 - 00:05:38:12) Methylene Blue in Daily Routine (00:05:38:12 - 00:09:17:23) Energy and Productivity Boost from New Products (00:09:17:24 - 00:15:00:22) Comparing Lucho and BioBlue (00:15:44:02 - 00:22:21:12) BioC60 and Weight Loss (00:22:21:14 - 00:26:10:09) Modern Lifestyle Solutions (00:26:10:09 - 00:30:15:17) Increased Activity and Pain Reduction (00:30:15:17 - 00:32:19:21) Benefits of Methylene Blue and Red Light Therapy (00:32:19:23 - 00:37:34:18) Methylene Blue for Seasonal Sickness (00:37:34:20 - 00:40:29:07) Improving Self with Key Products (00:40:29:07 - 00:43:05:13) Real-life Experiences and Conversations (00:43:05:15 - 00:45:40:21) - Watch this video on YouTube - Where to learn more from and about Don: Twitter (X) LinkedIn Instagram Don's Crypto/Blockchain/Web3 company, Block Busters Tech (BBTF):BBTF TwitterBlock Busters Tech (corporate website) Block Busters Tech (token website) - Check out BioLight's two most popular Bundles!1.) Velma's involvement with the Muni began when she encouraged her first husband, Don Bailey, to audition for the first production back at the lake, The Music Man, in 1965. And then as they say, the rest was history. Velma's involvement mainly was backstage, but she did perform onstage in 1968's Oliver and played Abigail Adams in 1972's 1776 opposite her husband's John Adams. Don Bailey directed many Muni productions, and his favorite part was spotting young talent and casting many young people in their first shows, as he did with Steve Kaplan and Paul Presney. Don may not be with us anymore, but his impact on the organization lives on. Want to get involved in this project? Email history@themuni.org
Paul's involvement with Muni began when he and his sister Cathy were cast by Don Bailey in 1969's Gypsy. Their mother, Jane, had a theatre background, so she became involved with Muni, too, directing many shows. Paul has performed in, directed, or designed many Muni shows over the years, including some of the biggest sets that the Muni has had, the set for Titanic, a show he also directed. Paul served a period on the Board of Managers and was President. Want to get involved in this project? Email history@themuni.org
