Three years on from losing my dad, I found myself reflecting on that period of life looking through photos, revisiting notes on my phone, and thinking about the moments surrounding his illness, passing, funeral, and wake. This episode isn't a memoir or a full overview of his life. It's simply a personal reflection on a difficult chapter, the lessons that came from that time 3 years ago, and a few perspectives that have stayed with me ever since. I hope there's something in here that resonates with you. Success and Failure are both very predictable. I hope you enjoy. Want to learn more?

In this special anniversary episode, I reflect on three years of marriage — the lessons, the love, and the layers we've built along the way. From the symbolism of leather and what it means to endure, to the ways we've grown as individuals and partners, this is a deeply personal look at what it really takes to make it through.I open up about the joys and challenges we've faced, how we've continued to choose each other through change, and the rituals we're creating to celebrate love in a real, intentional way. Whether you're newly married or deep in the journey, this episode is a warm, honest invitation to pause and reflect on the relationships that shape us most.I also share a few gift ideas, reflection prompts, and plans for a special night with my husband — a reminder that love is built in the small, consistent moments just as much as the big ones.Follow Your Host:Insta:https://www.instagram.com/rumor_in_stpetersburg TikTok:https://www.tiktok.com/@rumor_in_stpetersburg FB Page: https://www.facebook.com/theluxuryofselfcare Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/user/ahnastasia88?si=ab36621742b4474cPhoto and Music Credit: Cover Art Photography by Tori Radick: https://www.instagram.com/toricophotography/Intro/Outro Music Produced by Ryan Blivhovde: https://www.instagram.com/ryanblihovde/

Every console maker has their pros and cons, but our hearts definitely beat the hardest for those striving to deliver fun new experiences no matter the platform. We also circle the idea of spending some time with the original Banjo-Kazooie, as a recently unearthed article had Shigeru Miyamoto praising the game as rivaling his own Super Mario 64. On today's celebratory episode, Catt's partner Greg Alterman returns to the show for a Newlywed-style themed show! As the couple reaches their three-year anniversary this week, they have a little fun exchanging thoughts about each other and what they've learned so far in their relationship. What traits do they love most about one another? What annoys them the most about each other? How vastly different their lives are today versus only three years ago. This episode is part story time, but also part “keep-the-faith-love-will-find-you-if-you-believe.” Why fireworks on the first date overrated. Why spooning might be the key to a long-lasting love. Why staying open to criticism with sensitive communication is so important! Not only do we love Catt and Greg's love, but we LOVE this week's sponsors! It's spooky season, and the witches are talking about their fantasy Samhain celebration. They also talk about kaftans, and all the things that have changed in the past three years. To keep up with the witches, follow them on Instagram @wandsandfrondspod. They're always happy to hear from you (and take topic requests). You can also email them at wandsandfrondspod@gmail.com.
Cheers to three fantastic years of the Unarmored Talk Podcast!
“Bringing the theatre community closer, one story at a time.”Tonight friends, we are celebrating our 3 Year Anniversary of There's No People Like Show People! Join Zach Smith and I for a walk down podcast memory lane. In this episode we talk about so much: graduating from college, teaching college, traveling on crazy road-trips, surviving summer theatre, embracing being in the messy middle of your life and learning to go with the flow. It's all about the journey not the destination, and we're here to take you along for the wild ride. One day at a time. One moment at a time. One story at a time. Thank you so much for listening and continuing to support the podcast!
