The Q is known for tapping into the Urban Dictionary aspect of the world and bringing you guys the newest and fresh lingo that is being used worldwide.  We brought you "Soaking" on the "Soakening" episode of the show (ep. 483). So we brought back our friend and former co-host with Mark, BJ Lange and his friend Sara Patterson, to discuss a new thing happening in the world of Jeeps and off roading called OVERLANDING. Techincally its exploring remote locations via travel in an offroad vehicle. So this becomes a heavy topic on this episode of the Q.  As we stated Bj brought a friend named Sara that would eventually have to sit on the HotSeat and answer some questions, but before that...we get into the acting background of both Sar and BJ based on their living in California and dealing with being working entertainers in Hollywood during Covid.  This leads to the two explaining the darker side of Hollywood and the things that you naturally have to deal with because of the way the business is still structured.  Finally Mark and his guests discuss the recent twitter decision to remove Marjorie Taylor Greene from her Twitter access and block her account from being used.  This also leads to a discussion about Greg Abbot (Gov of Texas) asking the federal government for Covid help after 2 years of being Covid deniers and being against everything the Government said or did. 

Ahh it's christmas time and that means people that been away a while show up to have a sit down and a convo with our host. And this week is no different.  Brandon Travis returns to the airwaves to discuss life and what has been happening in his world. Brandon was last seen before Covid started in early 2020...now at the end of 2021 (almost 2 years later), he returns with stories! But this is not a light and cheery show...nope. Brandon requests that Mark go DARK in the studios for this one and they turn off all the lights and let the LED's bask the studio in a colorful glow! The Dark Show is born! It's been a hell of a year and Brandon Travis is also aware of this. Starting the year out in Florida, Brandon saw life from a different perspective while down in the Sunshine state during this COVID pandemic.  Mark and Brandon start out by catching up but not before Mark picks the brain of Brandon about his Florida adventures and how the state handled their COVID perspective.  Next up, Mark makes sure that Mr. Travis knows that this popularity has grown immensely throughout the year and brings up this new idea that Let's Go Brandon was talking about him all along...Brandon definitely agrees to this!  Finally, it's christmas time and Mark wants to make sure that xmas is a part of the xmas week show...so Mark and Brandon dip into to discussing the past Christmas' and which ones were memorable and for what reasons. Plus Brandon tells us his amazing christmas story!  All this on this Christmas Edition of The Q 2021!

And an exciting and deep show it is!  First up, Mark and the guys discuss the Alec Baldwin bombshell interview where he claims he never pulled the trigger. To make a claim of that nature so publicly he would have to be telling the truth or else it's an immediate flamethrower to his entire life and career. But is he telling the truth. The gents discuss. Next up is a discussion on reparations. Mark and Jonthan dive into a convo on reparations and whether they are deserved or not in 2021. But Mark and the guys dive even deeper discussing who is important for the reparations and if it's even possible to pull off in our current day and climate. But when this is done being discussed, all three men agree they talked about a lot more than other group of men have tried to work on in the entire time since 1865!  Finally....how important is Sex to a relationship? This and much more is discussed and answered on this amazing episode of the Q. One of the best in the past 490 shows!

Another exciting week on the Q. Mark Bland is joined this week by an old friend of the show and our co-host Gary Weed. The guest of the week is none other than Sam Arcobasso the head of Sarko Industries.  Sam came to us a few years back with an interesting story and has returned as a man of comfort and ease. Sarko is a company designed to put high end marketing professionals and businesses with clients looking to take their projects to the next level. Sam has been in the industry for a few years and and decided he could help businesses where others couldn't. From Hospitals to restaurants to everything in between, Sarko has been helping businesses for a while and successfully...which is what leads to the second topic.  With the ability to market to many places, Sam also wanted to start helping high school students close to graduating but needing that final credit to get the diploma. So with Sarko and including some great minds, Sam setup a HS graduation program and reached out to local schools to get it started. The students can come work like and intern for Sarko, gain their final credits and walk with their graduating class (which is a big deal for many students). Kirkwood School district has signed on and other schools are currently being talked with about the opportunity. Either way, a great way for kids to get help and learn...all this and more in the discussion about Sam's current doings.  Finally Gary, Mark and Sam discuss some world politics and stories, shortly before finding out that Sam doesn't believe in the government as a body for the people and to help the people. This turns into a discussion about political beliefs and what people should focus on rather than not focus on.  An amazing episode of the Q all primed up and ready! 

