Clint Riggin is a successful entrepreneur, coach and is now diving deep into his faith in seminary school. Earlier in life, he struggled with drug abuse, partying, hanging around the wrong people and suicide contemplation. It was when he surrendered his life to Christ when he began to see substantial change in his life for the better and a greater purpose for his existence. In this episode, we first unpack Clint's crazy upbringing where he enlisted in the Navy and professionally competed in bodybuilding, but then turned to drugs, partying and alcohol to be seen by society. This led him down a dark path of depression and questioning his life. He knew that he needed to make a change. Clint decided to travel across the United States where he met his future mentor. This mentor prayed over him and opened his eyes to a better life with Christ at the center. Clint then began to change the way he operated, his beliefs and the people he surrounded himself with. Clint and Matt discuss the power of faith and mentorship, and how both can create life changing transformations for anyone. Clint is also a successful entrepreneur and brings a ton of value to the listener. He is currently training for a HYROX race so we also hit on the training and mental fortitude needed to succeed in that event.

Four months later my thyroid went under-active and that is when my life changed forever.I gained 45 lbs. which felt like overnight, slept for 17 hours a day, lost my ability to sweat, my vision was blurred, my confidence was at an all-time low, and I contemplated committing suicide, while also abusing drugs on a daily basis. We all go through certain things in our life that I believe change our way of thinking and how we look at the future. This was not my case, I continued using drugs for three years, surrounded myself with people who provided no value, and partied my ass off.I now realize why all this happened to me, I was being taught a life lesson that I soon would take and harness the true potential I had. I created Limitless Coaching because of the things I have experienced through my life and wanted to change the way Online Fitness Coaching is. Limitless Coaching is unlike any other coaching platform around being able to deliver quality results, keep the client accountable with our highly trained and educated mindset coaches guaranteeing your success, and best of all we promise you a 100% money-back guarantee if you do not see results within the first month. I will promise to deliver upon that request that when joining Limitless you will not only come out with the physique you thought was never possible but the mindset to conquer anything in front of you. Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Good morning, Limitless Family! Happy Monday. You know, it's pretty crazy. I'm actually sitting in Miami right now waiting to board my flight back to Tampa on a four-hour layover. The situation is not where it needs to be to record a podcast but we don't let that stop us. And this morning we're going to talk about mindset and how powerful it truly is. When you look at anything you do in life, your mindset is key. Getting in the best shape of your life, it's mindset. Running a successful business, mindset. Your mind controls everything from your thoughts, your actions, and your perspective. And one that I learned is that infinite possibilities come to those who believe. Believing in yourself that you are worthy. Believing in yourself that you are needed. Believing in yourself that you are blessed. Your mindset controls from how you assess a situation to how you react. Do you get upset when you don't get your way or do you keep moving on because your energy is needed somewhere else? Do you look at yourself knowing you will succeed or doubt yourself every day? Do you take the time to honor your faults or blame others for where you are in life? Wake up every day with a new opportunity to be one percent better than you were the day before and focus on the CORE 4 as Sean Whalen says. Power, Passion, Purpose, and Production. Go to the gym empowering you to be better, do better, and look better. Focus on your relationships to provide value and help you grow your connections across the board. Focus on positive thoughts, affirmations and understand you're worthy. Moving forward in your business, networking and providing value and not seeking instant gratification. Your mindset will determine your success.
If you want to run a company, no matter what type it is, you need to be business savvy. Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Happy Thursday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about “Is being in shape difficult? But does it have to be?” Bear with me because you'll understand why. When it comes to being the most elite version of yourself, it starts with your body. Why is it that you look around and people truly don't care? Well, a couple factors play into this. Your social influence, the people around you matter. If your friends don't focus on their health, their workouts, or do any physical activity, that will be in a direct result influencing your habits. See, consistency is key when it comes to achieving the physique you want. The easy way to do this is to follow the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time you're focused on healthy options while 20% of the time you have some fun. The problem is people focus 20% on healthy options while 80% goes towards unhealthy habits that build up over time. Start small and work your way up. Starting is the hardest part knowing where your concurrent position is, but what if you could rewire your mind to see where you'll be in six months? See, trajectory versus position. Remember this. You have one life, one body, and the opportunity to be better every day. Drink more water, create more movement, and make healthy choices. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Guys, have an amazing day and LIVE LIMITLESS!
Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! See, a lot of us are trying to move mountains when we should be focused on taking the next step. So, listening to James Clear recently being interviewed by Ed Mylette talks about being 1% better every day. Which, if you looked at it, that's 37.8% better after 365 days. Now, let's relate this to fitness and nutrition and your life. When you wake up early and go to the gym once, you won't see results. When you get done working out and eat healthy once, you won't see results. But, as you compound these efforts together you start to see a change. When you perform these small habits, you are casting votes for a certain aspect of your identity. When you make your bed in the morning, you are embodying someone who keeps their room clean. As you build up these habits, you start to build proof of the identity you are becoming. Start building healthy, habitual habits daily. You don't have to go all in on working out six days a week. Let's try three, then work your way up to four. When eating healthy, don't eliminate all fast food, but take out one day, which will lead to two days, and three days. When we start to create the ability to believe in the small changes, the big changes will come. You just need to start.

