In today's episode, I interview physical therapist and ACL rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Wesley Wang, DPT. This episode covers much of the current research regarding ACL rehab and will be helpful to both individuals who have suffered an ACL injury or want to prevent one from happening and practitioners who treat patients who have undergone an ACL recontruction.  Wesley is a physical therapist at Healthy Baller, which is located in Rockville, MD. He specializes in treatment of sports injuries and ACL reconstructions. The majority of his patients are middle and high school athletes as well as athletes from various colleges across the country. Wesley's goal is to develop a trusting relationship with the patient while focusing on treating the source of the pain. Treatments prioritize regaining full mobility, strength and confidence to reduce the likelihood of suffering another injury. Hello friends, welcome to the show. My name is Tom Broback and I am on a mission to help high school coaches keep their athletes happy and healthy. I loved playing sports growing up. From backyard football to traveling basketball to high school track and field, there was nothing better than being on a team and playing to win a game. Unfortunately, I struggled with health issues and I know your athletes do too. This inspired me to become a physical therapist and sports performance coach. This podcast will help coaches like you learn how to keep your athletes off the bench and in the game. Are your athletes getting the best rehab? How do they know when they are ready to go back to their sport after an injury like an ACL tear? Today, I talk to Drew Dudek to help answer these questions. Drew is currently a sports physical therapist at Healthy Baller in Alexandria, Virginia. We talk about what it takes to give athletes the best rehab possible and how this can be done in a cash based model clinic that incorporates a weight room, strength coaches and the latest research. Thanks Drew for helping athletes get better and taking time to be on the show. Guest - Drew Dudek Instagram Twitter Host - Tom Broback IG: @tombroback Twitter: @tombroback Patreon - SIGN UP TODAY!!!
