Twelve years later, Cordle tells Olly his story, in unflinching detail that goes far beyond the sensational three-minute video. From Gary Glitter to Rose West; Prince Harry to Harold Shipman… courtroom artist Priscilla Coleman has sketched them all, over five decades documenting Britain's biggest criminal trials. In UK courts, artists can't sketch inside, so she begins by writing what she sees, combining shorthand notes with a photographic memory technique. Under tight deadlines - and often without even a table - she rushes outside to turn those notes into the courtroom images we recognise from the nightly news. In this broad interview with Olly, Priscilla recalls watching the Wagatha Christie trial; considers what she's learned from such diverse case studies as Ian Huntley and Jeffrey Archer; and explains why she thinks the legal system needs to change… Image credit: Priscilla Coleman/MB Media —----------------------- Meanwhile, in the Zeitgeist, Ollie Peart joins Olly at the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace, surrounded by cars worth millions of pounds, to investigate the trend for younger people getting into classic car restoration. Is it a way of avoiding ULEZ charges? Do the tax breaks justify abandoning newer cars altogether? And, assuming you can't afford a Ferrari or a Bentley, what are the upcoming marques to invest in? The answers may surprise you… —----------------------- Elsewhere, down the Foxhole, Alix Fox - fresh from discovering a kindred spirit in a bondage-themed hair salon - tackles a listener's anxiety about contracting HIV from a non-consensual encounter. Twenty-five tests, taken over fifteen years, are telling her she doesn't have HIV… is there any chance they could be wrong? —----------------------- Finally, music this month comes from Ipswich-born rapper Piers James, and his new single 'F.O.E'. —----------------------- NOW…

New Big 3—Starting July 29, 2025 Live from the inner sanctum of conservative thought—and kicking off another brand new hour—fighting for you from the Foxhole of Freedom— WARNING: The Steve Gruber Show often results in Extended periods of American pride, American optimism and uncontrollable enthusiasm about America's future! Kicking off the live broadcast day on Real America's Voice and MTN and reaching a growing global audience—this is the Steve Gruber Show— And this is a no panic zone! Here are the three big things to know this hour— Number One— In Texas a move underway, like that in several other states to require proof of citizenship and residency in order to vote—seems like a very good idea—and I can't reason why anyone would say no— Number Two— The so-called Pelosi Act is making its way through the House and Senate—and if signed into law would prohibit the buying and selling of stock by those in Congress— Number Three— The latest discovery in the investigation of Russia-gate – FBI Director Kash Patel has made a shocking discovery – multiple so-called “burn bags” stored in a secret room inside the bureau that contain thousands of sensitive documents on the origin of Crossfire Hurricane. You can't make this stuff up. “Burn bags” are typically used to destroy classified documents – but it looks like the goonies forgot about these bags – probably because they tried to hide them so diligently – out of sight, out of mind. In case you missed it – this is what Kash Patel had to say about finding a secret room on Joe Rogan earlier this year – Bite #12 Looks like that methodical investigation has dug up some real treasure. This really is a full-circle moment – considering Kash was the chief investigator of the Russia Russia hoax years ago – he's the one uncovered that the government was illegally spying on the Trump campaign – his findings are what got Mueller and Durham appointed as special counsels on the case. And now – one of the documents that Patel's FBI found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham's final report – a damning report on intelligence that completely undermines the Russia Russia narrative and what the FBI really was up to. Our friend John Solomon has asked President Trump about this annex – and says that Trump has promised to declassify it – maybe as early as this week – and this is what we should expect to find – listen – Bite #13 All the key players – CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Kash Patel, DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard, and Attorney General Pam Bondi – are working on declassifying this bombshell – which will, reportedly, be handed off to the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley who's been after the white whale for years. It's quite frankly shocking that we even have this much documentation on the Obama-Clinton enterprise's criminal deeds – Trump says it's pretty astounding to be vindicated after all these years – listen – Bite #14 I do think it's shocking to be finding all of this in writing – and I do wonder if a courageous whistleblower could have aided Patel and Gabbard in these discoveries… It