Rise and shine Limitless Family. We are up. We are ready. We are on day 2 of 75 Hard and we're going to talk about what a coach is this morning. A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see so you can be who you've always known you could be. Now let that sink in for a second. No matter what, your coach is looking out for your best interest. Your coach has been through trials and tribulations that you currently are facing. They understand how if feels to be in the position of not moving forward with your goals set in place. That is why you hired them in the first place. It's not because of the program. It's because of the person they see where they want to be. Your coach is not always going to be nice and tell you what you want to hear. We are here to make you feel better and sometimes the truth is hard to swallow. I can promise you this. We will always be there to make the best decision at the right time. It may be tough, but we have the intention of making you the most elite version of yourself. Now, think about that next time you hire a coach, because I believe in you and you should as well.
Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Happy Wednesday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about how 2022 is approaching fast and we've got the “New Year, New Me” Mentality. How many times have you told yourself that? Being in my industry, January will be a month that we'll be prepared for an overwhelming amount of people reaching out to Limitless Coaching. And I don't say this to be cocky. There's just some sort of aura around the “New Year, New Me” mentality. The fact is, because the numbers change, you feel empowered to make a change. Let me tell you what happens. People get excited, prepare to follow a new plan, new structure, create the most elite version of themselves. Three weeks in, they don't see results or the body of their dreams, they go back to their bad habits, thinking that they aren't enough. They can't see a change. So why aren't worthy? It takes 33 days to set a habit. Another 66 days to set a routine. I will tell you this as a coach who understands the body and how it works, Rome was not built in a day, you're not going to drop 20 pounds in 45 days, you're not going to gain 20 pounds of muscle in 45 days, but I can tell you this. The longer you wait, you're going to look back and wish you made that investment to better yourself. If you do it for anyone, think about your family. Think about your kids and ultimately, think about the role model that you want to set. Stop saying “New Year, New Me.” Start taking action now. If you're looking to stop making excuses and start taking action in your life, reach out to me. Because, I promise you, I won't let you fail.
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family! Let's get this going. I want to tell you about a book that I just read, that a good friend of mine, client, gave to me. Trillion Dollar Coach. You see, I had the opportunity to be on Brandon Brittingham's podcast while in Dallas, and before he left, he called me into the lobby to give me something. He handed me this book. Trillion Dollar Coach by Bill Campbell. See, Bill was a revolutionary image when it came to coaching some of the most elite entrepreneurs. I immediately starting reading on my flight back to Tampa and realized the one commonality that continued to surface. When you truly care about the people in your company, it will be a direct reflection of your company's success. Start asking your employees about their weekend, their family and doing a trip report rather than going straight into the problem or solution. As you see, Bill cared more about his team than anything else. And your team is truly, what you need for your ultimate success. The one thing in Limitless Coaching that we decided to implement immediately to ensure that we had proper meals, supplements, and tools for recovery. All managing members have meal prep delivered weekly, neurotrophic for brain stimulation, and whoops to track our recovery and strain. I want you to take a deep look at your team, the employees, and the people who look up to you as a leader. Are you more worried about the numbers, or your team operating at optimal levels, and how their out of work balance is, and truly caring for them as an individual. Thank you, Brandon. You've been a huge mentor to me. I love seeing your success brother. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Rise and shine, Limitless Family! It is Monday! It is time to start the week and we're going to talk about something so important and something I learned over the past couple months. Alignment. You know, within all the speakers that we've brought on stage, there was a common theme at Apex Live. When we think of alignment, I want you to think of your core values, exactly what you want out of life, and who aligns with that vision. The people in my life have the same vision, the same goals, and the same aspirations as myself. We want nothing but the best for each other. We celebrate our wins and learn from our losses. We are vulnerable and authentic. See, when you truly start to align yourself with the right people, when you see the vision you had come to life, you watch the change from negative to positive, you start to see that life happens and you must keep pushing. I want you to draw that line and I want you to start to align yourself with the right people, because the right people are going to put you where you want to be.