On this new episode of the Q, St. Louis funnyman and actor Jonathan May joins to discuss the Afghanistan take over by the Taliban.  First up Mark and Jonathan discuss the take over of Afghanistan by the Taliban! As with anything within touching distance of Trump, this entire thing wreaks of bad Trump decisions and trying to leave people holding the bag. The soldiers in the field were already living and working in Afghanistan, so this is nothing new for them. It's new to people in the USA on social media. So the men discuss in realms of American voters and what they should be paying attention to. Next up, the guys discuss the anti-vaccine people and how their decisions are affecting the day to day life of people in America. Mark forgets his friends name but that brings up the fact that many people are crazy with their hatred of the vaccine. Jonathan brings up Chet Hanks and how his father couldn't possibly be proud to be associated with his son. This leads to a discussion about people that are conspiracy theorists and how they never grab on to educated science in life.  Finally, Mark wants to discuss diversity in media and specifically brings up this past Olympics coverage by NBC and how he is noticing it more and more with the panels of people they are choosing. But things take years to slowly implement and is this being shoved down peoples throats, or are we there now? Mark gets surprised by some info from Mr. May and it may make him understand better. On this episode of the Q..... Mark is joined by Gary Weed and Jason Kull for this romp through life in 2021....on this episode: Facebook Jail is an issue for many and they have discussed it multiple times on the show...but this is the current set of stories and reasons why our favorite guests in their current time-outs!  Simone Biles has already achieved more than many in her sport ever will. The consumate professional, she decided to back out of a few olympic events at the last moment. The world went into backlash mode with many accusing her of being weak and taking a spot from someone that deserved it. The guys discuss all of it and the backlash too. And Finally, Mark cam across a unique post that alluded to something in the Mormon religion. He wasn't sure about it, but decided "hey WTF, why not" and brought it out in the open on the show. Needless to say, it is worth your listening to it. From there things go off the rails but in a good way. And remember we are not prejudice towards any religion or people....but funny is always gonna be funny. 

We have a fun thing we have been doing for years on the Q called the Tournament of Pop Culture.  When we were approached by Always Forward Media for some live shows, we decided to break out the format and try it in front of a live crowd. It worked great and people have been asking for more ever since.  On this first live forray, Mark Bland and Gary Weed host the Best Will Smith Movie as their first attempt. So many great movies to choose from and what Mark originally thought was a easy slam dunk...turned into quite the TOPC.  So listen and enjoy....and what do you think is the movie that the people voted on? Southwest Owes Me for sure. Mark comes home fresh from one of the bigger vacations him and the family has been on for the first time since before Covid. Mark took the kids to Disney World but the Trip did not get off on the right note and Mark is here to spill all the tea on that situation and put Southwest Airlines in their place.  On top of that, Jonathan May joins the show to discuss the Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul boxing match, and the upcoming Woodley vs. Jake Paul fight. Did it live up to the hype that they portrayed in the media...the guys talk about that.  Coming out of Covid, a ton of businesses are finding it tough to staff and fill voids left by the year and half long Covid downturn. Is this the CEO's faults and business owners...OR....are people being more lazy now and is it because of government payouts? Should companies waste there time on trying to lure in new people or spend the time to keep the loyal trained employees happy. The guys discuss this and every aspect.