was 20 FBI and CIA agents who confirmed to Tulsi Gabbard's team that Obama's team manipulated the Trump-Russia intelligence – and I wouldn't be surprised if there are more who have a lot more to tell – I think there's a lot of men and women out there – scared to risk their lives and their careers – but who are sick about this blatant attempt at a cover-up – This could be the final nail in the coffin – definitive evidence that there was a coordinated plan to conspire against the duly elected incoming President. And there's no statute of limitations on a conspiracy charge – CIA Director Ratcliffe seems to think the DOJ is going to have a hole-in-one with this annex – listen – Bite #15 Justice has been a long time coming – and it's what the American people want – it's definitely a clear, resounding mandate for the Trump Administration – Rasmussen Reports pollster Mark Mitchell says his polling indicates just that, too – listen – Bite #16 I just don't see how the architects behind Crossfire Hurricane are going to explain this away – no amount of MSNBC hits could save them now – even though the out-of-touch outlet sure can try – listen to them cover this story – Bite #17 And they call themselves journalists – they should be ashamed – but they're not – There's something to be said about leaving the past in the past – but this is not that. The Deep State has been waging war on the America First agenda for a decade now – and they won't stop – not without a flurry of arrests and consequences – Attorney General Pam Bondi has the chance to send a clear message that undermining the will of the American people will not go unnoticed or unpunished – and I hope she does – Even with the annex in hand – it's going to be an uphill battle – there will be questions about authenticity – about who put the burn bags in that room – and at who's order – I'm sure the courts will throw up hurdle after hurdle – but it's a fight worth having – Donald Trump has admitted that he went easy on Hillary Clinton during his first administration – in the name of moving forward – but he says he feels differently now – about going after his political opponents for their obvious crimes – listen – Bite #18 In my opinion – there's going to be an obvious case against the likes of John Brennan, James Comey, and James Clapper – and there's not going to much for them to hide behind – Prosecuting Barack Obama is a different beast – we all know that presidential immunity covers a multitude of sins – and it will likely cover these – But my friend John Solomon has a pretty clever recommendation for the Justice Department – in catching Obama by giving him a taste of his own medicine – listen – Bite #19 I like it – it's bold – but as he said – it's not like it hasn't been done before. This bombshell could be the thing to rock the Deep State – big props to Patel and Gabbard for digging in deep – Americans want justice – so it's time to get ready to hit back hard! **LIVE READ** Did you know that American Homeowners nationwide have over 32 TRILLION DOLLARS in equity? Steve Gruber opens another high-octane hour from the “Foxhole of Freedom,” celebrating a Supreme Court win for Trump that backs his push to dismantle the Department of Education, while also slamming the White House over a bombshell email proving Biden didn't sign recent pardons—his Chief of Staff Jeff Zients did. Gruber then dives into the renewed firestorm around the Epstein case, calling for FBI Director Kash Patel to launch a full investigation, especially as Ghislaine Maxwell hints she's ready to name names. He warns that Democrats are suddenly demanding transparency not out of concern, but to spin damage control. Shifting gears, Gruber breaks down Trump's bold two-front strategy to end the Ukraine-Russia war: sending NATO-purchased offensive weapons to Ukraine (which brings $10 billion back to the U.S.) and threatening Russia with 100% tariffs unless peace talks begin within 50 days. He unpacks how Russia's hypersonic missile deployment, China's microchip pipeline, and Trump's pressure campaign on NATO and Beijing are shaping a high-stakes geopolitical standoff that could either restore order, or explode into something far worse.
Steve Gruber opens another hour live from the “Foxhole of Freedom,” delivering a charged update on top headlines including a tragic church shooting in Kentucky, the legal backlash AOC may face for calling Trump a racist, and the ongoing murkiness surrounding the Epstein files. Gruber questions why, after years of promises and media appearances from figures like Pam Bondi, the Trump administration has not produced the long-awaited Epstein client list, despite earlier claims that shocking revelations were imminent. He speculates whether powerful players are suppressing evidence to avoid political or global fallout, challenges official narratives surrounding Epstein's death, and examines whether figures like Bondi are being unfairly scapegoated, all while emphasizing that Americans won't be silenced by political spin or distractions.