Rise and shine Limitless Family! Let's get after it! Today is Wednesday. We're halfway through the week. Hope you guys are ready to crush it. We're going to talk about some thoughts. So, 50,000 thoughts daily, you know 40,000 of those thoughts are negative. That is 80% of your thoughts consumed are negative. Can you believe that in a single day, we consume 80% negative thoughts? No wonder the world we live in is such a f*cked up place! I used to be in this exact position, where I couldn't transfer the negative into a positive thought. I'll tell you what. Since joining Apex, that has completely changed. If something goes wrong, how do we find a solution? If someone speaks negative about me, who gives a f*ck? Not everyone is going to like you. Rewire your mindset for anything negative to be turned into a positive. And it might be hard at first, but you'll never have it the worst. I want you to remember that. Rise and shine Limitless Family! It is 5:51 this morning. We just got done doing a shoulders and arms workout. We are getting ready for the day. I want to talk about the five things that I do every single morning that has helped me progress in my self-development, my business, my relationships, and my overall life. I wake up every single morning with the utmost gratitude. I look and I smile and I think about how blessed I am to have another day in front of me and to push forward today to be better than I was yesterday. I reach out to five people every single morning that have made an impact in my life to get to where I am today and I thank them. The third is I read 15 pages minimum of a self-development book so I can learn new things about myself, about the psychology of people, and understand why we think the way we do and how we act. The fourth is I have five things that drive revenue to my business. Every single day before I go to bed I will get it done. Today we drop our biggest sale of the year, Black Friday. Can't wait to show you guys what we have planned. But, our fifth, and I would say the most important one out of all of these is understanding that just because you went through something in your life, in your past, does not mean it represents who you are today. And I want that to sit with you as you go about this day, as you think about the present. You can only control what's in front of you. Stop trying to control what's already happened. Now go out there and crush the day and always Live Limitless! Happy Friday, Limitless Family! I want to tell you guys. You are not alone. Let me bring you back to the couch that I slept on while building Limitless Coaching for 17 weeks. I want everyone to understand whose struggling at this point in their life. I've been there in the exact same place you are now. Exactly 7 months ago I struggled with addiction. I struggled with being accepted unless I was partying or being the center of attention. I struggled with accepting I was the root of the problem. I struggled with being ok with the average mindset of most people. You see, I struggled a lot. And it's ok to struggle because you need to go through these points in your life. But, during your struggle is where you become the strongest. You will learn to endure the pain while sacrificing daily. You must see the light at the end of the tunnel and keep going. And I know it may be hard now, but I want you to think about how hard it'll be when you give up. I want you to think about the people that depend on you at this very moment. I want you to envision the person you will be a year from now. The struggle is real, and more people struggle than you think. Understand that you will get through this, and I want you to keep going no matter what.
Happy Thursday Limitless Family! Hope you guys are ready to dominate today! We're going to talk about making a million dollars. So many people think this is something that is near impossible so let's break this down to show you the possibility. A million dollars per year is $83,333 per month. That's $19,230 per week. That's $2,739 per day. Now how in the world do we make almost $3,000 per day? You learn to solve a problem. You develop a solution with the right people as your avatar. When you are able to understand what the client needs, who your avatar is, you will stop wasting your time on people who aren't considered your ideal client. You start to focus on people who understand the value and what this investment means to them and you create a product that observes that value and you continue to give more than you receive. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Rise and shine, guys. Good morning Limitless Family! It is Wednesday. I woke up with the utmost gratitude. We have some absolutely incredible people in the next in the next couple months that are going to be interviewed on the Living Limitless Podcast and I cannot wait for you to hear their stories. It's truly impactful from what they've overcame to what they are doing now, but this morning we're going to talk about consistency and motivation. So, consistency is showing up every day with a positive attitude no matter what is going on in your life. We can all be motivated to do something without a lot of effort. However, motivation is the short-term effort for a reward. Consistency, on the other hand, is not cheap or easy. So, with consistency, motivation gets you out there but shear tenacity and determination keeps you going. Stay motivated. Most importantly, stay consistent. There are going to be days when you wake up and don't feel like doing a damn thing. Those are the days that you dig deep and remember how far you have came. You keep going. You keep posting. You keep motivating. Your consistency will pay off. And better yet, you're going to motivate others along the way. Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Rise and shine guys. It is another beautiful morning over here in Tampa, Florida. We have episode 109 coming at you — Being OK with Being Different. So, I watched the entrepreneur recovery clip from last week where Mike Claudio was a guest and he spoke about how being different is ok. Now, if you want access to this training you're going to have to go ahead and take that next step in joining Apex. That's where you're going to be surrounded by top-producing, high-achieving individuals. So, his personality type is 1/100th of the world and he has always been different in some sort of way. Mike has built multiple successful companies and coaches others in their business life for thirty hours a week because he f*cking loves it. I thought about being different and now understand what that truly means. You know, since I started this journey with Limitless Coaching, people have said, “Hey Clint, you're different.” Damn right I am because I don't want to be like most of the average population. I've learned that for you to truly accomplish what you put in front of you, that being different is something that must be done. You start to realize other peoples' opinions don't truly matter. You have a goal? Whatever it might be? Then fucking go for it. Keep going no matter what people say. The one thing that will separate you from the rest is your never-ending obsession to give up.