Jonathan May and Mark Bland decide to tackle some cultural things like they are used to discussing.  First up Mark has an issue with people coming after him for discussing the Semantic aspect of a online convo he was having recently. People accused him of being insensitive because he discussed the definitions and primitive language of past time periods and how words were and weren't used in specific times. Was he in the wrong, you decide after listening. Next Mark presents Jon with some Shower thoughts....things that make you go hmmm... and make you think deeper about some things in your world you might not have been thinking about!  Finally, Jon and Mark take on the listeners and their thoughts they write out to Mark on a weekly basis. "No Reasonable Person would ever believe what we were telling them."...This is what Sydney Powell said after she was sued for 1.3 billion dollars by Dominion Voting Systems after she falsified information in a public manner leading to the tarnishment and defamation of their brand.  She only said these things in the hopes of making Donald Trump happy. And he is never happy.  On this episode we are greeted and welcome Jason Kull back to the show to discuss the George Floyd trial that is currently happening in Minneapolis.  We also touch on the Sydney Powell lawsuit a smidge. But this show is a rundown of the current events and we start with the death of rapper DMX and the Queen's husband Prince Phillip, who passed at 99 years old!  On the heels of this is the new political story of Matt Gaetz and his need to date and take underage women (aka children) across state lines to hang out and pay them with Venmo...a digital footprint of unbelievable magnitude. DJ Gelner is a friend of the Q and hasn't been on in quite some time. But that all changes with this new episode. DJ is back and we are rearing for some more fun on the Q.  Right off the bat it couldn't be contained, DJ and Mark jump into Biden and the job he's been doing since Trump left office. The guys discuss the effectiveness of Biden in the first few months and praise him for the stimulus and deterrents to the COVID virus that he fast tracked.  This leads to another discussion about the treatment of Asian Americans on the heels of a mass shooting in Atlanta, where a man went to multiple spa's and killed 8 people 6 being Asian American. Is there true Asian American hate, or is the story bigger than the argument? But the best part is that he blamed a special thing for why he did it....something you won't believe...find out what!  Finally, This all leads to a discussion on Conspiracy and how it warps the minds of the people that believe it. Mark and DJ discuss the QAnon people, the alien people, the Lizard people, and even the religious fanatics that act the same exact way as the rest of them. Jason Kull comes and goes, but when he is back, he is in the house for one of the more fun discussions...So what's on the agenda for this epsiode....well... First up, It's nice to have a president that focuses on the country and trying to fix the problems within the country as opposed to ignoring things and letting them get out of control. Mark and Jason discuss the effects of Joe Biden on the country and where Trump failed along the way to help everyone out during the pandemic. This all comes on the heels a of new 1.9 Trillion dollar stimulus package for COVID Next up, It seems gas prices are starting to become noticeable again, but the reasons are all over the place for why they are necessary (because they are not necessary ever). Mark breaks down how this can affect us as a country over the next few years and we learn from our past mistakes. Plus we pin the blame on who is really to blame, and their name hasn't been uddered in a little while. Finally, would you sleep fully clothed every night of the week? It sounds weird but there are people that sleep in their everyday clothes. It's part of who they are...But would you do it? We find out this and much more on this episode of the Q! 