What happens when we commodify nature? The natural world is not doing well, and is not put here to do with as we want. How can we learn to appreciate nature, and environment, without jumping to conclusions about what is happening, or picking sides in an ideological battle that has nothing to do with actual wild nature? Also: how are DOGE cuts affecting scientists? After witnessing bleak conditions inside a mental health unit, artists Tim A. Shaw and Niamh White decided to take action. Drawing on their background in contemporary art, they set out to transform sterile clinical spaces with bold, thought-provoking artworks, via their charity, Hospital Rooms. Today, they commission over 40 leading artists a year to create immersive, site-specific pieces in psychiatric hospitals across the UK — from sweeping murals to hands-on workshops that put patients at the heart of the creative process. But despite critical acclaim, the battle for funding continues — and every brushstroke must be justified to NHS accountants. In this episode, Tim tells Olly why he won't let hospitals sell off the valuable artwork he installs; explains why patients should look beyond the ‘recovery tree'; and reveals how his recent experience on pediatric wards has hardened his belief in the healing power of art… Find out more about Hospital Rooms at https://hospital-rooms.com/ _______ Meanwhile, in The Zeitgeist, Ollie Peart tries his hand at ‘smart gardening': growing vegetables without soil. Is hydroponics a workable alternative to getting an allotment? How much faster is it to grow a tomato indoors? And is the whole trend really just a fig-leaf for at-home cannabis growers? Ollie has the answers… from a ‘smart bench'. _______ Elsewhere, down The Foxhole, Alix Fox - fresh from attending a provocative menopause seminar - investigates how a Mann-fan can hire sex workers who are into… belching. With the help of VTuber giantess Ana Valens, Alix uncovers a full-blown subculture in which burps are considered not just bodily functions but sensual, often spontaneous, expressions of intimacy. The appeal, it turns out, is both nostalgic and transgressive… Burp! _______ Finally, our Record of the Month is ‘Inland Ocean' by Matt Berninger, of The National... from his second solo album, Get Sunk - released on May 30. _______ BUY US A BEER Your support keeps this show going! Live from Studio G and fighting for you from the Foxhole of Freedom—here we go into another brand new hour— WARNING: The Steve Gruber Show often results in Extended periods of American pride, American optimism and uncontrollable enthusiasm about America's future! Live in all 50 states and around the world! It's a Dirty Job but Mike Rowe ain't here- so I'm gonna do it. Here are the 3 Big things you need to know this hour— Number One— The star of Dirty Jobs—Mike Rowe is warning of a dangerous trend in America—and that is too many able bodied men are just leaving the workforce—just leaving—I mean does that even occur to you? Number Two— Jerome Powell claims to be non-partisan but his actions seem to the contrary—he dropped interest rates during the Biden years with inflation above 3% but refused to do the same yesterday—with inflation down to 2.4% Number Three— On the campus of Columbia University—another assault by radical left wingers supporting Palestine and calling for the death of Israel and Jews—this time they went crazy storming the library and thinking they had won—BUT then they found themselves locked inside—despite one of them pulling the fire alarm—they were forced to stay in place until they either provided identification or were arrested—and now if they were here on student visas they should expect to get kicked out of the country— And when they started getting arrested—well it all got damn real
Live from Studio G and fighting for you from the Foxhole of Freedom—here we go into another brand-new hour— WARNING: The Steve Gruber Show often results in Extended periods of American pride, American optimism and uncontrollable enthusiasm about America's future! Kicking off the live broadcast day on Real America's Voice, MTN and reaching a growing global audience—this is the Steve Gruber Show— And this is a no panic zone! Here are the three big things to know this hour— Number One— Has the O'Keefe Media Group got a smoking gun confession on one of the biggest names in the Jeffrey Epstein underage child sex ring scandal? Well it sure looks that way this morning! Number Two— A remarkable revelation—more than 200 people were arrested yesterday in an FBI investigation—of a child sex operation on the East coast—more than 115 kids were actually rescued! Number Three— You see sometimes you have to wait for results—you have to be patient—as hard as that can be— so please people as we dive into a new day—relax—and let me start with some good news— Attorney General Pam Bondi says despite wild internet rumors to the contrary— the FBI is currently sifting through a mountain of evidence on Jeffrey Epstein's crimes against humanity – Bite #5 I don't know about you, but I'm willing to be patient with the DOJ and the FBI while they do this right – this is something that can't be rushed. Just yesterday – Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel announced the astounding progress they've made in fighting child sex predators as a result of Operation Restore Trust – The operation involves 55 FBI field officers across the nation – and has resulted so far in the rescue of 115 children – and the arrests of 205 child sexual abuse offenders. Bite #6 These people are the worst of the worst – and I'm glad the DOJ and FBI are sending the message loud and clear that just because you can hide behind a screen, doesn't mean you can hide from the authorities. 