Good morning Limitless Family! Now, today is Friday. Hope you guys are fired up. Hope you guys are ready to do this. We're going to talk about sales. You know, sales is more psychological than anything if you really think about it. When someone comes to you to buy your product, consulting course, etc., you might be ready to understand your customer's pain points while also having the confidence know that you can solve that problem. See, when I first started Limitless Coaching I was like most. I was scared, afraid and not confident in myself. This resulted in my business lacking and honestly taught me a huge lesson. Be confident in yourself and your product. I can tell you now, that I know anyone who comes through our program, without a doubt, will reach their goals and this wouldn't be possible without the mentorship of Sam and Marlon. These are the days where I feel like I'm not doing enough. Is it me? Should I give up? The simple answer is no. Your hard days are going to lead to your good days and being uncomfortable leads to growth. So, if you feel like you want to give up. If you're listening to this podcast and you feel like you've given it your all, I want you to keep giving because I'm going to tell you right now. Everything you're going through is meant to happen. You're meant to go through these trials and tribulations. You're meant to fail. Keep pushing forward. This is where you truly learn to grow. Limitless Family good morning! It is Thursday. We're going to talk about structure and scheduling. These are two words that are overlooked and matter the most in your business and life. I was talking to a consulting client of mine yesterday and he told me, “Did you know there's an app called Google Calendar?” This brought me back to eight months ago where I made this exact statement because I didn't know any better. I didn't schedule anything in my life which resulted in having no structure. Fast forward to eight months, the first thing we go over is structure and scheduling when approaching a new venture our students are about to experience. What exactly is having a structure? Having a plan, knowing that for the day you have the meetings, the phone calls and any other activity that needs to be done. My schedule repeats itself during the week. The weekend reminders for the gym, the supplements, my podcast and posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin. Your schedule is imperative in your success because it keeps you accountable. The people that know me, if you aren't booked on my calendar, then I will not be available. When you learn to have structure, not only in your daily routine but your overall life, you'll start to realize how important these two words are.
Happy Wednesday Limitless Family! It's time to get started and talk about healthy habits! See, a lot of us tend to overlook the major part of actually starting your transformation and it all starts with habits you set in your daily life. You're waking up earlier. Wake up before the sun. It gives you an advantage on the day. Drink more water and put down the soda. Did you know a single can of soda has 46 grams of sugar? Eat protein with every meal. For women, 4 ounces. For men, shoot for 6 ounces. Get movement in for the day. It doesn't have to be going to the gym but getting up and walking, Park little further away from the store. Take the stairs. Fueling your body rather than eating because it makes you happy. Your body is a machine and for it to be well-oiled and operating at optimum levels, you need to treat it as such. Read 10 pages of a book every day. Your brain is a muscle, just the same as your body, so train them both accordingly. Those are my six healthy habits you can start implementing in your day to start your transformation. And then once you have those down, and then you're ready to take it to the next level, with one of the most elite coaching services, you let me know.

And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Good morning Limitless Family! We're at Episode 105 and this morning we're going to talk about picking the company to partner with. See, when I started Limitless Coaching I knew that I wanted to be one of the best and the most elite coaching services around. So, how did I go about that? This is exactly what I did and I might be able to help you with who you're choosing to partner with. I thought about the three things that people would need when it comes to their success and accomplishing their ultimate physique. You're going to need a meal prep company. You'll need a supplement company and ultimately hormone replacement therapy. So once I had those three picked out, then I got to work. I picked the top ten of each category. I reached out via email, Instagram, and even Facebook. Guess what? I got denied by almost every single one of them but I didn't quit. I applied to be an athlete with Icon Meals thinking they would never accept me. I was wrong. They did and now all Limitless Coaching clients get them sent to them with their packages. I applied to be a 1st Phorm Legionnaire, got accepted in the first round. Now all Limitless Coaching clients get one month of 1st Phorm supplements sent to them in their package. I met with somebody who is the CEO of Aspire Rejuvenation. I immediately knew he was someone I wanted to partner with to offer hormone replacement therapy as the only online coaching in the world to offer this in their packages. So, when you want something bad enough, you're going to do whatever it takes to make it happen. And, just because I got ten no's, doesn't mean that there's not a yes with the next person or company. This is what will set you apart — your dedication to be the best and to stop at nothing to make it happen.
Good morning Limitless Family. Man, I'll tell you what. The last two days I surrounded myself with 350 of the most top producing, high achieving, most elite individuals of what we call Apex. And the one thing I can tell you is when you start to surround yourself with the right people, when you start to align yourself with the right people, you're going to see your life change in front of your eyes. Anyone in Apex knows exactly what I am talking about. People think this is a cult. People think it's just a group of people that brag about themselves and celebrate their wins too much. That's not what it is. It's truly the fact that you can be in the position where you know that when you reach out to somebody no matter what, you're going to get a good answer. You're going to be able to be helped. You're going to have a solution to your problem from a vetted source. I joined Apex in March of 2021 and if anybody's been watching my journey, I have grown exponentially over the past couple of months. And that's because I separated myself. I got rid of the negative influences in my life. I pushed forward to the goal of helping as many people as I possibly can. I wanted to change the way the online fitness coaching community was looked at by not only supplying people with a fitness and nutrition plan, but providing that accountability, a community of people that support them, the tools and resources, the knowledge, the capability to let them know and believe that they can have that body of their dreams. They can separate themselves with the mindset to push themselves to be the best and most elite versions of themselves and Apex has helped me do that. So this podcast was not scripted, not recorded, not meant to even happen, but there's something inside of me that I need to let you guys know how important it truly is to start surrounding yourself with the right people, and if you want to take that next leap, if you want to take that next step then Apex is the way to go.