Gary Weed is fresh off his trip from California where he went home for his birthday, but that didn't stop the news of the world from happening. First up Mark wants to discuss the student loan forgiveness program that Joe Biden has presented. Mark and Gary weigh out the good and bad of the program with Gary benefitting from paying off those student loans. Will this be a big win for everyone or is this going to divide each other even further in this country?  Next up Rush Limbaugh has died. This is no secret to the rest of the world, but he was a divider of people up till the end. We all knew he was sick and failing slowly so it was no surprise to anyone. But here we sit with the career and life in hindsight and man Rush is not coming off too glowing. Mark and Gary talk about the career and the meaning to their own broadcasting careers. Finally...Mark and Gary's final debate on Iron Maiden and the Rock n Roll HOF is here. Iron Maiden is nominated and Mark takes on Gary in a discussion of the merit of their nomination. This week on the show Jonathan May brings his comedic style to the airwaves to discuss more life with Mark Bland.  First up the gentlemen discuss their backgrounds in Social Media and Mark reconnecting with a gentleman named Mike Wilkerson and some of their discussions regarding politics and some of the past stuff from their lives. This leads to a discussion about how Trump is now pouting because he doesn't have a outlet to bent his dislike and is talking about starting his own social media network.  Next up the gents discuss Marjorie Taylor Greene and he recent situation regarding the Capitol Riots and her stances outside of the political spectrum. Mrs. Greene has been seen going around for years antagonizing and attacking people on public streets smearing their names and defaming them. Why? Because she feel she was lead down the wrong path by the people in charge of her party. Nope she's just a racist rural Gerogia lady and Atlanta is too black for her to be happy. So why not be a racist and an ass. Finally...Mark and Jonathan dig into the past and Jonathan gets thrown on the hot seat for the first time in a long time. He answers the questions but this leads to a discussion about Mark and some Bitcoin he received in 2009. He then sold them off for a little bit of money. Jonathan loses it and boom...the show has another golden moment! 

Gary Weed and Producer Robert Hickman join the show today to discuss some major sports world discussions!  First up Tom Brady (Mark's secret love) has made it back to the Superbowl for another shot at a 7th ring! Will he do it, or maybe not....Also Aaron Rogers is in the news for losing and people wondering what happens with his team and his position. The guys also find out that Deshaun Watson is leaving Houston for greener pastures and the guy try and figure out what is going to be the best spot for him in the NFL.  Mark then talks about the pendulum swing of politics and how the world keeps swinging back and forth from extremes. Whether it's from Bush to Obama or from Obama to Trump...it seems the cancel culture is now coming offline and making decisions on the world. Mark and the guys discuss. Finally we got the world on it's side dealing with Kelly Anne Conway using social media for revenge porn against her own daughter...AND... It seems the online stock guys figured out that they can control the stock market and make a company like GameStop ("GME" on the ticker) worth a ton of cash. Mark and the guys discuss all this and much more! 

Well the insurrection is over and the Trump supporters did not succeed at all. They have become the butt of many jokes, but is it the end of Trump?  Mike Eise and Gary Weed joined to do a show and discuss the Capitol Riot fallout and other stuff.  The Guys discuss what is going to happen now. We know there will be a peaceful transfer of power, but will Trump be there or not. The guys discuss the potential for future rioting and insurrection in the US.  People are online and around the world feeling like patriotism wasn't upheld. Do you feel patriotic right now? 10 years in and out. It started with Tony Cabral and Ed Reggie being guests...10 yrs later, we got a sitting American President trying to actively plot a coup against the will of the citizens of the USA. And YouTube and Social Media run the world. Which is a great transition for us, because Comedian Steve Hofstetter who made a name on social media joins us as out 10th anniversary guest.  It's been 10 years and we've had a few incarnations of the show through the years (podcast, to broadcast, to syndicated and back to a hybrid syndication/podcast). On this Anniversary we are joined by Jonathan May, Gary Weed and Jason Kull to discuss the past year of 2020 and a little about the past 10 years on the show. Due to Covid, we couldn't have a big party and live show for the 10th anniversay, but we can get a show together for all of you. So much to discuss and too much to type in here, so you just settle in and listen to our current thoughts on Trump and his moves, plus the past and a little telling of the future too! Finally, Comedian Steve Hofstetter joins the Q as a guest to discuss his new book that he has been working on, plus he talks about how he gained notoriety in the world of social media and comedy. From his early days in Brooklyn until his new future in Pittsburgh, PA...Steve sits down to discuss some of his political views and to make sure you all know that this is just the beginning, buckle in and enjoy the ride!  It's been 10 yrs and the Q Show just keeps bringing it. 