115 children rescued… 205 sex offenders arrested – and they did that over the course of 5 days! I've noticed how impatient Americans on both sides of the aisle have gotten with the Trump Administration – Democrats point to every issue that has yet to be resolved – thinking it's a big “I told you so” – on the ineffectiveness of the administration – And some Republicans are ready to rain down hellfire on Bondi and others because they're not seeing the results they want yet— And to that I say: Come on, Relax! Some of these cabinet picks have been in office less than 3 months – we've got to let them work! I'm seeing the same thing with the ‘big, beautiful bill' that Donald Trump has promised – intended to extend tax cuts that he made the first time around – Conservatives have put their foot down on a deadline date by Memorial Day – with a big ‘OR ELSE' – but again, I say: let them work! Joe Biden's Administration did a number on our government – and even looking past him – the system has been broken for decades – If we want this done right, we need to make sure our elected officials can iron out the details. You wonder why I'm willing to be patient? Just take a look at what this administration has already accomplished – Egg and gasoline prices are already down – here's Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins on reversing the Biden-era blunders – Bite #7 Like she said, there's so much work to do – but we can rest easy in how much has already been accomplished – Another case in point – Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has been taking an ax to what he's called – quote – unnecessary bureaucratic layers – in our military – and that includes woke programs and leaders that weaken our national security – I've never felt more confident in the future of the U.S. military that I do after hearing Hegseth put it this way – listen – Bite #8 A man after my own heart… That dream is becoming reality – now that the Supreme Court has backed Trump's ban on transgender individuals in the military – as I mentioned yesterday – Hegseth says there are more unqualified on payroll than just those who don't know their gender – and he's taking care of that problem, too – listen – Bite #9 Elon Musk isn't the only in charge of downsizing – we've got a whole cabinet team looking to make our government the most efficient it's ever been – using our tax dollars for legitimate purposes – to serve the taxpayers well – Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is leading the charge on that mission over at the U.S. Treasury – he's also rooting out corruption – and making sure that we know where our money is going – He says the previous administrations were complacent about transparency – across the whole government – and that attitude affected the Treasury Department, too – on a billion-dollar scale – listen – Bite #10 The United States Treasury was sending billions of dollars to God knows where – while Nancy Pelosi was House Speaker – and passed a provision in 2021 that required every gig worker making more than $600 on apps like Venmo to report that money to the IRS – when the previous threshold was 20-thousand dollars. Rules for thee, but not for me, huh? Bessent is after more than just transparency – he wants to recreate the booming successes of Trump's first term in office – something we all want – and voted for – Bite #11 I'm confident that we can return to those glory days…but like I've said – we gotta let them work! We can't panic. China is now agreeing to come to the table on tariff negotiations with the U.S. – and they'll probably start by playing hardball – but you don't think Trump already knows that? He's the master negotiator – and he's made it clear that he's putting America first. We've already seen big gains for Americans in our economy – and that's with the Fed dragging their feet on lowering interest rates. It's clear as day to me: We have to trust Donald J. Trump and his cabinet to be what we voted for. Trump's unapologetic strength, proven economic wins, and America-first agenda is cutting through the noise of a corrupt establishment. While Americans on both sides of the aisle continue to wring their hands, claiming that the results are taking too long – Trump is fighting for us—lowering egg and gas prices, securing our borders, and empowering leaders. like Bondi, Patel, Bessent, you name it. Pam Bondi and Kash Patel are out there cleaning up our streets, Pete Hegseth is gutting woke military nonsense, Scott Bessent is cleaning up the Treasury, and Trump's negotiating with China like a boss. Give them time—this is Making America Great Again!