Giving mentality. One thing I've always been known for is giving, ever since I was a younger boy. I was the kid who would give relationship advice to all the women but deep down, one of them as a girlfriend. I never thought I was good enough. I'd judge myself against others a lot of the time. And that mentality of giving will help you in so many ways in your business, your life, your relationships. Because when you learn to give more than you receive, then that is truly incredible. See, within Limitless Coaching, I have given countless value and will continue to because what's so simple to me is not so simple to others. I want everyone around me to succeed. I want everyone to reach their goals. And I will give until I can't give anymore. Learn to give more than you receive.
The Grind See, not many people truly mean what “The Grind” is. The Grind is knowing that you'll do whatever it takes to make sure you're successful. You'll have late nights when your friends are partying. You'll work the weekends while your friends are enjoying themselves. You'll wake up early while others are still sleeping. You will everything in your power to be ahead of your competition. You have a winning mindset no matter how hard it gets and you will risk everything because you know, deep down, it will pay off. That is the grind. Honestly, most aren't going to be able to handle it. And the few that are keep grinding because I promise you, it'll pay off. Episode 101 — Charging What You're Worth See, when I first started my journey of entrepreneurship, I used to give people programs for free. My thought was by doing this, I would show them what I do exactly and by the end they would by the product. This is completely wrong. When someone buys your coaching package, consulting program, or product, it's because they see the value offered. They believe you have the solution to solve their problem. When you are giving a product for free, there is no perceived value. The initial investment is showing the act of taking the next step in making a change in their life by investing in themselves. The next time you think about making an investment in your overall health and body, I want you to think if three months down the road, you solved that problem. Your biggest struggle from completing your goal was completely gone. Would that investment be worth it? I would say so.

And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Rise and shine guys. Good morning! Happy Tuesday! We are back in action and we are ready to go and we're going to talk about something so important this morning, gratitude. It's the act of being grateful. Do you know how lucky we truly are with the amount of opportunity presented in front of us every day? In this day and age, you have the opportunity to do anything you put your mind to, literally anything. After traveling to third-world countries and seeing how people live I wake up every single morning with the utmost gratitude. I wake up with a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. I have food to eat and meals prepped by icon meals delivered to my house. I have an amazing team with amazing clients changing their lives daily. I have opportunities in front of me to create content to provide value to each and every one of you. I have friends who truly care about my best interests. I have a family, that even though is far and lives in different states, loves and adores each other. You have so much to be grateful for. If you haven't been to another country where they don't have food. They don't have a bed. They don't have running water. The things you take for granted, they never had. Be f*cking grateful for the life you have. Live that life to the fullest with the opportunities presented before you every, single, day. Happy Friday Guys! We are here. The weekend is here. I hope you guys had an amazing week. I hope you guys are ready to crush the weekend, have some time, regenerate, recharge, and get ready for the week ahead. Now we're going to talk about the 5 Second Rule. So, a lot of you probably think I'm talking about food but not this time. I watched a video of Mel Robbins last night and she talked about the 5 Second Rule. The act of counting down from five in any situation to change your mindset in any sort of time. That could be your business, your finances, your relationships. Your response in that five second window will depict of your situation. If you're able to think about, without hesitation, by leaning in and speaking up or pushing forward or you lean back, you step back, and you hold yourself back from what's in front of you. Think about that. Five seconds can determine a lot. Learn to push forward. Don't hesitate. Go for what you want and I'll tell you right now. I've always spoken up and I won't be stopping any time soon. Happy Thursday everyone. This one's going to be kind of emotional for me. Four years. That's how long it's been since I experienced one of the most mind-altering situations of my life. Stepping on stage in 2018 taking overall is the moment I'll always remember, but what happened four months later? This is the time I was ready to take my life. I stared at the end of a 45 thinking, “Would this be the time?” I thank myself to this day for not pulling that trigger, for continuing to push forward. My state of mind was at all-time-low. My motivation was at an all-time-low and ultimately the doctors couldn't give me the definitive answer on why this was all happening. I want you to know you will always have someone near to help. If that is me, your friend, your family, whatever it may be. You are meant to be on this earth for a bigger purpose. This is a reminder to check on your friends, your family. Give them a call and see how they're doing. You truly never know what someone's going through. Happy Wednesday guys! We're halfway through the week. Let's talk about long-term versus short-term. So, let's get into this because I see a lot of people not truly understanding the meaning. When we look at a short-term gain it's something that has a small amount for a short period of time. For example, a client would sign up with us for one of our 3, 6, 9, to 12-month terms for a fixed price. Now, long-term we think about 1, 3, maybe even 5 years down the road of the relationship that will be build with a lot more value. Let me give you an example. Limitless Coaching was able to launch a learning management system that will be in front of 35,000 veterans for free. We did not look at the short-term game, but the long-term value that will be provided by helping these veterans understand the fundamentals of their health and fitness within their life. See, a lot of us see the short-term value or price within your business where you should really think long-term. When you're able to see the true value of not seeking the instant gratification, but learning to give more than you receive, you will not grow only in your business, but your long-term relationships that truly matter. I want you to ask yourself, “Are you a short-term thinker? Or are you thinking how you can impact more people over a longer period of time providing greater value?” Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Guys, have an amazing day and LIVE LIMITLESS!

