With the return later this month of The Kardashians and all going on with Bethenny Frankel's “Reality Reckoning”, we figured it a great time to share this chat we had with Sophia Hutchins back in our oh so far distant first year. Checking in from the home she shares with Caitlyn Jenner in Malibu, California, Sophia is here to talk about it all. Sophia chats with us about how and where she first met Caitlyn Jenner, clarifies, yes we asked, the “status” of her relationship with Caitlyn as well as the rest of the Kardashian Brood, discusses the enigma that is Kanye West, breaks down some of the biggest misconceptions about herself and her relationship with Caitlyn and answers why the world is so enthralled with their “friendship” and obsessed with anything Kardashian related. Just how did the Ks become the world's most famous family? Finally, we discuss the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and cross our fingers that our fav RHOBH franchise returns, as promised, this November! @hutchins_sophia @mylumasol @behindvelvetrope @davidyontef BONUS & AD FREE EPISODES Available at - www.patreon.com/behindthevelvetrope BROUGHT TO YOU BY: ROCKET MONEY - rocketmoney.com/velvetrope (Cancel Unwanted Subscriptions & Manage Expenses The Easy Way) OAK ESSENTIALS - oakessentials.com/VELVET (Get 15% Off The Best Skincare Products With Code VELVET) STARBUCKS - (Introducing the New Starbucks Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso! In a special Pivot conversation, Caitlyn Jenner joins Ryan, Channing and Fred in a rare and open discussion from sports, to transitioning, to transgender athletes, to dishing on all her children and even gets into where she stands on her own personal relationships. Ryan opens up the conversation saying to Caitlyn, at one time as Bruce Jenner, you were the greatest athlete in the world and on Wheaties boxes...She responds yes, I have the greatest double in life- best male athlete and woman of the year, and jokes I bet you will never have another guest who can say that! As the conversation gets underway, Jenner recalls how her gender dysphoria began at an early age, and cropped up throughout her life, including at her highest moment, right after winning the gold medal in the decathlon at the 1976 Olympics. Sharing with guys that she woke up the next morning with nothing on, staring at the gold medal and wondering what had she done, questioning herself if she created a larger than life male figure that she would be stuck with for the rest of her life. For Jenner, she shares that winning the Olympics is Caitlyn's fondest memory of Bruce. With her children as her proudest accomplishment, Caitlyn shares about all of her kids and grandkids between the Jenner and Kardashian clans and what it was like telling them about her transition and the process of asking them before she did it. She shares how they were very afraid but in the end supportive of her choice to be happy and lives authentically. Extremely happy for Kim's new relationship with Pete Davidson, Caitlyn jokes how they are happy to have a comedian in the family and have enough rappers and athletes and gushes about Travis Scott being a great father to Stormi and Devin Booker being a strong partner for Kendall. Sharing some of her parenting hopes, she only wants the best for all her children and if they are all happy then she's happy. Channing turns the conversation personal when he dives into dating and how Caitlyn is spending her time nowadays. Caitlyn's business partner and friend Sophia Hutchins joins the conversation in a funny banter about relationships and makes it clear that there is nothing going on between the two and that she prefers males to females. Continuing the banter, they get into politics and Sophia is clear that if Bruce was the one running for Governor he would have won by a lot but being Caitlyn made that feat much harder. Closing out the episode, Caitlyn shows off her gold medal to the guys who are in awe of this accomplishment and allow Caitlyn to reflect on the biggest pivot she has made and share her insight to others going through anything. Sophia Hutchins steps Behind The Rope. Checking in from the home she shares with Caitlyn Jenner in Malibu, California, Sophia is here to talk about it all. First things first, she is the CEO of Lumasol, a revolutionary light weight sun care product, who spends her days, well, running a major company. When she is not running Lumasol, Sophia spends her days managing Caitlyn, a job she sought advice for from the one and only, Kris Jenner. Sophia chats with us about how and where she first met Caitlyn Jenner. Sophia clarifies, yes we asked, the “status” of her relationship with Caitlyn as well as the rest of the Kardashian Brood. Of course, that Brood also includes Kayne West. Speaking of The Kardashians, Sophia discusses the industry advice she sought from both Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian before starting Lumasol. Sophia also discusses some of the biggest misconceptions about herself and her relationship with Caitlyn as well as why the world is so enthralled with their “friendship”. We chat about the end of the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” era and the truth behind how Caitlyn and Sophia found out versus what the media has reported. Finally, we discuss those Real Housewives of Beverly Hills rumors, Sophia’s friends in the current cast, her epic recent dinner with Eileen Davidson, and answer the question, would and why would she join the RHOBH franchise if, one day, she were to be asked.

Hello and welcome to this especially gross episode of theDAMNcast. Topics include: Catholic Priests at a Church in Pittsburgh molested over 1000 children (BIG fucking surprise), all 3 of theDAMNcasters hate Tupac and Kaitlin Jenner's new Transgender girlfriend (Sophia Hutchins) is hot AF! Also, we are now back on Twitter @theDAMNcast! All that and so much more on this weeks episode 15, of season 5, of theDAMNcast!
We have seasonal allergies and you have LOTS of questions about your favorite (and least favorite) Whos and Thems. Why does everyone hate Kristin Cavallari's new cookbook? (It's not for the reason you might think.) Brooke Burke and David Charmet get a divorce—but, wait, who are they again? Plus, Katy Perry meets The Pope and gets spiritual with her new-old boyfriend, also a new-old Who, Orlando Bloom. Finally: Who is Caitlyn Jenner's new gal pal, Sophia Hutchins and where did she come from? All that and more. OK, not much more, but definitely more.