Send us a textThe relentless rhythm of modern life has many of us caught in an exhausting cycle—moving from task to task, commitment to commitment, all while feeling like we're running on empty. What happens when we realize our worth isn't tied to our productivity?Steve and Mark open up about their personal struggles with pace and productivity in this vulnerable conversation. They discuss how easy it is to artificially inflate noise and busyness in our lives, finding ourselves explaining away downtime, prayer time, and moments of stillness as if they're somehow less valuable than constant activity. "I want to be seen as productive every day," one confesses, highlighting the core struggle many men face. The conversation shifts to a powerful visual metaphor—a wall covered with Post-it notes representing all the opportunities, commitments, and decisions demanding attention. This overwhelming array of options leaves little space for discernment and hearing God's voice. When faced with time-sensitive opportunities that require immediate decisions, the wisest response might simply be "no," not because the opportunity lacks value, but because proper discernment requires time with God.A particularly moving moment occurs when Mark shares discovering an 18-year-old "Experiencing God" workbook with his self-admonition: "I am ill-equipped to lead this study, so sit down and shut up." Now, years later, he finds himself leading that very study—a powerful testament to how God works in the areas where we feel least capable.Who are you doing it for? This question emerges as the central filter for evaluating commitments. Understanding whether our actions serve ourselves, others, or God's kingdom provides clarity in a chaotic world. Remember: "You can take your foot off the gas and still be valuable to God, your family, and your friends." In fact, slowing down may be exactly what allows you to show up as the man God created you to be.Ready to examine your own pace? It began as a threesome, arranged through dating app Feeld. But soon, Maggie and Cody realised their connection to Janie was more than sexual… No longer just an adventurous couple in an open relationship, they had become a ‘thruple' - whose relationship with Janie (their ‘third') was as vital and equitable as their marriage to each other. In this interview with Olly, they explain the importance of communication in a three-way relationship, the dangers of jealousy and bigotry - and the complexities of sleeping arrangements and decision-making when you love two people at once. This interview first aired in 2021 - now remastered and with an update from the thruple in question, we're pairing this with our last Foxhole discussion on legal rights for thruples - check it out now! When Armin Samii signed up to deliver food for Uber Eats, his intentions were to explore his city, and help pay off his new bike. He soon realised the app was poorly configured for cyclists, and uncovered glitches including a non-existent branch of McDonald's. But getting support from Uber was frustrating. When he believed they were also underestimating his mileage - and therefore underpaying him - he used his background as a computer coder to create ‘Uber Cheats', a Chrome extension that got the attention of gig workers around the world. In conversation with Olly, he sheds light on life as a gig worker and considers the future of worker's rights. The company has not acknowledged any systemic error in how distances are calculated. An Uber spokesperson told us: "More drivers and couriers are choosing to earn on Uber than ever before and we know that the vast majority are satisfied with their experience. "The Uber app reviews real-time information to provide the best price to appeal to the drivers or couriers in the area, helping to minimise waiting times for customers and maximise earnings. Our matching tools follow a process that balances a number of different factors such as time and distance to provide the best possible experience for everyone using the app." —----- Meanwhile, in The Zeitgeist, Ollie Peart investigates the trend for gourmet sandwiches. Do they really taste better, or are they just for showing off on Instagram? Olly and Ollie head to award-winning London sandwich shop Sandwich Sandwich to taste for themselves… After studying sandwich influencers Max Halley and Sensational Sandwiches, can Ollie go viral with his own take on a Steak Frites Entrecote sandwich? —----- Elsewhere, down the Foxhole, Alix Fox investigates the legal status of consensual non-monogamy. For example, can a thruple inherit each other's possessions when they die, as married couples can? What paperwork exists to evidence each part of a polycule? With the help of lawyers Rachel Frost-Smith and Lucy Bluck, and phychotherapist DK Green, Alix has the answers… … and, in light of research from BackMarket about the increasing issue of sex toy e-waste, Alix discovers that ‘Vibrators' are now an official category for ‘Small Electricals' recycling in the UK! —----- Music this month comes from Mann-favourite Self Esteem. California wildfires ripped through L.A. this year, killing 29 people, destroying more than 18,000 buildings, and putting wildland fires back into the headlines. But what's it like being one of the poorly-paid workers sent in to risk your life to fight the flames? Wildland firefighter Nathan Bell has ‘held the line' across the United States: in Elk City, Idaho; on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in Utah; and in the desert conditions of Sedona, Arizona. For 16 hour workdays, for weeks away from home, he will hike up a mountainside towards a raging fire with a 40 pound backpack on his shoulders, and a chainsaw over his shoulder. And his starting salary is less than a worker at Burger King... In conversation with Olly, he exposes the back-breaking, exhilarating life of a wildland firefighter - and the unspoken trauma so many of his peers experience ‘between seasons'... _______ Meanwhile, in The Zeitgeist, Ollie Peart investigates the trend for A.I. makeovers. From LolaAI, the ‘stylist and shopping copilot' baked in to Open Wardrobe, to the at-home body scans offered by Bodymapp, can Ollie get himself a fresh Spring look - using only A.I? As ever, frankly, the results are mixed… _______ Elsewhere, down the Foxhole, Alix Fox pops into Kiiroo to see how their teledildonics have adapted to the world of OnlyFans - and answers a listener question from a new Mum struggling with sex after breastfeeding.