And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Good morning and happy Tuesday! We're going to talk about something so important — something that matters — and something that a lot of people don't take really how they should. Your brand and why is it so important? See, when I was in Atlanta, Georgia, I had a conversation with the CEO and founder of Everbowl, Jeff Finster. Which, if you don't know, is one of the fasted growing franchises in the world. He spoke about how important branding truly is and I'll explain why. So, he understood that if he wanted to stand out, he would need to make a brand that was so powerful in his niche that it left a legacy. What did he do to make that dream a reality? Just that. By being able to create a company and a culture and ultimately a brand that stands out among everyone. See, Limitless Coaching, is and will be a brand that is known around the world. Anyone who represents Limitless is held to a higher standard than most for good reason. See, we represent what winning truly looks like and will always be. We do the work, we show up, and we give 150 f*cking percent every single day. That is why we are different. Rise and shine Limitless family! Episode 94 — Letting Your Post Define Your Future. Now I am first off going to tell you right now, that if anybody knows my past. If anybody knows what happened to me in the last three years. If anybody knows about my addiction. If anybody knows anything about me, you know that your past does not define your future. First off, for anyone that tells you this, take them out of your life. The past is meant to teach you the lessons you need to live the life you want, and you learn from that to continue forward a better person. I want to take my life for an example. The last three years I was addicted to cocaine. I was literally going nowhere. And those three years I was being taught a lesson that would ultimately lead to my success. You have to understand, every day we are learning about ourselves, about others, about life in whole. You are progressing every single day. Never let someone tell you that you can't do something. And let your past teach you the lessons to live the life you ultimately want. Take it from someone who's been there. We've got episode 93. We're almost at 100. It's absolutely incredible. We're going to keep pushing these out and keep giving you the value, because this is what it's all about. We're going to talk about knowing your competition. See, when I founded Limitless Coaching, the first thing I did was scout out my competition. I studied them and I saw what they offered. I know exactly what programs, what training, and especially what they specialize in. So, this gave me the upper edge and the ability to create something new and improve. I noticed that most online coaching programs would give you a meal plan, a fitness plan, but what do you truly need to be successful? You need three things. You need a proper workout plan that incorporates the equipment that you have available to you and the time needed. The nutrition is not overbearing but simple with a twist of ways to make it healthy and accountable to make sure you stay on track, and we can make any strategic adjustments in your plan that's needed every single week for your guaranteed success. So how exactly to do we do this and how do we stand out? Easy. We offer a solution in all areas. See, our workout plan has video demonstration and cardio with an apple watch Fitbit integration. Icon meals is shipped to our client for their first week to kickstart their plan, making sure they have their meals ready to go. Our weekly check-ins are populated at 5am for each client to fill out letting the coach access each week for those adjustments needed. Our supplements are taken care of for the first thirty days from the leading supplement brand in the world, 1st Phorm. And we are also the only coaching that has hormone replacement therapy to be able to help you understand how important your hormones truly are when it comes to your body. This is Limitless Coaching and this is why we are elite. The Founder/CEO of Limitless coaching, 8 Year Navy Veteran, and Overall Classic Physique Champion. Saylorsburg, PA. I was not always “fit” as people see me now. I competed in the Shawn Ray Hawaiian Classic in 2017 taking 1st place and overall, in classic physique. Four months later my thyroid went under-active and that is when my life changed forever. I gained 45 lbs. which felt like overnight, slept for 17 hours a day, lost my ability to sweat, my vision was blurred, my confidence was at an all-time low, and I contemplated committing suicide, while also abusing drugs on a daily basis. We all go through certain things in our life that I believe change our way of thinking and how we look at the future. This was not my case, I continued using drugs for three years, surrounded myself with people who provided no value, and partied my ass off. I now realize why all this happened to me, I was being taught a life lesson that I soon would take and harness the true potential I had. I