In this lesson I talk about applying the diminished scale in a not-so-subtle way. See the previous week's post on the inverse of this, applying the diminished scale in a 'subtle' way. The 'not-so-subtle' approach picks out the major and minor triads that exist in an 8 note diminished scale and really leans on them. There are many ways that this can be applied, but here I talk about applying it directly on a minor chord - not implying some external harmony or what have you, but rather using a diminished scale that already has a lot in common with the diatonic minor tonality, and seeing what we can get out of that. David Uraga aka Berdu nace en CDMX pero es orgulloso representante de Ciudad Neza desde hace muchos años; su primer acercamiento con la música es de niño en la secundaria agarrando una guitarra que tenía en la casa y sacando covers de metal, lo que lo llevó al clásico sueño de cualquier adolescente de secundaria/prepa y ahí nace el “¿Y si hago propia música?”. Früher war mehr Elvis... Wir haben es endlich geschafft die verschollene Orchester Episode mit Jan Hein von KAMBRIUM nachzuholen. Er erzählt uns von Songwriting und verrät und wie man bei Guitar Pro mehr als 10 Spuren haben kann. Des Weiteren stellt er uns die Composer Cloud von East/West sehr ausführlich vor. Dabei gibt es reichlich Klangbeispiele von Streichern, Chören, Pianos usw. Zum Ende spielen wir noch einen Song von Julians Band YSGRAMOR, weil dieser so fleißig im Chat bei der Liveausstrahlung mitgemacht hat. Mitmachen lohnt sich… ;-)

Рано или поздно каждый музыкант задумывается о развитии или прокачки музыкального слуха. Особенно это касается гитаристов, ведь такая программа как Guitar Pro невероятно сильно упростила жизнь десяткам тысяч людей взявших в руки гитару! Да, табулатура это хорошо, но как мне кажется она должна быть лишь помощью, опорой при развитии, а получается так, что многие гитаристы со временем начинают полностью и на 100% полагаться на табы, теряя свою индивидуальность... Собственно, именно поэтому я и записал данный подкаст, чтобы показать Вам плюсы и минусы каждого из способов, а после его просмотра, я уверен, что Вы уже сможете решить нужно ли Вам развивать слух, или вполне хватит и табулатуры!