Producer Bobby and Jonathan May join to discuss the Holiday season, or in this case the coming future and the end of 2020. This isn't the year end show, but we are there. Close enough. First up Bobby brings some beef to the table to discuss with Mark. It seems because of Bobby's past relationship with the show, he's been cold shouldered by other media. Mark has claimed for years on the show that people he's never worked with use their "make believe timeline and thoughts" as a way to lie to others. Here is a situation where people, who have no relationship with Mark (and never did) use Mark as a scapegoat for things. It's intellectually dishonest. And makes those people flat out liars. But this ends on a special message from Bobby that the Q and Mark approve! Next it seems the VACCINES COMETH! As the year ends and Xmas is upon us, the world is getting the new Covid vaccines. Both Pfizer and Moderna have gotten FDA approval to roll them out and people are mixed on using them. Mark and the boys break down what a vaccine really is and what it's doing in layman's terms (the guys are not doctors) to your body when it gets it. Maybe you knew and maybe you didn't. But check this out and learn a little something new. Finally, Defunding the police has been discussed a few times on the show, but Bobby and Jonathan break it down and get to the nitty gritty of how it's supposed to work and how people should be viewing these things. Interesting grey area that people discuss some aspects of but not the aspects we discuss on the Q.  After all this, the guys answer a pertinent Christmas question from a listener...Should it be okay to tell family and friends you are not getting them anything because you just don't have the money right now? With 2020 being rough and money being tight, is this okay to do. Find out what the answer is on this new episode of the Q! 

Do we have authenticated Election results...not as long as republicans are involved with the government process in 2020. We are learning they tend to be very toxic people on a national stage and just as bad offline and in normal life. Does that mean they are bad people, well you be the judge of their actions. As far as the election goes...we are STILL WAITING. Mike Eise comes back on to finally talk a bit about his poker playing and discuss his thoughts on where we are at with this world in 2020. The World Series of Poker champion talks about his run to his bracelet in 2009 and some of the finer points into playing against some of the best players on earth.  Mark and Mike also talk about the Tyson vs. Jones exhibition fight and some of the rules put in place before the fight happens. How did the fight come off to you? Find out where our guys heads were at prior to the two men battling each other.  Finally, based on their interactions living in St. Louis, MO and seeing it first hand, Mark and Mike breakdown the current stance of Republicans and how they are viewing them. With no election results certified and Trump rushing to Pardon everyone he knows or hired in the WH, It makes sense they would discuss this in detail and try to get to the bottom of the issues. 

Travis Corley and Mike Eise are back to talk about this weird period in American politics and even weirder year.  But where do these things formulate? How did we get to this point with Donald Trump and the antics he is pulling. Well on this episode of the Q we delve into that aspect of life. Travis brings up that the Stone Cold character from the 1990's of wrestling seems to be what Trump feels like. The crowd responds to it and everything. Problem is Mark knows this from his wrestling past and has touched on it before on the Q, but the guys go deeper this time. How do these two equate in the minds of many rural conservative? The guys discuss!  Also COVID is rearing it's ugly head in the USA again and being a promoter, Travis Corley is constantly dealing with this city of STL and surrounding areas to try and put on shows. He has one coming up at Red Flag on Nov. 28th but it's all still up in the air on the protocols and how things will be received. The guys discuss the current re-emerging of COVID and if this time the US can stomp it out...this leads to a convo about Trumps Million MAGA march and how he views the "voters" and "supporters" of his situation.  All this and much more on this episode of The Q.

Voter Fraud is the number thing on the "holdouts" mind currently. The Holdout being Donald Trump and his inability to get any lawsuits or things to go his way regarding the frivolous claims about the 2020 election being rigged or having fraudulent voting.  Gary Weed joins on this down week to discuss the presidents claims to Voter Fraud, and lines out with Mark Bland how Trump is actually responsible for all his problems he has had regarding this election. It's a classic example of a guy shooting himself in the foot and blaming others.  Also Mark and Gary discuss some sports and specifically how the Houston Astros former manager and the Red Sox former manager were able to get jobs in the MLB after the massive cheating scandal that they got caught in.  All this and much much more available on this episode of the Q! 

