In this special episode of The Everyday Ironman Podcast, Mike is off enjoying some well-earned vacation time—which means Ashley and Broccoli Rob are left to hold down the fort. But instead of keeping things business as usual, they turn the episode into a full-blown Comedy Central Roast. Fan favorite guests return to "audition" for Mike's seat, but let's be honest… it's mostly an opportunity to take some passive-aggressive (and wildly accurate) shots at the man himself. From his questionable grasp on geography to his love of CROCS and his collection of overused catchphrases, nothing is off limits. And while everyone has their moment behind the mic, one thing becomes abundantly clear: no one can truly replace Mike. This light-hearted, laugh-out-loud episode is a must-listen for longtime fans of the show—and a reminder that behind every Ironman is a triathlete with quirks worth celebrating.Fit, Healthy & Happy Podcast Welcome to the Fit, Healthy and Happy Podcast hosted by Josh and Kyle from Colossus...Listen on: Apple Podcasts Spotify

Send us a textThe summer sun beckons with its warm embrace, but that golden tan comes with a hidden cost. Dr. Holly Thacker dives deep into the phenomenon known as "tanorexia" – the addiction to tanning that has serious health implications many don't recognize until it's too late. This addiction isn't merely psychological. When your skin is exposed to ultraviolet radiation, your body releases endorphins – those feel-good neurochemicals that create a genuine physical dependency. "People can actually get addicted to this," Dr. Thacker explains, drawing parallels between tanorexia and other recognized addictive behaviors.Whether you're concerned about your own tanning habits or protecting children's delicate skin, this episode delivers practical, science-backed advice for maintaining healthy skin while still enjoying outdoor activities. I talk about my long weekend in this episode and why this race should be on your radar for 2026! I also have an apology to make. In this episode, I mistakenly said I met up with Tony and Blair when I meant to say Tony and Blythe. Obviously, I need to record this shows after I've had more coffee. Note taken. For those who discover they carry genes associated with increased cancer risk, like Lesser, the stakes are high. It raises questions about proactive measures, such as screenings or preventive surgeries, and how these decisions affect not only the individual but also their family members. Lesser's narrative illustrates the emotional complexity of being a previvor—someone who has not yet developed cancer but carries a genetic predisposition. The conversations around such decisions often involve family dynamics, as loved ones grapple with the implications of their own genetic risks and the potential need for testing.SURVIVINGBREASTCANCER.ORGAttend a free virtual yoga class:https://www.survivingbreastcancer.org/movement-mondaysAttend a free virtual SurvivingBreastCancer.org event:https://www.survivingbreastcancer.org/eventsFollow us on InstagramSurvivingBreastCancer.org: https://www.survivingbreastcancer.org/Breast Cancer Conversations: https://www.instagram.com/breastcancerconversations/About SurvivingBreastCancer.org: SurvivingBreastCancer.org, Inc.
