(Hour 2 with Cook and Joe) Chris Hoke joins us on the show. Hoke was on the Mason Rudolph train from the beginning and was glad he was proven right over the weekend. He says Kenny will be given the chance again to start, but Mason is the hot hand and you should go to him again this weekend in Seattle. First round picks get 100 lives, but guys like Mason Rudolph do not have the same luxury. They dive into the Jaylen Warren block against Cincy, more on Mason Rudolph, and more.  More with Chris Hoke. The talk is all about the quarterback situation, however the defense was also surprising. WIth a few lesser known name players, they held the Bengals. Myles Jack, who went from the couch to the NFL, was very surprising to Ron. Chris said he looked better than all he did last season. Eric Rowe was the most visible proof of the "Next Man Up" mentality that Mike Tomlin preaches to his players. Chris talks about the Hall of Fame and the Hines Ward and James Harrison snubs.  Ron and Chris take a look around the NFL. Chris thinks that Lamar Jackson is the favorite for the MVP award as it currently stands. The 49ers are his favorite right now. The Eagles are a team that he does not trust, so he adds the Lions as a team to watch. He also says to not discount the Buffalo Bills. Finally the predictions for the game, Chris says the Steelers will take the game against the Seahawks.

Hour 1 with Josh Rowntree: Where do you stand with the Steelers? It's hard not to feel good for Mason Rudolph. He played well and had one good game. Jake Browning became Jake Browning again Saturday. The Steelers love drama. Rudolph balling out and throwing a touchdown on the first few plays was comical and a sight to see. Jesse James compared them to the Kardashians of the NFL years ago. They're a Hollywood team. Players like Eric Rowe, Mykal Walker, and Myles Jack helped the Steelers defense dominate Jake Browning. The Steelers will meet an old friend(?) in Devin Bush against the Seahawks. We remember Devin Bush and his dad calling out the station and being a pain when in Pittsburgh! Mike Tomlin will speak to the media today at noon. Josh thinks Rudolph will get some runs with the first team but Tomlin will let practice be their guide for Pickett and probably play him.  Rudolph hasn't shown he can thrive when the pocket collapses. Josh thinks you go back to Pickett because he's the future.