created Limitless Coaching because of the things I have experienced through my life and wanted to change the way Online Fitness Coaching is. Limitless Coaching is unlike any other coaching platform around being able to deliver quality results, supplements from 1st Phorm, Hormone Replacement Therapy through Aspire Rejuvenation and Meal preps from ICON meals. We keep the client accountable with our highly trained and educated coaches guaranteeing your success, and best of all we promise you a 100% money-back guarantee if you do not see results within the first month. Good morning, Limitless Fam! Episode 92, Starting. This has to be by far, the most overlooked part of the business that I see. Starting a new venture can be one of the scariest things you can do. Believe me, I was scared to death when I started Limitless coaching. What if I fail? What if nobody likes me? What if? What if? These are all questions you will ask yourself. I want you to know, coming from someone who was in your same shoes, start. Because you'll never know if you don't. If you fail, guess what? You learned. That is the best part about being your own boss. It is on you to put in the work. Your paycheck depends on your dedication, your hard work, and your perseverance, to never quit. Nobody else. Start and learn along the way. Failure, it's meant to happen. And if we don't fail, we'll never learn. So embrace that failure, fail forward and start today. Good morning, Limitless Family! Today is episode 91. We're going to talk about the three key points to live by. It's crazy that I say episode 91. I dreamed of having a podcast two and a half months ago. I'd listen to other peoples' podcasts, and I was like, “One day I'm going to do that.” You know the difference between me saying that now and how I look back nine months ago is I started taking action in my life. That's the first point we're going to talk about, taking action. The second is being committed. And then third, balance is key. So, let's get deeper into the three above from my perspective. For me, taking action is doing what you're going to say when you say you're going to do it. I have people to this day who promise me one thing and never deliver. And I think we've all done this before. We're human. So, when you start taking action and living by the word, you start to see the people you associate with start to change. Being committed to the task at hand, no matter what you will get it done. I'm committed to stepping on stage, even these last three months, these next eleven days is going to be probably the hardest days I'm going to encounter, I know that I'm going to do what it takes. I'm going to listen to my coach and I'm going to dig deep so that we can bring the best package you've ever seen. I'm committed to giving my clients the best coaching they could possibly have with the best customer service because that is our number one priority. I'm committed to my team, representing what winning truly looks like by giving them the tools and resources for their success. We all have meal preps delivered to us. We all have woops, so we know our strain and recovery throughout the day. Your company, your team, your culture is what truly matters. Having balance in your work life and your personal life, see this is something I still struggle with, and I work on daily to give myself the time needed for recharging and disconnecting. And incorporate all three and I promise, you'll be unstoppable. You need to take action, you need to be committed, and you need to have balance in your life.
Rise and shine guys. Good morning. It's episode 90, The Truth. See, I'm about to hurt a lot of your feelings but this is the truth and you need to hear it. I get messages almost every day from people who say they aren't where they want to be in life and the reason because of it is always blaming someone else. I'm sorry to tell you, but you are f*cking wrong. You're not where you want to be because of the decisions that you make every single day. This all starts with you. If you are not in the physical shape you want to be in, that's on you. If you're not financially where you want to be, that's on you. If you aren't living the desired life you want, that's on you. I was in your same shoes not too long ago. I blamed everyone — everyone else because I wasn't where I wanted to be in life. It was not until I took ownership of the actions in my life to see a change. I focus on my health. I focused on my relationships. Anyone toxic were pushed out of my life. I focused on my business and I focused on living the life I truly want and caring, not what everyone else thought. Was it hard? F*ck yes. I cut a lot of people out of my life for a good reason. Now I look back realize, I've done more of my self-development. I've looked the best I ever have. I've made the most money I've ever had all because I started to focus on myself. If you are asking yourself the same question, I want you to take a deep look at the person in the mirror and you're going to start to see the true reason why you aren't where you want to be.