So the 2020 election happened and so many things are still uncertain. Mark is joined by Jason Kull, Gary Weed and Jonathan May to discuss everything that happened on 11/3/2020 and throughout the entire election process...yet here we are an do we know who won for sure?  Finally, the guys start to go down some more entertaining but x-rated alleys in the later half of the show. Make sure if you are listening with younger people to watch for the language. 

We are back in the saddle and taking a harder look at the Republican National Convention and Democratic National Convention take-aways.... Joining us on this fun adventure is none other than Gary Weed, who makes his return after a few weeks. And then later we turn to a discussion about ARCH DEV OPS and one of their founders named Michael Fritzius aka Fritz!  First up Mark and Gary break down relationships and how people should end them with each other. Both gentlemen have been dealing with people who are getting broken up during coronavirus and this goes into a bigger discussion of what is the proper way to break up when you're older. Or anytime for that matter. Next, Mark and Gary breakdown and discuss the RNC and DNC conventions independently. This leads into a discussion about the midwest and what different sections of the country are depending on where you live and how you view them. This of course runs down the path of voting and Mark and Gary start talking about the election itself and how it should be handled in 2020. Finally Gary is back into his I LOVE THE XFL and anything MARK SAYS is just WRONG! Well Mark and Gary discuss the XFL and it's new owner but more importantly mark calling that the XFL reboot would fail (doesn't matter how, because other sports are still going). Next up is Michael Fritzius and he comes by to discuss his company Arch Dev Ops and the kind of things that they are involved with and how they can help businesses during the Coronavirus Pandemic.  Mark asks Fritz about the Kenosha Killer named Kyle Rittenhouse and then explains the entire story to Fritz who is none the wiser. This is because Fritz is a self admitted NERD. So Mark had to investigate. Mark and Fritz start talking about Nerd things and his homelife. Mark wants to break down what Fritz is working with and starts discussing his children and his relationship with his wife.  Finally the guys nerd out and Mark puts Fritz through the Hot Seat and allows his inner nerd to join with Fritz as they argue and discuss Buck Rogers, Mark meeting a Dr. Who and Fritz's favorite TV shows and movies.  So worth the wait. 

The cat is out of the bag as everyone now knows Lee’s secret. Meanwhile, Theq is taking up some counseling and showing some pretty serious doubts while Ambassador Olyn triest to not commit treason against the Federation in their dealings with Ambassador Pugino. The Q Continuum.   From the The Original Series onward, Star Trek has had a preoccupation with false gods, culminating in the introduction of Q and the Q Continuum in Star Trek: The Next Generation. On the next episode of "Race Chat Live with Chris & Craig," this Thursday, February 1, 2018  on The 110 Nation Sports Radio Network at 8 p.m., Chris Creighton  and Craig Moore welcome Dirt Sportsman Modified "hot shoe" Marty Kelly.      The Vermont native is currently attending the University of Northwestern Ohio in pursuit of an Associates Degree in Automotive/ High-Performance Motorsports so he can add to an already impressive racing resume.      Kelly began in go-karts at age 8, amassing 108 wins and ten championships.The next level for him was the Ron Tobias Slingshots, where Kelly added 19 wins. Finally, he made his Dirt Modified Sportsman debut in 2017, where he won a feature at Glen Ridge for a total to date of 128 victories in 300-plus career starts.      The awards Kelly has amassed in his career is just as impressive as his winning percentage. They include Theq 2017 New York Stock Car Association Glen  Ridge Newcomer/Rookie of the Year, the 2012 Northeast Adirondack Nationals and the 2013 Turkey Trot Raceway Hard Charger and Driver of the Year.      Please join us to hear even more from this impressive wheelman.
