Are plant proteins really incomplete? Can your body actually tell the difference between amino acids from plants and amino acids from animals? If you are at all curious about whether you can get optimal protein on a plant-based diet - or if you've ever heard that plant protein is incomplete - this week's episode of The Allsorts Podcast is a must listen (or watch)! Nuestro compañero Fernando está indignado pero sobre todo, muy, muy cabreado con Correos. Ha comprado su nuevo iPad Pro de 9,7 pulgadas junto con un Apple Pencil en PC Componentes y, aunque estos han sido diligentes y enviado su pedido correctamente, en Correos le están potreando cosa mala: que si el paquete está la oficina de Madrid, que si el paquete está en aduanas... Tenía que haberlo recibido el lunes pero a día de hoy, aún espera. Y lo peor de todo es que no le dan explicaciones. Fernando vive en Melilla y su enorme cabreo ilustra la situación que cada día deben vivir en Melilla, y también en Ceuta y Canarias, con los envíos.