Man, I had a great conversation with somebody who I met over in London. Not physically, but you know, over Facebook and it was absolutely incredible. Her name is Laura and she's a peak performance coach. Before, I didn't even know what the f*ck that was, to be honest. But really it makes a lot of sense. She can look at you and tell you where you're lacking in your performance. She told me something about batching. Let me give you an example of batching is. So all of the social media posts that you see are planned out weeks and months ahead of time. This gives me the time needed throughout the week to focus on my clients and running limitless coaching. Do you see these podcasts? These are recorded and sent over to my editor, Mike Taylor, ahead of time, automated for the week ahead. You see, my workouts are planned out a month ahead. My meals are planned out for the week ahead. This will not only increase your productivity but elongate the distractions throughout the week. You see, we all live busy lives. You should take the time. Set yourself up for success. When you're able to learn how to batch — when you're able to batch different things in your life — I promise you, you are going to be able to save yourself so much time. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. It can take years to build an empire and only moments to destroy it. Today's episode will share the secret to building an empire and what's required to keep it. At 17, Clint Riggin joined the Navy and was soon working on the EA-18 Growler, a 9 Billion Dollar plane used to disrupt New York City's Electrical grid and electronics. His career would take him to the Great Lakes and then Hawaii for 6 years where he worked on helicopters with intentions of flying them some day, serving as an 8-year veteran of the US Navy. He's the CEO and founder of Limitless Coaching and COO of Prestige Investments, and is affiliated with 2 Veteran Non-profits and multiple affiliates with 7 different brands in the fitness industry. Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Good morning Limitless Family! Let's talk about something very important — understanding your why. Why are you put on this earth? Why are you put into a place to help others? It took me a while to understand this but once you do it's incredible. See, every day I wake up at 4 AM and I know that I'll be changing someone's life. I know that in some way, whether it be through my coaching or my content, someone is receiving value. People ask me all the time, “Why do you try so hard Clint?” “Why don't you take a break, Clint?” My answer to that is, “Why aren't you trying harder?' You see, for the last eight years of my life I haven't tried at all. I was in a party scene. I was doing nothing in my life. I was hanging out with the wrong people. I was doing a whole bunch of drugs. And you know, you are given one life. You're given one body. Why not make it the best it can be? I want you to really ask yourself this question. What is your why? Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Guys, have an amazing day and LIVE LIMITLESS!
Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Whew, this is going to be one that I want to talk about for a while. You guys know that we all have flaws? Because I have more flaws than most people probably think. I don't live a perfect life. We all have things that happen to us. We all have things that we don't like about ourselves. That's what makes us unique. After posing today with my coach, I noticed my right shoulder and how much it's going to affect me on stage. You see, when I was fourteen years old, I attempted to do my first backflip snowboarding. Well in turn I landed thirty feet from the air straight onto my shoulder. It resulted in me having an AC separation which has always made it hard to develop symmetry on my right side. Is this a problem? F*ck yeah! It's a big one! But there is literally nothing I can do about it. We work around it. We figure out the best way to bring both shoulders aligned and move on. This is a lot like ourselves. You see, we all have flaws and continuously beat ourselves down because of it. Those flaws make you who you are. Embrace them. You have to understand that everyone is unique in their own way and there is no-one else like you. You know what's crazy to me? It we all have a gift. We all have something inside of us that is meant to give to others and we're all born with this. But some of us haven't found out what that is yet. And some of us are still searching for it. But I can tell you right now, when you find your gift and you understand the power that you have to make a positive impact on the world, it's truly incredible. You will learn so much about yourself up to that point. You will understand the true meaning of giving your all. You will learn to take the negative and always turn it into a positive. For those of you still searching, believe me. You still have time. Your gift may be different than others. But that's what makes us unique. I want you to keep on giving. Keep on giving value and soon you'll know exactly what that gift is. Morning Limitless Family. I'm going to talk about something and this is something a lot of people need to hear. But I want you to show me your five friends and I'm going to show you your future. See, when I first started this, I thought they were crazy. Then I started to grow within myself and my relationships. I truly understand this statement. The people you surround yourself with are a direct reflection of yourself and if you see yourself falling in the traps of partying and not getting anything done, it's probably the people you party with. Believe me. I know, because I was there every weekend. Every bottle service. Every afterparty. And it became a way of life. Now when I look around in my circle, it's quite small and for a good reason. See, allowing those things back in my life will completely derail my success. My weekends are now spent with people who want to be better in all areas of life, preparing for the week ahead and making sure that I am creating the life that I want. Take a look at your friends and ask yourself. Are they pushing you? Or are they pulling you back? Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Sundays. This day used to be used for bottomless Mimosas and day fading. Who's with me? Now don't get me wrong. That was a great time, but, when you are operating a business, especially focused on health and nutrition, you start to see Sundays a little differently. My Sundays are now being prepared for the week ahead. All of my morning podcasts were recorded and sent in for editing. All of my morning posts are written and scheduled. All client plans created and onboarding calls scheduled. My gym Laundry Meal preps ordered by Icon Meals for delivery the next day Recharge This is time to decompress, spend time with friends, family, and do something active. I've learned that by doing this I save time and I can focus on much more during the week. This has helped me not only in my business, in my business to grow, but created daily healthy habits. I want you to take a look at your Sundays and see how you can prepare for the week ahead. Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Focusing on you. When it comes to running a business, people tend to focus on what others are doing and wonder why they aren't successful. Let me give you some advice. Focus on your strengths and work on your weaknesses. Most business owners try to find the next big thing when in all reality, all you need to do is focus on one thing. Now, believe me, I did the first thing when I first started. I wanted to do everything. But soon I realized, that just isn't going to work. I focused on my offer and the value that is provided to make it the best that it can be. No matter what, it will never be perfect, but you will improve every time. Focus on one thing and give 150 percent every fucking day. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — Because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it.
