Episode 201 How 2 Maintain Da Flame Sensers! The first thing we will touch on in this episode is concept of maintaining the flame in dating/relationships in 2024 according to my understanding of it. Little things we tend to overlook while handling other business in life. Next, I elaborate on the idea of being vulnerable with someone to grow closer and what that all means to me and for me. Men will forever be criticized for being vulnerable in my opinion by those who don't know themselves from a mental health stand point. Lastly, the fear of the future. By this I talk about some of the key elements such as masculinity or lack there of in our society collectively as men and what that means to me as far as our country's survival as number one. May God and His Universe remove any negative energy you may have stored from reading this. If you dig the episode, click love and share on your page. Help build the tribe of healing

Much of the confusion and frustration around relationships disappears once you understand that every relationship is actually two relationships: the negotiated structure and the emotional bond. Possession of the one does not guarantee the other. For example, marriage does not entitle you to love, and love does not entitle you to marriage. Ideally, you have both at more or less equal intensity. However, if you need to prioritize one over the other, investing in the emotional bond is typically a better idea.
